Staff were brilliant.

The outside deck, with a westerly aspect, gets the beautiful afternoon sun, but with no shade at all in the space. A large beach style umbrella would solve this issue and lead to perfect scores for everything.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and paid close attention to every detail, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved the à la carte menu, where the chef prepared freshly made dishes to order. The room was luxurious, spacious, and featured a private swimming pool, which made the experience even more special. I was also impressed by the thoughtful service of inflating pool floats for guests—it’s the little touches like this that make a big difference. The surrounding atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil escape, and I can’t wait to return.

The room was beautifully designed with a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food, and every staff member was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. It was truly a memorable stay, and we were very impressed with the overall experience.

Pinnacle of luxury and relaxation!

Staff chased us through the parking lot over 1 beer we forgot to pay for from the mini fridge as we were leaving. Given that I had just paid $1500 usd for 2 night stay the $5 (overpriced) beer seemed like it could've been comped rather than making it awkward. No biggie.

Everything was fantastic! The food, the room, the pool, the proximity to the beach! Best of all, if you forget absolutely anything including a lighter, sunscreen or even swim suit, you can purchase one right next to the reception! The spa was one of the best I have experienced! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The staff at this accommodation were very welcoming and attentive to every detail, from check-in to arrival. They even provided transportation to our room and surprised us with a birthday gift. We were very impressed and grateful, and we would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and there were lots of activities to do. This time I even got to join a yoga class, which was very relaxing.

breakfast is good. staff are helpful. the facilities are good and even the hotel was fully booked, swimming pool, gym and other facilities are not crowded. feel very private and very nice to enjoy the vacation.

choice for dinner in the restaurant is very limited. location is not in the centre of pattaya. have shuttle to some shopping mall but the scheduled time is very limited.

Very expensive - but disappointing. Especially when compared to The Standard nearby. We had a meal a day included but having eaten one dinner at the hotel we decided to go out instead - a great decision. The staff were wonderful - no criticism at all there. But there wasn't even space to unpack a suitcase. And we had a Duplex Villa. Great for weekenders from Bangkok with a small bag - but not for those on a bigger trip. Admittedly I had just spent a week at the Four Seasons in Bangkok - which was cheaper and a great great hotel - but the Mason was more expensive and I felt I was being ripped off.

Dear Mason, This was truly a dream! I have stayed at many, many resorts and hotels but nothing compares to this. From check-in to check-out the experience, concierge, staff and everything about the resort was amazing. When we checked in we were welcomed with special Thai drinks and our luggage got delivered to the villa. We reserved a Garden Pool Villa and Joe upgraded our stay to a Duplex. The villa was large and very luxurious. It included mini bar, Bluetooth speaker and such a comfy bed! We never wanted to wake up. Zila Street Bistro & Bar - We had breakfast here every morning and were ever disappointed. Every day had a new theme and we always looked forward to the next day to see what the theme was. Food was delicious, always fresh and so many options. Please recognize Ya (food and beverage manager) and Pop (Server) for their hard work and always welcoming smiles. Pop was always smiling, friendly and always made us feel welcomed. Krok-A-Cafe Espresso Bar - The views here were stunning and something we will never forget. We came here every night for happy hour and highly recommend! Please recognize Than, Jaa, and Mei Mei at this bar. Their attention to customers, new suggestions and always motivated to get the customer what they want is something we really enjoyed. Try their margaritas, highly recommend! Joe & Mint - They deserve special accolades. Remembering our names as a guest, high professionalism, always recommending new things and even going out of their way to always assist us were amazing! The gym was a really nice amenity and they even opened it up for us when it was closed so we could workout. That is top-tier customer service. I want to say, we were only here for 3 days and wanted to stay longer. It was so private, exclusive and we felt really special here. We would come here again & again. Concierge even went out of their way to check to see what roads were going to be closed for Songkran at our next destination and recommended what time we should check out to avoid road closures. They even gave us waterproof cases for Songkran! That’s above and beyond! We want to say a special thank you to Than, Jaa, Mint, Joe, Mei Mei, Pop & Ya. We are grateful to have met all of you and we look forward to coming back. Thank you for making my husbands 30th birthday truly memorable. Congrats on winning Michelin 2025 award! We understand how and why you received this. Keep up the hard work! If you’re looking for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway, this is the best place! Recommend 100%!

Fantastic hotel, great breakfast, good rooftop restaurant and pool with sunset views. Great staff. They always have a special going on like free icecream 14-16h, then happy hour 16-18h.

Considering that the pool villa is huge inside the terrace just about fits 2 sunbeds, but then you have to climb to get into the villa. The terrace could have been made bigger and the inside smaller, but it’s too late for that now. The pool was also very cold. The beach is not worth it, so stick to the pools. Therefore its overpriced

Rooms are large.

There’s a lot to not like about this property, F&B options are incredibly poor, quality is bad and the restaurants close early, Housekeeping didn’t turn up at all for three days day, spa services were less than average, staff were rude etc. If you ever stay in a premium property management chain (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) then you won’t be able to deal with such a poor property

From the very first moment I stepped into the hotel, I could immediately sense the atmosphere of elegance and true professionalism. Every staff member welcomed me warmly, paid attention to every detail, and offered assistance with genuine smiles. The room was thoughtfully designed, perfectly blending luxury with comfort. Every corner was impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable, making rest feel completely indulgent. The view from the room was stunning and created a remarkable sense of peace and serenity. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, whether it was the swimming pool, common areas, or the restaurant. Everything reflected a high standard of quality. The food was outstanding, both in taste and presentation, resembling a true work of art. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding level of service. The staff had a natural ability to make guests feel special and genuinely cared for. This was not simply a place to stay, but an experience worth remembering. It is a hotel I will certainly return to and highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, privacy, and true luxury.

I didn’t dislike anything

Mason is the best private pool villa I have ever stayed at. Despite our very late 4 a.m. arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly with drinks and smooth check-in service. Every villa has a stunning ocean view, a private pool, and even an in-room jacuzzi overlooking the sea—waking up here truly feels like paradise. The eco-friendly design, cozy bedding (especially the pillows), and kind of private butler service using LINE make it feel like a true five-star experience. The food is outstanding. Breakfast at ZILA changes daily, Arakate offers a great variety, and the sunset dining is exceptional. The Pad Thai is easily the best I’ve ever had. The main pool area also serves excellent drinks and food, and the bartender’s cocktails are a must-try. Complimentary ice cream is a lovely bonus, especially for families. There’s so much to enjoy that you barely need to leave the resort—yoga with ocean views, private beach activities, kayaking, paddle boating, and a relaxing underground spa. Every corner of Mason is photo-worthy. I heard that this hotel has a Michelin One Key, and it truly lives up to that recognition. All the staff were incredibly kind, but I would like to give special thanks to Opal, who welcomed us warmly even during our 4 a.m. check-in; AunAun and Peipei, who took such friendly care of us and our child at every meal; Ja, who speaks Korean well and made communication easy; Jan, who consistently checked on our comfort; Frame, the recreation instructor who patiently guided my child through their first yoga experience; Pond, who always kindly served ice cream to the kids; and Mint, who often came by to chat with the children whenever they were together. I can’t wait to come back here as soon as possible. Next time, I’d love to enjoy even more of the activities that I didn’t get to experience this time.

food was good, property was generally clean.

As 5 star property I was disappointed with the nickle and diming I experienced there. Specifically I was charged a fee for a stain on my bedsheets. I have stayed at many 5 star properties and this is the first time I have ever been charged for any stains on bedsheets or any other linens. At the price they are charging for a room, to have this sort of fee assessed is unfathomable. Unfortunately this put a sour taste in my mouth, I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I am in Pattaya.

Буду краток. - отель отличный, своих денег стоит - персонал приветливый и готовый помочь, странно читать в некоторых отзывах другое. - завтрак отличный , кроме шведского стола еще и отдельное меню. Что радует, яичницу они делают шикарнее других отелей ( мне есть с чем сравнить ) ибо она наименее жирная ( количество масла ) , рыба, утка , хамон , еаропейские блюда, все было + ОТЛИЧНЫЙ вид на море и отсутствие ажиотажа в а завтраке. - номер нас достался крайний , на второй линии, вопросов нет. Приватность шикарная, номер тоже отличный, два уровня, единственное, ночью рекомендую оставить свет ( где нибудь ) , чтобы не споткнуться на лестнице. Фитнес зал маленький, гантельный ряд до 22 кг, дорожки вело тренажер , все есть + один многофункциональный тренажер, жить можно )) В целом, однозначно один из лучших отелей в регионе, но помните, 30 минут до центра города на такси, но , зато будет чистое море и тишина. ( по меркам региона ) Важное. На 3 день случилось недоразумение, и в номере не было воды, поломка, персонал предложил переехать на виллу к морю ( формально это upgrade ) мы остановились там на ночь и вернулись обратно, хотя могли и остаться + отель подарил нам поход на массаж в их спа, мелочь, а приятная. Так же отмечу, работу менеджера ( в вотс ап его имя Джо ) , мы забыли новые наушники, купленные в Китае, их нигде еще в мире нет, персонал отеля нашел их. Резюме. Отель безусловно рекомендую.

The beach is easily accessible and truly a highlight of the property. It's private, impeccably clean, and simply beautiful—the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast was top notch, with a wonderful variety. A special thank you to Jan, Joe, Pla, and the entire staff for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Also special call out to the security who was ever present with a smile. Everyone there is very hardworking and warm. Your attentiveness and hospitality truly made us feel pampered and welcome. The service at this hotel was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly attentive. I especially want to mention Pla at the front desk. Pla was warm, friendly, and helped me with very accurate and thoughtful translation, which made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was very pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Jan was an excellent host. Great services. All staff were friendly (from bar staff to receptionist). Floating breakfast was phenomenal.

One of the most amazing places we have stayed! The 2 bedroom villa with private pool was just amazing! The staff were really helpful and friendly. Especially Jan our personal concierge and Pop who was lead for our private dinner were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The location and views were excellent. The villa was excellent. The staff were great.

Unfortunately, the main pool was closed for an entire day (from the two days I stayed) for a private function. But the private villa pool was an excellent back-up and it was the only negative of the stay.

The beautiful artistic architecture alone made you wow wow! The unique facilities built by stone, which is harmony with nature, plants, and the sea. Breathtaking of the sunset you can watch from your room. The food is great. There's a live duo band on Saturday. They are friendly and entertaining. Exceptional staff team and services. I recommend Mason Pattaya to be your next tryout to stay it will be a joyous time of your life.

What an absolute stunning property in the most unexpected places. This is such an incredible property with incredible staff. I highly recommend for anyone in the area. Food great. Villas are to die for and the environment is just sublime. Be aware that you can note really swim at the beach. Barring that it is exceptional in every way.

The resort is dark, and the lighting in the rooms and living area is very poor. The bathroom is inside the bedroom with just a curtain. There’s no privacy, and it feels like the toilet is right next to your bed. If you’re traveling with kids or family, they’ll need to stay in the living room. There are lots of insects. As soon as you open the door, bugs fly in. There’s also a bad smell when walking between villas. I’d give cleanliness a 6 out of 10. The curtains don’t give you privacy. Even during the day or night, people outside can see in unless you close all the curtains, which blocks the view and any natural light. Food options are very limited and super expensive. We ordered three dishes and three juices, and the bill was around ฿10,000 — not worth it. Also, be careful — if you spill anything and use their towel to clean it, they will charge you extra. On the bright side, the staff bring a small gift every night, like a little bag, which was a nice touch. And the service is fast. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again

The food wasn't that great. The breakfast bufffet mainly was Thai based and Korea based which i didn't really like.

I’m an external guest came for lunch at Zila with my friend. it very empress, I was order Zila Burgers and Pasta with cliam, is wonderful view,good food and service especially. K. Junjihun, K. Momo both of them very excellent service, really appreciate.

I stayed at this hotel in February 2025 and had a truly frustrating experience. Due to a booking issue, I had accidentally made two reservations. I informed the front desk upon arrival, and they promised me that the unused booking wouldn’t be charged. I checked again at checkout, and they reassured me I could just request a refund later. Now, the hotel refuses to honor that and claims the second reservation was a “no show” and non-refundable. Their staff’s verbal confirmation meant nothing, and I’ve been left to deal with a charge I was told wouldn’t happen. If you value trustworthy service and honest communication, do not stay here. I’ve never been more disappointed by a hotel’s handling of a simple issue.

Phenomenal! Romantic getaway. A special thanks to the reception staff and concierge. So attentive and a slice of paradise. Spacious layout, serene views, immaculate, and with every amenity. Delicious meals and well equipped fitness area. Will have to try spa services next trip. And yes, already planning next booking. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, perfect staff and great food. All of the staff were very friendly, Jan and her colleagues were very nice to speak with at check out. Very peaceful and will recommend to family and friends visiting Thailand.
