Staff were lovely.

Pretty much everything. Most expensive hotel we have had our entire getaway and the worst hotel. Photos literally look nothing like what you get. Very loud old air-conditioning, dogs barking all night, rooster going nuts next door. Wifi was temperamental. 'Spa and sauna' was nasty. 100% would not stay again. The shower didn't drain, fulled up with water after a minute or so on.

The hotel has a special charm in its decorations and ambiance. The room is rather spacious and well maintained. All staffs are so helpful and kind.

The aircon fan is very noisy and uncontrollable.

The family room was very spacious and clean. I liked that they have two shower cubicles and placed the toilet at the opposite side, and two lavatories with a huge mirror. Perfect for a family like ours. They provided free breakfast in their café, with generous servings.

Probably just the lighting. Needs more brightness in the common areas just outside the rooms.

La restauration possible sur place

Pas de fenêtres, on est comme dans un sous-sol d’une maison, la climatisation est bruyante, la literie est sommaire. De plus, j’ai pris une nuit supplémentaire, au moment de payer j'apprends qu'ils me font payer la chambre plus chère que sur booking alors que normalement c’est l'inverse donc je ne recommande pas l’hôtel

La habitación a pesar de estar en sótano estaba bien acondicionado y el desayuno no estaba mal .

Clean and close to city

The property looks romantic, the staff is amazing, the Room is quite big and nice decorated. The breakfast was very good. Internet is very good. We could store our luggage there while we went to a Balabac Tour for 2 Days.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stay inside a chicken coop with plumbing issues, this is your place. The “jacuzzi” is quite literally positioned in what feels like the middle of a poultry enclosure surreal doesn’t even begin to cover it. Hygiene? Optional, apparently. The room was so dirty that touching anything felt like a commitment to immediately washing your hands (which I had to do after attempting to open a window coated in greasy residue… that barely opens, by the way). What’s advertised online and what you actually get are two completely different realities. This isn’t rustic charm... it’s neglect dressed up with good marketing. Avoid unless your standards are… extremely flexible.

Pas de choix de cocktail, pas de thé, pas de bouteille d eau. Jacuzzis et sauna hors d âge. Photos des extérieurs non conformes à la réalité car le fond du jardin est un dépotoir. Climatisations bruyantes et couchages inconfortables(trop dur).

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Puerto Princesa war einfach großartig. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Poolbereich – perfekt zum Entspannen. Tolle Lage, super Service und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen!

The courteous and very kind staff and the spacious room. The serenity of the place. The massage was top as well.

Location is a bit far, you need transportation, but it is ok if you hire a Tuk Tuk. One of the drivers they cooperate with mislead us to book a transfer to el nido which was horrible. If you want to book a transfer, book directly through the hotel.

Tesise gelmeden tesisten havaalanından otele alınabileceği hakkında mesaj aldım. Bende mesaja olumlu yanıt verdim ancak havaalanına geldiğimde maalesef shuttle yoktu. Telefon açtım, haberleri bile yoktu. Otele vardığımda mailleri gösterdim. Sadece özür dilediler. 2000 Filipinler pezosu depozito istediler, vermemeye ikna ettim, odaya çıktım çarşaf yırtıktı. Gösterdim özür dilediler. Odada çarşaf takımları ve yerlerde bol miktarda saç kılı vardı. Gösterdim, özür dilediler. Otelde masaj yaptırmak istedik ancak masaj odalarını, jakuzili gördükten sonra hijyenik olmadığı için vazgeçtik. Kahvaltıda ekmek kızartması olan menüyü istedik ancak ekmekleri yokmuş, alışveriş günü değilmiş, özür dilediler.

What I liked most about the property was its boutique-style atmosphere, which was a big plus for me. The hotel felt calm and not overcrowded, offering a more private and relaxed experience. The room spaces were beautifully designed, with great attention to decorative and comfort details such as cozy bathrobes, a humidifier, and other thoughtful touches. I also appreciated the minibar, which was very convenient and meant we did not have to look for a nearby store. Additionally, the option to book massages, the very good reviews, the convenient location close to the airport, and the complimentary airport transfer all contributed to a very positive stay.

There was nothing I truly disliked about the property. The only minor issue was the water temperature in the shower, which fluctuated between hot and cold and could not be fully adjusted. However, this did not negatively impact my overall impression of the hotel.

Accoglienza piacevole e struttura rilassante e pulita, massaggio assolutamente da provare. Noi utilizzavano sauna e jacuzzi dopo le escursioni, un vero rilassamento totale

Il menù aveva molti piatti,ma più volte quello che volevamo non era disponibile. Suggeriamo ti togliere qualche piatto dal menu, se non disponibili. Aggiungo che abbiamo comunque mangiato molto bene anche se volevamo provare la zuppa seafood.

La camera era nel seminterrato,puzzava di chiuso ed era poco pulita. Il frigo aveva le ragnatele ,l’acqua calda veniva a momenti , le lenzuola erano poco pulite e in alcuni punti strappate.

Das Zimmer war im Untergrund, ohne Fenster. Die Betten sind hart und unbequem. Sauna und Sprudelbad ist nicht inbegriffen und muss im voraus bezahlt werden.

L accueil réservé par le personnel et surtout " la dame a tout faire". Petit déjeuner correct.

La vetuste des équipements ( lits, draps, jacuzzi....) Vue de la chambre obstruée. L ensemble de l hôtel mérite un bon coup de rafraîchissement et de nettoyage surtout côté jardin. Le propriétaire peut faire quelques investissements car cet hôtel a un joli potentiel.

Reserve en febrero y me dieron una habitación semi subterranea, casi sin luz. Wi-fi de mala calidad en la habitación.

The location is just 5 minutes to the airport. It has a complimentary sauna and jacuzzi, which we enjoyed. The room is spacious for the whole family. It has a hot shower.

The room has only one aircon and, since the room is big, it cannot keep it cold. This is very important for us since we have children, and a comfortable room temperature is essential for their rest. We hope the management can consider either adding another aircon unit or upgrading the existing one to better suit the size of the room. Aside from this concern, the other amenities were satisfactory, but improving the cooling system would greatly enhance the overall stay.

The staff was very welcoming and the property was very clean. The hotel is located near a Robinson’s Mall, which was great because we were able to take a tricycle to get some dinner.

NO HOT WATER

We had a pleasant experience during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Due to a cancelled tour, we spent more time at the hotel and truly appreciated the jacuzzi. It turned out to be a relaxing. Thank you to the team for making our visit memorable!

The room was spacious and the bathroom had two showers which was useful for our big group. Beds were comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub and the saunas!! We had both all to our selves and it was amazing!!

The rooms had windows that were etched out so you couldn’t really see out of them, felt a little isolated but we didn’t mind as we were only here for a day. The cafe staff also knocked on our door quite late to collect payment as they knew we would be leaving early the next day to catch our flight.

WiFi signal not great on second floor sometimes. Some fixtures like racks and taps were loose, hot water sometimes stopped in the shower

The place is very nice and cozy. Good location close to everything. The staff was awesome very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are spacious, clean and good asian inspired interior. They have free use of suna and bubble bath. Also the in house Balai Massage yhey offer is one of the best massage I ever had. The staff are veru helpful arranging our tours in Puerto Princesa. They are also very helpful in all our inquiries and request.

Although it’s a small, five rooms property, the rooms are huge in size and there are lots of nicely decorated places to sit, have coffee and chit chat. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant attached to it, serves good food although the bar needs to be better stocked. There aren’t many options for breakfast but it was sumptuous. It’s located in a calmer area of Puerto Princesa, away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

There aren’t any options to eat nearby and the grocery store is also a bit far away.
