Het ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd en zeer uitgebreid. Heel gezellige lobby, met altijd gezellige muziek op de achtergrond. Doorlopend gratis koffie en thee te verkrijgen daar. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel !

Kamer is oke. Goede douche. Maar niet heel schoon Bed is niet zo comfortabel en staat aan 1 zijde tegen de muur , lastig. Veel geluid van de treinen.

The bedroom could have fit in my car. Only had 1 pillow. "Bathroom was so small I could barely turn around. In the hall the wallpaper was peeling and the staircase carpet was really old and worn.

The location, right behind the Train Station, was convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff at checkout was very courteous.

If you come in late (I arrived at 0300 due to a late train trip) - the hotel looks like a ghost-town, and once someone opens the door (which can take time), you are checked in, in near complete darkness. The room faced the tracks hence quite noisy. There were no blackout curtains, and the existing curtains were very thin, hence I couldn't sleep after daylight. One particular staff in the restaurant, was terrible. I reached breakfast just at closing time, hence picked something very light and small, in order not to interfere with the breakfast being cleared - this gentleman, first of all, hurried picking things up just as I was about to get them, and looked in an extremely rude manner - by far one of the worst hotel staff I have dealt with in hundreds of hotel nights around the world.

The heavy down blankets were awful given that no top sheet or light blanket was available. My only option was to sleep in the equivalent of a sauna. I removed the duvet covers and used those as light sheets/blankets.

I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit Copenhagen. I’ve only "cheated" on it once, but ultimately, I’ve chosen this small, historic hotel as my regular place to stay. There are three main reasons for this decision. First, it’s located right in front of Copenhagen Central Station, which is a significant advantage — especially when you have to roll a heavy suitcase over cobblestones. Second, the buffet-style breakfast is excellent; a delicious meal in the morning puts me in a good mood for the entire day. Third, the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve never encountered a grumpy staff member. The gentleman who has been the breakfast hall attendant for many years moves with agility, courtesy, and a pleasant demeanor. Some people may find the sound of trains bothersome, but expecting perfect soundproofing in this historic hotel is simply unrealistic.

While I support efforts to reduce unnecessary services for environmental conservation, I would like to keep room trash disposal and replacing towels left on the shower floor as part of the standard daily service. Perhaps the requirement to request these services a day in advance should only apply to changing bed sheets and room cleaning.

Het hotel huist in een art-decogebouw direct naast het station. Ideale locatie, alle highlights van de stad binnen loopafstand en anders goed bereikbaar met het ov van het station. Goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Hele kleine kamers en in de zomer heel erg warm (geen airco). Er is veel geluidsoverlast van de straat. Hotel geeft wel oordopjes.

Buona colazione, ottima posizione accanto alla stazione dei treni e a piedi in 10 minuti eravamo nella strada principale Stroget . albergo stile vintage ma con tutti i servizi e bagno in camera sufficientemente spazioso e con doccia grande. Essendo accanto alla stazione si sente il rumore dei treni. in camera ci sono i tappi per le orecchie, io non li ho usati, il rumore non era molto fastidioso, pensavo peggio.

letto un pò scomodo, soprattutto perchè da un lato appoggiato alla parete. non troppo soddisfatta del rapporto qualità/prezzo, forse il prezzo alto è dovuto alla posizione centrale.

Very noisy room and it was cramped for two people though still pricy. (I know Denmark is expensive).

Ég valdi þennan gististað vegna nálægðar við lestarstöðina og kom mér á óvart hversu gott hótelið var , allt er einfalt en hreint og notalegt andrúmsloft í lobbýinu.

The noise from the train station and the drunks coming home from a big night out. Even though the Hotel provided ear plugs the noise was still a problem.

The location near the Central Station was ideal for us. The train noise is not bad at all. The breakfast was good and having tea and coffee at reception was nice.

Unfortunately, there was no bathtub, safe, or gym. There was also a lot of noise from the train, which made it difficult to sleep. There was no air conditioning, and because of the noise, you couldn’t really leave the window open either.

Being central it was extremely noisy at night. More so than previous stay in May. They did provide earplugs but I am unable to wear them.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof hat Vorteile aber unser Zimmer (Richtung Schienen) war schon recht laut, also ohne Ohropax hätte ich nicht geschlafen.

It was great to be able to leave our luggage in secure storage (its free for hotel guests). The welcome drink whilst checking in was a lovely surprise. Our room was comfortable for a 2 night stay. Ear plugs are a must, which the hotel does provide. The breakfast was great & allergens clearly labelled. One of the best buffet breakfast's I've experienced since being gluten free!

The shower soaks the bathroom floor so you have no choice but to walk around on a wet bathroom floor. It'd be ok if you were given more towels, but only provided with two & I wasn't using them to dry the floor!

We were put on sperate floors, the rooms and bathrooms are even more dated than on our last visit

Rooms need modernised they are old and crusty and for £216.00 per night WAY OVERPRICED

Convenient location right next to central station, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.

The bathroom smells moldy, water from the shower spilled to the bathroom floor, and towels are not super clean. You can also hear everything from the street when the room window is open.

Tesisin konumu harika. Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli. Lobisi tam bir hygge köşesi gibiydi.

Door locked when I arrived at 22.15. The desk staff couldn't hear the door bell and the telephone number listed on Booking.com didn't work

Rooms were dirty, old and falling apart. This holt needs remodeling badly. Bathroom was not cleaned before we checked in. The soap dispensers were on the floor without any soap in them. Dirty bathroom walls.

Appena fuori dalla stazione quindi comodo per arrivare e partire ma anche per girare la città. Camere piccole ma ben tenute con design dei primi del 900 (era destinato ad ospitare i ferrovieri).

Essendo appena fuori alla stazione non molto pulita la strada e qualche personaggio discutibile alla sera. La colazione andrebbe migliorata aggiungendo qualche variabile in più.

Larmen, døren til værelset var fuldstændig ødelagt efter nogen tilsyneladende havde forsøg at bryde den op. Har billeder. Den kunne dog låses, men man føler sig utryg.Vasken var repareret med anderledes farvet "lim". Meget dyrt!

The price value is/was terrible for me, paying about Dkr 1900 (GBP 200+) for a hotel where my Bed was not comfortable, and the Windows was not soundproof, meaning you could hear all the street noise all night, not a food night sleep. So very overpriced for me on this time

Beliggenhed. Vores værelse havde 9 stikkontakter, så det var ikke svært at få opladet diverse Ipad/telefoner.

Sengene er alt for små (værelse med to enkeltsenge). Badeværelset er oversømmet efter brusebad, da døren til brusekabinen er alt for lille. Gulvtæppet på værelset var meget snavset. Der var et tykt lag støv på fodpanelerne. Vores værelse virkede i det hele taget nusset og snavset. Tæppet på trappen,fra første sal til stuen, var fyldt af store huller. Hele hotellet virker enormt nedslidt.

Bu otelde check-out yaparken bagajlarımızı otelin bagaj odasına bıraktık. Uçuş saatimizden yaklaşık dört saat önce bagajlarımızı almak için geri döndüğümüzde, bagaj odasının bozulduğu ve içeri girilemediği söylendi. Böyle bir durumda Hotel Astoria’dan beklediğim, sorunu çözmek için kapıyı açtırmak veya gerektiğinde kapının kırılmasını göze alarak müşterisinin mağduriyetini önlemekti. Böylece hem biz mağdur olmazdık hem de Hotel Astoria’nın LuggageHero ile yaşadığı sorun çok daha kolay çözülebilirdi. Ancak ne yazık ki işini ve kriz yönetimini iyi yapamayan kişiler tarafından yönetilen bir otel olduğu için bavullarımızı geride bırakmak ve uçağımıza yetişmek zorunda kaldık. Bavullarımızın bize ulaştırılma süreci ise başlı başına büyük bir mağduriyete dönüştü. Hotel Astoria ile LuggageHero arasındaki süreçte birçok kez iletişim kuramadık; maillerimize ve mesajlarımıza zamanında cevap verilmedi. Hotel Astoria ile LuggageHero birbirini sorumlu tutarken, benim açımdan muhatap Hotel Astoria’dır. Müşterinin, otel ile hizmet aldığı bagaj firması arasındaki sorumluluk tartışmasının ortasında bırakılması kabul edilebilir değildir. Üstelik süreç boyunca yeterli ve düzenli bilgilendirme yapılmadı ve bavulumuzun gönderilmesi gereğinden çok daha uzun sürdü. Daha da önemlisi, bavulumuzun içinden kargo kuralları gerekçe gösterilerek bazı kişisel eşyalarımız alıkonuldu. Parfüm, MagSafe şarj cihazı, deodorant ve bir şişe cin gibi birçok eşyamız bize geri gönderilmedi. Yaşattıkları bu ciddi mağduriyeti gidermek veya telafi etmek için ise Hotel Astoria tarafından hiçbir somut çaba gösterilmedi. Bir otelden beklediğim en temel şey, özellikle böyle bir kriz anında sorumluluk almak, doğru iletişim kurmak ve mağdur edilen müşterisinin yanında olmaktır. Ne yazık ki bunların hiçbirini göremedik. Hotel Astoria ile LuggageHero arasındaki sorumluluk tartışması müşteriyi ilgilendirmez. Müşteri açısından önemli olan sorunun çözülmesi ve mağduriyetinin giderilmesidir.

Der Eingangsbereich war der schmutzig. Es ist halt ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Den Preis fand ich schon sehr hoch für die Zimmer.

Intérieur surprenant un peu d'art déco.. petit déjeuner compris avec la chambre. Possibilité de prendre un thé ou un café broc mis à disposition.

La situation est très bien car proche de la gare mais du coup devient un inconvénient par rapport au bruit (enfin sur un côté de lhotel) mais l'hôtel est très bien situé et permet de tout faire à pied..

Fantastic location, just a 1minute walk from the main train station and a very short walk to other tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly and always greeting guests with a big smile. Nothing was too much trouble.

The original features of the building are really interesting and add a lot of character to this lovely hotel. However, the place would benefit from some renovation, and having air conditioning would definitely be a great bonus.

Ils nous avaient donné une chambre toute petite et avec le lavabo de la salle de bain qui ne marchait pas bien. Ma fille a pris des photos et le réceptionniste nous a immédiatement changé la chambre sans nous fa de payer le surclassement

L’hôtel est vieillot

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Copenhague. Gare juste à côté (liaison facile aéroport, possibilité de prendre le train pour s'éloigner un peu de la ville) Literie hyper qualitative, petit-déjeuner sympa. Possibilité de boire du thé / café dans le hall, fruits à disposition. Engagement écologique de l'hôtel qui ne fait pas le ménage tous les jours, sauf si on le demande. Pas de plastique dans l'établissement. Bon rapport qualité prix... pour Copenhague !

Isolation phonique pas au top... mais on s'en sort quand même ! Mobilier de la chambre un peu vieillot.
