Reviewed Sep 18, 2026This may be THE best buffet breakfast anywhere in Europe! Tasty and massive. And if you know how pricey Copenhagen is this is not nothing. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk to Copenhagen Central, near a fantastic thai restaurant and next door to a supermarket. The room was great, but the breakfast, wow! Would definitely recommend.

Trying to dress up a self service backpacker hostel as a hotel. You have to do or find everything yourself and this all wrapped up in cheery, we are doing our best for the environment vibe when they are charging hotel rates for a YMCA.

Basic food at the breakfast; room, especially bathroom is old and not fresh; As well as not a customer oriented hotel, I had a business booking connected with the private one and had to change room ( to compact-as my business booking was) as ‘no standard rooms available”, but my colleague was offered an upgrade; and not even possible to get the new room faster, had to wait until 15:00- hard to believe that such a big hotel had no clean rooms earlier than 15:00. And they could at least save the cleaning, that is to be every 4th day, now they had to clean after 2 days as this was the length of the private booking.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Tout d’abord, nous y étions pour notre voyage de noces. Nous avons des félicitations durant le check-in. Nous avons été visiblement surclassés pour la chambre à cette occasion. La chambre superior double room était donc vraiment top. Un canapé, un bureau, un fauteuil. Le lit était très confortable L’hôtel est très bien équipé aussi. Avec de belles salles pour se poser, discuter. Un bar pour les noctambules. Une conciergerie pour les valises, ce qui est un plus aussi ! Le staff est sympathique et disponible. Il faut aussi parler du petit déjeuner. Un large choix de produits, variés et pour tous les goûts. Même si finalement on fait le tour au bout de quelques jours, c’était très bon et ça valait le coup de l’avoir pris dans la réservation. Et dernier point, le sentiment d’être dans un hôtel 🏳️🌈 friendly.
La salle de bain était un peu passée et mériterait qu’on s’y attarde. La vitrine de la douche est sale. Et le siphon avait tendance à fuir (on l’a revissé) Le sèche serviette ne sèche pas grand chose. Ça manque un peu de lumière dans la chambre. La laverie… nous avions décidé de laver nos fringues pour éviter de se retrouver en galère. Bah le souci c’est que la machine à laver était encrassée et donc nos vêtements sont sortis avec une odeur absolument affreuse. On a tenté de les relaver dans la chambre mais impossible de faire partir l’odeur, du coup ça a beaucoup embaumé la chambre c’était horrible. Le staff a proposé qu’on relave gratuitement mais si la machine est sale, cela n’avait aucun intérêt. On a refusé et tout a été emballé dans des sacs hermétiques pour être relavés à Paris. Ça a quand même beaucoup compliqué le séjour - décevant.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Cafés in der Nähe. Es gibt ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio und das Personal ist extrem freundlich. da unser Zimmer zum Hinterhof ging, war es ausgesprochen ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht stimmig. Für ein Hotel für diesen Preis darf man erwarten, dass die Zimmer täglich gesäubert werden und man zumindest jeden zweiten Tag automatisch frische Handtücher bekommt. Hier wurden die Zimmer nur jeden vierten Tag gesäubert und Handtücher musste man sich selbst an der Rezeption besorgen. Die Qualität dieser Handtücher war außerordentlich billig. Darüber hinaus gab es keinerlei Amanities im Zimmer. Es gab weder einen Wasserkocher noch Teebeutel. Es gab nicht mal Kleenex – es gab einfach gar nichts.

The location is brilliant, a few minutes walk from the train station, but not too close, relatively quiet, with a supermarket right next door. The tour buses pickup locations are also less than 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. E-bikes/Scooters are right outside the hotel.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! The BEST thing about the Hotel! Location of the hotel was also VERY GOOD! The train station and the Metro stops were all within a 10 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and willing to help all the time.
We picked the wrong room size. We would have picked a larger room if we realized how small the room we picked was. Really nothing else stood out as something we didn't like.

This was not a hotel, they didn't clean the rooms, also did not change the towels , no complimentary water, while we stayed there. No flexibility for check in, a long que for check in at 15:00. Super small room. Not so comfortable beds

So Copenhagen is an expensive city, but this hotel is not what 95% of people would call 'cheap'. There are a few essentials the 95% of people would say are missing. The top 3 for me are 1) No safety deposit box in the room, so you are going to have to either carry your valuables with you all day and night (camera(s), iPad / laptop, etc.) or risk leaving it in your room. 2) No fridge in the room 3) No kettle for making a hot drink. I'd add that the public wifi is open - no password. I have data and VPN and would never use such a network for any application or email. If you are staying longer note that there is no daily cleaning - just a 'light' clean on the 4th day.

Check-in ve bara bakan bir kişi koymuşlar, otele giriş yaparken deskin orda uzun bir kuyruk vardı, belki cuma akşamı olduğu için ,önünüzde arkadaki sıraya önemsemeden saatlerce soru sormak isteyen insanlar varsa vay halinize. Bizim öyle oldu. Lobide ücretsiz çay-kahve servisi var, ama bardak yok. Bazende sıcak su olmuyordu. Servis alanında bardak yok. Bardak almak içinde bara ve rezervasyon deskine bakan kişinin boşluğunu kovalamanız gerekiyor. Güvenlik için kartlı sistem ile giriş koymuşlar her kata.Evet bu işi önemsemişler, ama kapıların hemen arkasındaki yâda yanındaki odada iseniz çok kötü.Uykuyu unutun , hem üst kattaki hemde kendi katınızdaki kapılardan gelen ciddi ses var. Ne olurki demeyin, yorgunluktan bile daldığınızda uyandırabiliyor. Mesaj attım, konuştum. Dönüş olmadı. En azından giriş yaparken bu konuda bilgi verilmesi gerekiyor. Aile için hiç uygun bir oda değildi kesinlikle.

La habitación era muy pequeña y no tenía armario. La limpian cada cuatro noches y no cambian toallas ni recogen papeleras, nada. La cama tenía un futón y un edredón con funda simplemente y en la habitación no había ni una silla para sentarse, ni una mesa, nada. Tuvimos que dejar la ropa en la maleta porque no tenía armario y las mesillas eran una pequeña balda en la pared.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Nahe gelegen am Kopenhagener Hauptbahnhof, 8 Minuten zu Fuß, alles Fuß läufig oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer in den Innenhof schaubar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr umweltfreundlich. Internationale Kunden. Lecker Frühstücksbuffet auch gesund.
Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel hat uns alles gefallen.

The hotel has a strong eco policy, so don't expect new towels every day and cleaning, but do expect a very comfortable bed, a great shower and a fantastic breakfast. It's very clean, rooms are basic but have what you need and it's in a perfect location for everything. As a single female, I felt perfectly safe staying here. The breakfast alone is worth the money - so many delicious choices! Staff are friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay and will be back again next time.

Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, vieles fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gym im Haus
Zu wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer und für drei Personen etwas eng, da die einzige Sitzgelegenheit im Raum als drittes Bett genutzt wird.
