ProfilHotels Mercur

We booked this hotel back in 2025 for a 4 night stay this week. A few months after booking we received an email to say we'd been moved to the sister hotel 500m down the street. Same price, same facilities. On arrival in Copenhagen we couldn't find the new hotel, so stopped in reception of this one to ask directions. The reception area was immaculate and the person I saw was really helpful, but when I said we'd been moved, thinking they'd say oh it's because we're being renovated or similar, they just clammed up. The sister hotel is good - separate review being done, but if you ask about this one, everyone here changes the subject. It is noticeable that there are always numerous people hanging around the front of the hotel, which makes it feel uninviting and quite intimidating. It is also weird that it is still bookable on booking. Not sure what's going on, but I'd be wary of booking

Quiet rooms. Location is perfect and close to center and restaurants.uncomfortable beds. Small rooms. Gym not good at all. Great for families. Friendly staff. Cleaning ok but not more.safety deposit box in room. WiFi really good.

Trés bien

Hyvä hotelli aseman lähistöllä

The big room and location

Although the hotel room is small, it provides almost everything: lotion, conditioners, bottled water and even workout weights.

None

Charmerende og hyggelig

Loved the location, walking distance to the city center and across the road from a train station

Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet.

Lärm durch Bahngleise, Schlafsofa sehr unkomfortabel.

Good location and clean and comfy bed

Paid more for our room than our friends did, but had no bath and shower was very very poor

Beliggenhed

Ikke noget varmt vand

loved my terrace. Room was on the small side but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The location was excellent and the breakfast was excellent too. Staff was very nice and helpful, even let me play the piano as I was rehearsing for a date I had to sing in the Copenhagen jazz festival. I felt safe walking around alone any time of day or night

carpet needs an update

Finestra difettosa

Rigtig god

Very nice, quiet and clean room, 7 min walk from the main train station in the Center. Super comfy, clean bed and towels. Complimentary coffee, tea water. Bathroom needs a bit update, but clean, functional

Bathtub and sink had slight cracks

Close to transportation

Sink was broken, someone’s hair on the pillowcase before first stay, windows hit the tv and one’s bed if open, etc.

virkelig godt

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was the prime factor for convenience to all the parts of the city!

Had to shut the windows to cut out the noise of the trains and traffic, but it was hot and made the room a bit stuffy. Could have done with air conditioning option!

Lage

Location

Cleaning

Excellent breakfast. Hotel well located for city centre.

Todo!

Nada de contar

chambre donnant sur le court de tennis

Fantastisk morgenbuffet 👍🏼

Brokastis bija lieliskas! Dvieļi tika mainīti. Kafijas bārs papildināts.

Very easy to access all parts of the city on foot with information bureau close buy. Beware of bikes as there are a lot and easy to get in their way if not looking carefully. Railway station nearby too.

Information to hand on room and hotel in hard copy. I did not have access to scan on my phone. Need only be in paper format not fancy, costly brochure. Unable to work out heating controls

Easy access from airport and then into city. All on public transport. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff.

Nothing

Room was very clean, comfortable beds, had a good sleep. Location was convenient for transport. Breakfast was brilliant, and the kitchen staff were also nice and kind.

Room was not spacious enough for two adults and two children. Staff and the reception are not friendly and hardly anyone seen at the reception at any given time, not welcoming compared with the other hotels.

Good location and good breakfast choice

Room smelled bad ( strong urine smell from bathroom) Breakfast area too small so sometimes difficult to find a table at busy times

Locatie prima, centraal Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid Restaurant ruim, veel plaats om te zitten Goed bed Hulpvaardig vriendelijk personeel

Sanitair verouderd. Muffe lucht in badkamer Douche gordijntje Douchekop verouderd Kamer is zeer gehorig

Location Breakfast for me Gluten free which was good just would like Plain bread No seeds on anything Thank you

Thought shower could do with a non slip mat for the shower floor

Lokation Morgenmaden

Bestilte familie værelse - ekstra seng / sofaseng var elendig. Den bør ingen sove på.

Frukosten var bra

Luktade fuktigt och unket i toalett/duschutrymmet. Det är detta som dragit bedömningen

Location and good staff

There were some issues in the room that was hoghlighted..nothing too big

Beliggenheden var helt rigtig. Sengen var god. Pænt rent og ryddeligt.

Vandtrykket var i den lave ende.

Super Lage

gentilezza dello staff e posizione

Tutto ok

Great breakfast!

Nada a apontar
