Todo el personal ha sido maravilloso, la habitación muy limpia, súper céntrica, cerca de todo pero sin nada de ruido, está justo detrás del mercado central banzaan. Si vuelvo a Phuket sin duda me quedaré en este hotel.

Todo estaba perfecto.

موقع الفندق مره ممتاز قريب من كل شي مناسب للشباب اكثر ولي يبحث عن فندق للنوم والخروج علماً الغرف صغيره بس مايعيبه اشوف انه خيار جداً ممتاز وسعره حلو طبعاً يمكن حسب الموسم ما ادري بالنسبه لي اخذت في الدور 7 بعيد عن ازعاج الي تحت سمعت الزوار يشتكون من الادوار السفلية

We found this to be very central to all the activities we had booked in, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, we had a comfortable and relaxed stay.

A great hotel with lovely staff that are humble and positive. The facilities were excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are kept to high standards. Patong's location is excellent; it's just minutes from Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Overall, this is a terrific hotel that I would recommend and return to.

. لكن لابد أن يكون هناك مزيد من الثقة في الضيف. كثرة الأوراق والتوقيع عليها واسلوب التهديد الوارد في الأوراق من تعهدات وقوانين صارمة فنحن نقيم في فندقكم بمالنا وليس تحت سلطة الفندق وقوانينه التي لم تمر علي في حياتي وكثرة سفري والسكن في عدة فنادق ودول. يرجى مراجعة تلك القواعد لديكم.

للمرة الثانية احجز هالفندق انه وعائلتي وهالمرة سكنه في غرف مجددة وكانت مريحة ونظيفة الفندق قريب من كل شي ( مجمع جنغسليون، 7-eleven, المطاعم، الصيدليات، ......) وأهم شي بعيد عن الأزعاج والأمان فيه عالي والموظفين ودودين جميعآ دون أستثناء وكنت حاجزة غرفتين متصلتين وصلنه قبل الوقت وعطونه غرفة وحده كانت متوفرة مجان بدون أي رسوم أضافية حق early check in كافة ادوات الحمام متوفرة وتتبدل بشكل يومي وتنظيف الغرف عندهم بشكل يومي من الصباح الى الساعه 4 مساء فقط حسب الطلب

كل شي تمام ماعدا موضوع التأمين ياخذون على كل غرفة 2000 بات يعني لي طلعت من الفندق مافي مجال تصرفها اذا كنت راجع مباشرة ديرتك

水忽冷忽热，一会超级烫，一会超级冷，在这里住了5天我基本没办法洗头发，油着头回家了。晚上也会有点酒吧街还是拳击馆传来的低音炮声音

الغرف ضيقة وجميع الغرف فيها باب يفتح على الغرفة الثانية لو يكح الي في الغرفة الثانية سمعته انا طلبت غرفة مطله على الجبل وعند وصولي اعطوني غرفة مطله على الشارع مكينة المكيف موجوده في بلكونتك يعني حرارة في البلكونه

Het is wel aan de oude kant. Badkamers waren niet helemaal schoon. Kleine kamers.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Auf den Zimmern war es sehr ruhig znd man konnte super Schlafen trotz Zentraler Lage. Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Great property and place, staff super nice, location amazing, everything was spotless, very professional and caring, would recommend for anyone.

كثير من الاسيويين و هم يدخنون الممنوعات والرائحه كريهه برغم اشكتي كل يوم

تعاون موظفين الاستقبال بصورة جدا ممتازة خيث سمح لنا الدخول في وقت مبكرا قرب المكان من ادمناطق الحيوية في بوكيت وقرايضا مو شارع العرب حيث يبعد قرابة 5 دقائق مشي.

الغرف كانت صغيرة نظافة الفرش تحتاج. إلى عناية أكبر بعض ابغرف بها ازعاج خاصة التي قرب الحلبة

المكان قريب من كل شي

تعامل مدير الفندق سئ جداً جداً ويعامل الموظفين بعصبيه و يعامل الزباين بعصبيه وانا صارتلي مشكله بسيطه معاه حبيت احلها لاكن حلها معاي بشكل غير لايق فيني و بسلوب خايس وتعامل سئ لدرجة غير مكان غرفتي وانا كنت مرتاح فيها و دفعت غرامه 9000 بات عشان انهي المشكله البسيطه لاكن غيرلي الغرفه وعطاني غرفه سئ جداً وريحتها خايسه وتحملت عشان الحجز و مدة رحلتي فقط

فندق نظيف ومرتب موقعه فوق ممتاز قريب من مول ويوجد كثيرا من مطاعم حلال

ازعاج في صباح لان غرفتي كانت قريبه من المسبح

قربه من شارع العرب موقع حيوي جدا لاتحتاج لأي تكاسي كل شيء قريب

الموقع لا ينفع للعوائل يوجد به الكثير من الشباب والفتيات اخر الليل لا ينصح به للعوائل المحافظة

الموقع كل شي قريب منك لا تحتاج الي نقل والطاقم ودود جدا كانت اقامه ممتازة سوف أعيد التجربه

لا شي فقط الغرفه صغيرة بعض الغرفه لا يوجد بها خصوصية حيث الغرفه المقابله يسمع كل شي نفعله

I had a wonderful stay at Sira Grande Hotel. The hotel was always clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, with everything I needed within walking distance. What made my stay truly special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Nway at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her excellent service and positive attitude really stood out. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend Sira Grande Hotel to anyone visiting Patong. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I hope to return again soon!

الفندق ممتاز جدا وموقعه مميز والنظافة ممتازة جدا والطاقم كلهم ودودين ورائعين جدا وقد ادخلوني قبل الموعد وموظفة الاستقبال اعتقد اسمها اونا خدومة ومبتسمه ومتعاونه جدا

This is a great hotel, very comfortable beds, cheap beer at the bar and great like location. And the staff are some of the best you will ever find in a hotel.

They were renovating and decided that it was a good idea to start at 8am. This is atrocious for a hotel to be doing things like this. When renovations are at a hotel they usually start at midday or later and the work goes on until early evening. Mechanic expect people to be happy when you are doing renovations and making huge amounts of noise that early in the morning. Customers do not pay to be woken up at that time, because we're paying to sleep in a hotel in relative peace.

Due to building construction, very noisy from early morning till afternoon. Also, rooms’ wall are not soundproof. You can hear other guests talking in their rooms.

前台跟工作人员非常的好，帮助我们拿行李到房间。服务很好。

酒店房间很小，味道非常难闻，有一股很潮湿的味道，连被子都是潮的，早餐不像宣传的图片一样，不是自助也没有寿司，而是让你选menu，甚至连餐厅都不像他们宣传的图册一样。我去之前最期待的就是早上部分了，结果非常一般。主要是房间味道真的太难闻了。

Great beds, location and staff

They are doing renovations, starting at 7am. Hotel renovations should be done at 12pm into the early evening when people are awake. It's disrespectful and not pleasant if you are out late.

Amazing location, staff and I loved the gym. I ended up staying 2.5 weeks due to flight cancellations.

Extremely disappointing experience — poor management response and misleading facilities I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The only genuinely positive aspect of my stay was the staff. The reception team and other employees I interacted with were polite, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, they appear to be badly let down by the hotel management. During my stay, I had a serious family situation that required me to leave earlier than planned. I explained the situation clearly to the reception team, who escalated the matter to management. At that point, I expected at least some degree of understanding, flexibility, or basic human consideration. Instead, the management showed no meaningful compassion or willingness to find a fair solution. I had already paid for seven additional nights that I could not use, yet the hotel refused to refund any part of the unused stay. This was despite the fact that they had advance notice and, in my view, a realistic opportunity to resell the room. Booking.com also attempted to contact the hotel about the situation, but according to Booking.com, the hotel did not meaningfully engage with those attempts. I understand that hotels have policies. However, decent hospitality is not only about hiding behind cancellation terms. It is also about how management treats guests when something serious and unexpected happens. In this case, the response felt dismissive, rigid, and entirely lacking in empathy. There were also other issues that made the stay fall short of what was advertised. The breakfast was not the open buffet I expected based on the hotel’s presentation. The gym was not what I would describe as fully equipped. The internet connection was also unreliable, which was particularly frustrating. Overall, this hotel may have pleasant staff, but the management approach was unacceptable.

スタッフがフレンドリー。ルーフトップバー&プールも良かった。

洗面台に設置されているドライヤーが壊れていて使えず、フロントにその趣旨を連絡したが予備のドライヤーがないと言われ髪の毛が濡れたまま寝ないといけなかった。

You could place every one of the staff we interacted with in ANY 5 star hotel 🏨 in THE WORLD & they would NOT be out of place! Each staff member was EXCEPTIONAL within their Customer Service role & their attention to detail... Thank you ladies & gentlemen of the Sira Grande!

The photos of the room we stayed in were quite jazzed up compared to the actual room itself.... Although everything we needed was in the room.

Location is 4 mins walk from Bangla Road. Lovely staff, rooftop gym, big rooms and very clean.

As good as the pool is, most of the grout has rotted away so the tiles feel very odd under your feet
