Rak Elegant Hotel Patong

The hotel is clean.The rooms are big.Good amenities for rainy/ sunny day. The staff is exceptionally professional and courteous.The breakfast was good and the cafe is beautiful as well.

All very nice and polite staff, who go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Very nice rooftop with a pool and bar. Location is also great, close to everything without being noisy. Initially booked for only 3 nights and ended up extending for a week. Will definitely be booking here again when back

first of all all the room that locate in front of street they are not isolated sound so they need to fix that second thing for the extra gust will charge u 1000 bat third thing we did check out early due to emergency medical issue so they didn’t refund any thing for remain days

I couldn’t find anything worth rating. On the contrary, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

Everything about our stay was disappointing. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and not welcoming at all. It felt like their main priority was finding ways to charge hotel guests additional fees. We booked a room that included breakfast, advertised as a buffet. However, there was no proper breakfast buffet at all. The only options were toast and eggs, which had to be requested from the kitchen through a small kitchen window. The room was not properly cleaned either. It seemed like the room had only been given a quick tidy-up, as there were still visible traces of dirt and residue in the bathroom from the previous day. The worst part of our experience was when we questioned the receptionist about the additional charges. When the discussion became heated, she actually raised her hand at us in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There was nothing about our stay that was worth recommending, and we certainly would not stay here again.

MY 800 EURO WAS STOLEN FROM THE ROOM. IT WAS AT THE ROOM DURING MY STAY AND WHEN I BACK I RECOGNIZE IT WAS STOLEN.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

مكان نظيف جداً سعره مناسب موقعه جيد خصوصا للي يمشي وهادي بشكل كبير. الموظفين مميزين كاغلب الفنادق في تايلند وكان الدخول والخروج سهل وخصوصا السيدة في الشفت الصباحي. يوم جيتهم تم عمل ترقية. شخصيا انصح في السكن فيه وراح يكون من ضمن خياراتي مستقبلاً.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Rak Elegant à Patong, Phuket. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Le lit est confortable, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une superbe piscine et une vue très agréable. Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible. Je recommande cet hôtel pour passer un agréable séjour à Patong

The breakfast covered a wide range of both Thai and Farang food. Our hotel room had a beautiful view on the Andaman Sea. The roof top swimming pool and exercise room very very good. The staff was very friendly.

The cleaning was done sometimes only in the late afternoon, which is unfortunately not so uncommon in Patong.

الفندق جميل جدا و انصح فيه بشكل كبير من حيث المكان و من حيت السعر النظافه ممتازه و الاستقبال جدا لطيفين و التعامل ممتاز جدا و تعاونهم مع مشكلتي لدرجه انو سهلو اموري و قريب من شارع العرب تقريبا 8 دقايق مشي على الاقدام و يوجد محل سڤن الڤين 3 دقايق على الاقدام انصح به و بشده

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a very clean hotel and the location is a good area. If you walk down from the left for 10 minutes you get the local bars which are a lot better compared to Bangalore road which I recommend is Blue sky bar.

I had a fantastic stay at RAK Elegant Hotel Patong! The value for money was outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything you need is right on your doorstep. What truly made the experience special was the staff; they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. A perfect stay from start to finish—highly recommended!

Great location away from the busyness, nice walk in to the big streets with everything you can think of. 7/11 on each side of the hotel under 5 minutes walk. VERY nice pool area!

All staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely spacious clean room. Very quiet hotel. Great roof top pool with sun loungers to chill out.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé pour visiter Patong. La piscine sur le toit et sa vue sont superbes. Les chambres sont très correctes.

Franchement je ne vois rien a dire. J'ai la chambre une très belle chambre avec balcon. La clientèle est plutôt calme malgré la haute saison

Everything was amazing, the clean rooms, nice pool, helpful staff and great location.

Den overordnede standard på hele hotellet. Renligheden, stemningen, rooftop poolen og værelserne.

Hotellet mangler lidt et roligt område man kan sætte sig i de sene timer, specielt hvis man er en større gruppe. Et forslag kunne være at udnytte 8. etage bedre og indrette et “lounge område”.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch: the rooms were comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. The rooftop with the pool and sauna is a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the stay. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and welcoming. A special mention to Alisa and Veenus, who were absolutely wonderful and very professional throughout our stay. Just a small recommendation: the quality of the bread at breakfast could be improved. It was often stale and not of the best quality, which was a bit disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent standards of the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly come back!

Nice room,not far away from the center. The stuff was smiling and useful. I want to recommend especially miss Tanipa from the reception. She did more and beyond what she supposed to do. Thank you dear Tanipa!!!

Not very close to the beach but I did not mind it as I like walking, or just get a scooter to reach the beach!
