Es un hostal.comodo, simple y apartado del ruido. El.tour es recomendable,.hay que hacerles la.observacion a los usuarios que si tienen viaje de regreso ese día que lleven la maleta.

No, para mí las instalaciones son suficientes para el hostal.

Olber como profesor de surf es excelente, Pikachu tiene la mejor energía de todas! los voluntarios son muy amables y geniales. Deben hacer todos los tours y tomar muchas clases de surf.

Tout était exceptionnel ! On avait booker 4 nuits, on est restés 2 semaines, les gérants et leurs enfants sont d'une gentillesse et passent du temps avec vous par plaisir ! Mention spéciale à pikachu, pour ceux qui auront la chance de la rencontrer, passez lui le bonjour de la part de Calamar al vapor, por favor

Fue espectacular, sus bungalows son increíbles y todo el hotel, una experiencia muy bonita porque además el personal es super amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. En conclusión recomiendo demasiado este hotel, no te vas a decepcionar y será una experiencia memorable 😻

El Bongaloo es cómodo y privado.

Pese a que ponen fotos de la playa en la publicación están lejos de la playa, la nevera de la cocina compartida estaba en muy mal estado y demasiado sucia llena de bichitos, deberían limpiarla más seguido y tenerla en buen estado.

Olber, Natalia y sus hijos son excelentes anfitriones, ellos mismos dan las clases de surf, personalizadas, acordes a cada persona. El ambiente del hostql es muy bueno, con un espacio para descansar, y una pequeña biblioteca con libros en varios idiomas

There were lot of constructions ongoing, not a big deal for future guest I guess, but I would have liked to being informed before. I didn’t like the staff approach about it neither.

Friendly staff, clean, safe, not far from beach, close to good restaurants, WiFi okay, social area, quiet at night.

Fantastic in dorm but not so powerful, lighting on stairs could be better - nobody wants to fall down while travelling!

The staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Great weekend parties.

The bathrooms were clean but could use improvement in the plumbing, at the same time these things are expected in the isolated regions. They could add a few more bathrooms.

The room was good, they put a cover to protect you from the insects, the staff was really friendly. The atmosphere at night is quite nice, you can meet other travelers and have a good time.

I didn't like the part of the breakfast, I have to put my name on a list and I wait for 20-25 min and no one attended me, I prefer to eat outside because I was out of time to keep waiting

Ive never been more disappointed in a hostel than this one. I had a very bad kidney infection and asked 11 days prior to the booking if i could cancel because I HAD TO URGENTLY FLY BACK TO FRANCE and they refuse to refund me not even 1€ because it was not 14 days before... I then tried to change the date to later so that I can respect THEIR rules of 14 days and cancel but they still refused.. For a place that loves speaking about well being etc, their lack of empathy and flexibility is just sickening. Shame on you and keep in mind that you reap what you sow. If i could put 0 stars I would have.

It’s a cool place with this surf atmosphere, I liked that. It’s surrender by wilderness, at night you can hear some animals in the jungle. Very calm place. They offer you tours to the mangroves, to the waterfalls, the beaches and they can give you surf classes, of course you must pay.

I was expecting this place next to beach but is not, actually is not a really problem, is just that is also far away from the harbor and the streets are really bad, to arrive there you must take a transport or walk a long distance maybe 40 minutes. If you have the proper shoes is not a problem, in my case the weather was awful, windy and rainy and we didn’t have so much fun at the place. For sure in a sunny day must be marvelous the island with all that nature.

Some room for improvement on the cleanliness of the room. Also one night the dog was barking non-stop, but sonce they don't live on the facilities no one was taking care of her. So I had to get out of bed at 3 am and try to calm her down before going back to sleep

It has a relaxing vibe and lots of room to relax

Ths staff, the beautiful place, the environment, it was clean

It was nice to chill out in the hammocks (when there was no construction work happening). Safe place as the family and volunteers were always around and you can use the kitchen after they've finished cooking.

The door to my dorm did not stay closed, we had to put the chair in front of it. I only had lunch once as the portion was pretty small and the restaurant down the road was better prepared to cater for vegans.
