The room is not only small (as described in the ad, we were not surprised) and little equipped but not efficiently designed. Short term storage for a big luggage is not free (unlike advertised). Some of the hotel staff was not too nice.

Frühstückskaffee eine KATASTROPHE, wie Kaffee in USA vor 30 Jahren.Vorallem da Dänemark im Kaffeekonsum in den vorderen Rängen ist Auch Fruchtsaft Konzentrat schlecht. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht. Das Zimmer war anhand Preis zu schmal und klein. Haarföhn funktionierte auch nicht, wir meldeten es Freitagmorgen wurde aber nicht behoben, es gab kleinen Ersatzföhn. Deckenplatte löste sich, wurde ebenfalls trotz Hinweis nicht behoben. Bei Abreise wollten wir Gepäck für 1,5i Stunden im Hotel lassen, bis wir Richtung Flughafen reisen konnten. An der Reception teilte man uns mit, dass dies 30 dänische Kronen koste. Ich war schon an vielen Orten auf dieser Welt, habe so etwas noch nie erfahren!!

Casiers consignes au départ payants (même si je le savais). Mais c'est rare dans un hotel de mon expérience. Literie un peu trop molle, mais les gouts et les couleurs.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Sehr günstige Lage direkt hinter dem Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn Station ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, wenige Gehminuten entfernt sehr gute Plätze zum Frühstücken.
Von Nachteil ist, die Dusche hat keine Duschtasse, sodass das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser steht. Unbedingt Flipflops oder Badeschuhe mitnehmen!

I prezzi degli hotel a Copenhagen sono alti, questo proponeva il migliore rapporto qualità/prezzo a nostro parere

Small pokey ill designed room. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor. Mattress falls off bed. Nowhere in shower to put soap or shower stuff. Staff unhelpful and mostly bordering on rude. Cardboard cups in room instead of glass / mug s Okiays it all… Breakfast average. Diluted orange juice… No lift to my floor which was unfortunate as I had damaged my knee after booking… had to carry suitcase up stairs. Price exceptionally high. There must be cheaper hotels offering better value for money

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La posizione dell' hotel è perfetta per gli spostamenti, il centro storico è a pochi minuti , si arriva con una piacevole passeggiata. Nelle vicinanze c'è la stazione ferroviaria, il parco di Tivoli , localini, pub. La colazione è a buffet sia dolce che salata ed è ottima, servita in un'accogliente sala, lo staff gentile e disponibile, camera carina, pulite e dotata di tutto il necessario.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I liked the fully modernized interior in an old building. Location - literary one minute from Metro exit from Kobenhavn H. Friendly staff. Info on booking.com said 'no toiletry' but basic shampoo and stuff were provided.
People with mobility issues will need to book ground floor rooms. Access to all other rooms require some steps to ascend or to descend, as the lift is installed on the landing between floors. The twin room was very small, indeed - although well designed. The double room we had the second time was larger. Good internal noise insulation.

Rummet var litet och vi saknade någon mer möjlighet att hänga kläder på. Det fungerade ändå de 2 nätter vi var där, och rummet var mycket fräscht och ljust med vacker utsikt över takåsarna.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Genel olarak beklentimin üzerindeydi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bizim ihtiyacımız olmadı ancak odada klima bulunması önemli bir artı idi. Ailecek 3 kişi tek odada konakladık. Küçük bir oda idi ancak bizim için gayet yeterli idi. Otelin belki en önemli özelliği konumu. Turistik gezi için çok iyi bir konumda.
Bu konuda kesin yorum yapabileceğim bir husus bulunmuyor. Belki sigara tiryakilerini üzebilir. Arka bahçesi dahil herhangi bir yerde sigaraya izinleri yok. Diğer taraftan büyük bir otel olmadığı için kısa zamanda sokağa inip ihtiyaçlarını giderebilirler.

La chambre pour trois était ridiculement petite et le couchage de la troisième personne était une banquette rabattage de 70cm de large. Les lits n'étaient même pas fait. En plus le réceptionniste nous installe au dernier étage alors que l'ascenseur était en panne. Il a fallu monter les trois valises de plus de 20 kilos.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Hyvä kokemus kaikkinensa ja henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa. Kaikki oli juuri niin kuin odotin. Iso kiitos henkilökunnalle! Sijainti superhyvä rautatieasemaan nähden. Toki keskustaan kävelymatkaa hieman kertyy, mutta eipä sekään erityisesti haitannut.
Huoneen ilmastointi ei ollut paras mahdollinen, joten hieman kuumankosteaa oli, kun kolme henkeä kävi suihkussa. Yllättävä käänne oli, että hotelliin voi jättää tavarat säilöön ainoastaan (pienestä) extramaksusta. Tämä yleensä kuuluu hintaan ja erityisesti saapuessamme hämmensi, sillä huoneemme ei ollut aivan vielä valmis ja näin ollen olisimme joutuneet jättämään tavarat maksullisesti myös saapumispäivänä. Onneksi huone valmistui juuri parahiksi.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία.Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλό ... για την τιμή του περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο αλλά νομιζω στην κοπεγχάγη έτσι είναι τα περισσότερα.
Με ενόχλησε που έπρεπε να πληρώνω τον καφέ από το αυτόματο μηχάνημα που είχε στη reception. Για τόσο ακριβό δωμάτιο θα μπορούσαν να τον προσφέρουν δωρεάν. Και καλά είχε καφέ στο δωμάτιο αλλά ήταν neskafe και όχι espresso - americano - capuccino. Στα περισσότερα δωμάτια πλέον έχουν εσπρέσο. Επίσης το ψυγείο δε χωρούσε τίποτα. 2-3 νερά μονο ... Επισης θα ήθελα να υπάρχει σίδερο ΜΕΣΑ στο δωματιο. Μου είπαν ότι μπορείς να βγεις σε ένα άλλο δωμάτιο να σιδερώσεις αλλά σιγά μην το έκανα. Επισης πολύ σημαντικο οι καθαρίστριες μιλούσαν απέξω από το δωμάτιο ΠΟΛΥ δυνατά το πρωί και μας ξύπνησαν. Τέλος η θερμοκρασία ελεγχεται κεντρικά .. μου είπαν ότι είναι στους 20 βαθμούς αλλά αποκλείεται εγώ έσκαγα. Και δε μπορούσα να κάνω τίποτα ... μόνο να ανοίξω το παραθυρο.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Çok merkezi bir yerde. Tren metro hemen yanında Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde Çok temiz. Kahvaltı ücretli ama kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Çok başarılı kahvaltı dışarıda alacağınız sandwrch parasına çeşit çeşit yiyorsunuz.
Dıştaki perde yerine başka bir çözüm bulabilirler di. Dışarıya su taşıyordu. Banyo ve oda biraz küçüktü . Ama sorun edilmeye değmez.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Betten sind bequem :). Besonders praktisch ist auch das Familienzimmer. Das Frühstück ist lecker und der Innenhof sehr schön. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Room and bathroom are quite small, it was hard to find space for the suitcase. Our windows faced the street and it did get noisy early in the morning.

Excellent emplacement , pres de la gare , à 12mn de l'aeroport en train. gare à 5mn à pieds de l'hotel ,super pour excursions à partir de la gare . Tres bien situé pour parcourir la ville a pieds ou transport en commun .
Rien...! Nous sommes restés 7 nuits , peut etre planifié le ménage plutot que faire à la demande ...à voir....Mais secondaire .

It was so dirty and the staff was super unfriendly. There was still hair everywhere from the previous people who stayed in the room. The cleaning staff does not know what they’re doing and put the sheets on inside out too (never changes it though we gave feedback multiple times) and the “cleaning” was emptying the trash basically. While also the reception staff was generally being unfriendly and rude honestly, I’m attaching a picture of a hairdryer that they gave us after my husband had told them our hairdryer in the room had zero power (it literally felt like some amenities were just so they could write in the description they existed) - the fact that they gave something gross like this with toilet paper sticking to it etc is unbelievable to me.

La habitación es muy pequeña. La limpieza de la habitación hay que pedirla. El desayuno tiene poca variedad. No pudimos dejar las maletas el día de nuestra salida porque sólo tienen unas taquillas pequeñas, tuvimos que ir a una consigna y pagar por dejarlas allí.
