Bedroom had poor storage and seating. Items of furniture had not been carefully chosen. Bedside cabinet was not easily accessible - top opening - why? We had not been advised in advance that restaurant was being refurbished. This meant not easy to eat on arrival and breakfast was in a back room with limited access to food offerings.

La mia camera era di 4 posti, risultando comunque molto confortevole anche per l'accesso allo spazio esterno da cui si domina buona parte della città. L'hotel è inoltre molto funzionale perché è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale di Stoccolma (2 minuti a piedi) da cui passano le linee della metropolitana e dei bus, oltre al treno diretto per l'aeroporto.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Vi reste med två tonåringar och bodde i familjerum. Rummet var lagom stort med balkong (mycket skönt), en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Fanns stort kylskåp, mikro och Nespresso maskin i rummet vilket var bra. Badrummet ok även om det var något slitet. Även rummets inredning är något slitet och skulle kanske behöva en genomgång. Det fanns ingen AC men två fläktar som kunde nyttjas - dessa hjälpte inte så mycket så det var hett under natten (vi reste i augusti). Frukosten är ok - saknade dock mer frukt och färskt. Personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Finns ett litet gym i källaren. Ligger väldigt bra till precis vid Centralstationen.
Att det genomgående är lite slitet och utbudet på frukosten inte så mångsidigt. Kan bli hett i rummen sommartid iom att AC saknas och fläkten räcker inte till.

Tiny rooms are part of historic hotels, but ridiculously small showers that flood the entire bathroom floor requiring guests to use up at least two towels to dry the bathroom floor after each shower is poor construction.

Det som verkligen drog ner betyget var att sängen verkligen inte kändes ren. Täcket luktade svett och unket och hade verkligen behövt en tvätt. Ganska lyhört. Jag behövde fråga om kvittot vid utcheckning för att få det. Barpersonalen vid restaurangen på kvällen var rätt otrevlig. Receptionesterna var trevliga dock!

Middagen på hotellet var inte prisvärd och dessutom dålig service - lång väntan på maten och felaktig debitering på notan.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Super Lage, gute Zimmer, das Zimmer welches wir hatte war ausreichend für ein Wochenende, für länger ist es zu zweit zu klein, auch das Bad ist nicht besonders geräumig, aber zweckmäßig. Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage, wenn man die Nähe zum Bahnhof braucht, ist man hier richtig. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und sehr schön angerichtet. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.
Wir hatte nichts was uns negativ aufgefallen ist.
