Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The hotel is very centrally located, clean and comfortable, making it a convenient base for exploring Stockholm. The overall experience was pleasant, and everything worked well during our stay. The staff were welcoming and the hotel has a nice atmosphere.
The hotel looks somewhat more polished and upscale in the photos than it does in person. Some of the furnishings, materials and finishes feel a little dated and could benefit from refreshing. Nothing was particularly problematic, but given the presentation online, we expected a slightly higher level of refinement and attention to detail.
