カーテンレールがつかかって、カーテンをスムースに開閉できない窓が多かった。シャワーの水量は弱めで温度が一定でなかった。クローゼットの建付けが悪く、小さいクローゼットに布団の予備が入っていて、服を入れるスペースが少なかった。

Hôtel proche (300 mètres) d’une station de train et de métro (conseil important : privilegiez le train pour vous déplacer à Stockholm, c’est le même ticket ou pass que le métro mais c’est beaucoup plus rapide). Quartier sûr (safe) et hôtel super calme.
L'accès à l'encadrement de douche est vraiment très serré, quelqu'un de gros ne peut pas rentrer dedans. Quartier calme mais sans intérêt.

Poche pentole per cucinare, fornello ad induzione a bassa potenza (per far bollire una pentola di acqua servono 45 minuti), il kit di benvenuto acquistato online a 17 euro contiene davvero una scarsissima quantità di olio, sale e caffè liofilizzato. Quando abbiamo aperto il divano letto era sporco ed era rimasto un filtro nella macchina per il caffè

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Das Appartement liegt sehr praktisch, nahe der U-Bahn mit der man in ca 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm ist. Der Bus-Zubringer vom Flughafen Arlanda hat auch ganz in der Nähe einen Stopp. Auch die Umgebung bietet einiges: Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Cafe, Restaurants, Park mit Spielplatz. Für einen klassischen Besichtigungs-Urlaub ist das Appartement ausreichend gut, andernfalls wäre etwas beengt. Die Kochzeile ist praktisch und bietet das Nötigste. Fein ist auch die Waschmaschine samt Trockner.
Eine Bettwäsche war nicht 100%ig sauber, etwas Staub auch unter den Betten. In der Küche ist es immer fein etwas mehr Material zu haben, aber es war ausreichend für kleine Mahlzeiten (und mehr braucht es ja nicht, wenn man untertags unterwegs ist). Die Frage zum Personal habe ich schlecht bewertet, da es leider kein persönlich anwesendes Personal gibt - das mag modern sein, ich finde es schade - und Arbeitsplätze gehen somit auch verloren, Die Kommunikation funktioniert dennoch gut und reibungslos.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Byt bol priestranný, útulný a dobre vybavený (kuchyňa, práčka+sušička). Aj keď bol na prízemí a často sme mali žalúzie zatiahnuté, nemal som pocit, že by bol málo presvetlený. Kódový zámok na hlavnom vstupe aj do bytu bol pohodlný a nemuseli sme strážiť žiadne kľúče. Byt mal výbornú polohu - síce nie je v centre, ale dostupnosť do centra je výborná, pár minút chôdze na stanicu, ale zastávky viacerých autobusov priamo na ulici. Blízko bolo tiež viacero obchodov, reštaurácií a výborných kaviarní s mi,ou obsluhou (odporúčam Cafe Boulevard alebo Café Så Gott s výbornými bezlepkovými toastami a koláčmi). Pozitívne hodnotím aj spôsob a formu komunikácie prenajímateľa.
Prenájom tohto bytu bol náhradné riešenie (majiteľ v pôvodnej rezervácií zrušil pobyt lebo prestal prenajímať byt) a vyšlo to nezanedbateľne viac ako som dúfal :-(.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Easy to access, great location and the apartment we were in was updated, clean and comfortable. I received excellent service any time I needed to speak to an agent via phone call. However, I have 2 requests. 1) Please replace the bed pillows with larger and better quality ones. They are small, uncomfortable and some felt old and in bad shape. 2) Given there is a washing machine and dryer, which is very much appreciated, it would be helpful to have a few laundry pods. We purchased a full container of detergent for only 2 loads. All the other amenities are great.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026L'emplacement géographique est excellent, à 5-10 minutes à pied du métro, du tram, du train et du bus pour l'aéroport. Des arrêts de bus sont situés dans la rue (pour aller à Drottningholm Slott par exemple). Le magasin Hemköpp est parfait pour les courses. La rue est calme. Les rideaux occultants sont bien mais il faut tout de même prévoir un masque car le jour se lève très tôt en été.
Un aspirateur à disposition serait très appréciable. Un service de nettoyage une seule fois par semaine n'est pas suffisant.

There were no windows in the two bedrooms. You would need an 8 ft ladder to get to the windows. It was not possible to adjust the blinds as they were broken and totally out of reach. There was no air in the property. It was oppressive. There was only one wardrobe in the property for a potential 4-6 people. One bedroom was so small, you could only get into the bed from one side, and there was only one small light over the bed. I paid to leave the property until 1pm, but was told to leave the apartment by 11 am. The code changes if you ask for late exit, I never got the new code, so was forced to be in the property for 2 hours. I have stayed here once before in a one bed apartment which was very nice. I will not risk staying here again.

I didn't like the fact that the TV required us to put our personal details if we wanted to watch something, and the sofa bed kinda made noises while we turned in our sleep.

I liked the cleanliness of the property and the easy check-in / check-out process. I would also recommend ApartDirect in case you attend an event at Strawberry Arena, there is a direct bus that will take you there from across the street from the property.
The curtains were a bit stained, could be replaced.

no tenia café, ni azúcar, y varias cosas esenciales que se supone tendría, la única sartén estaba muy desgastada, elegimos apartamento con cocina para cocinar y apenas lo pudimos usar. El sumidero de la ducha es a ras de suelo y el agua pasa incluso a la lavadora. El sofá cama algo incomodo y las camas eran futones con apenas centímetros de grosor en vez de colchones

The room and facility could use a bit of updating (torn carpet in the hallway, some aged kitchen cabinets from oil splatters). Moreso, it didn't have an inviting feel. The welcome email said there would be a "welcome package" with coffee, tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil. It had none of it, unfortunately. Those are little things, but they make a big difference for a place feeling livable.

Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich und wir hatten Rückenschmerzen. Außerdem war die Bettwäsche an einpaar Stellen fleckig. Die Tür zum Apartment ist so schwer, dass es laut knallt und alles vibriert wenn man sie zufallen lässt. Die Zimmernachbarn nahmen darauf kaum Rücksicht. Die Wände sind dünn, man hört die Nachbarn.

The apartment is quite small, especially when the sofa bed is opened. There is no air conditioning, only a small fan. And the shower door seal needs to be replaced because water leaks onto the bathroom floor. The curtain rod is broken, so we had to use a chair to keep the curtain in place. Also, the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Excellent location and great value for money. Just 10 min metro ride to Stockholm central. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I payed for the service to get a crib for my child and everything was setled when we arrived. The location is great, very close to a Hemköp supermarket for groceries. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I payed to park my car in the underground garage and I worked really well during our 5-day stay.
I reported that the sink plug was missing, and I even had to fill an online form and everything, but it was never fixed during our stay. The couch was also in bad condition and it should be changed. Also, be aware that there is no staff on-site. Everything is handled digitally via WhatsApp Business or email, so you have to read through different communicatios, one for each service you hire (crib, parking, stay) to figure out how to access the garage, throw away trash, and check in.

Gavome ne tokį kambarį, kurį užsisakėme. Tokį, kurį gavome, nebuvo net nuotraukose. Prašėme pakeisti, gavome tik atsiprašymą, tačiau patiems paprašius kompensacijos, ji buvo suteikta. Kambaryje užrašas nerūkoma, tačiau jautėsi rūkalų kvapas. Buvo karšta kambariuose, nepaisant dviejų mažų stalinių ventiliatorių. Nėra kondicionieriaus. Langas atidarytas, tik anksti rytais buvo girdimas triukšmas. Sofos šonas nulūžęs, purvina dekoratyvinė pagalvėlė. Gulint sofoje labai jautėsi spyruolės. Nėra nei arbatos, kavos, cukraus ar druskos, aliejaus. Taip pat be papildomų išlaidų naudotis skalbyklę neįmanoma, nes nėra skalbimo miltelių. Visus juos pirkti iš savininko už 30 eur yra labai neracionalu.

The host's expectations to clean up after ourselves is a little bit odd. We would have done so anyway, but demanding guests to take the rubbish out and wash the dishes or face an additional cost goes against the whole idea of staying outside of home.

We rented the apartment with three adults as advised and the sofa bed is an absolute torture instrument and creaks like crazy when you move in the slightest. I know it's Sweden but it was unbearable during the heatwave so we bought an airbed but i didn't get decent sleep during my entire stay as there's an AC panel on the wall which seems more decorative and didn't cool the apartment down at all

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026There were great connections to public transport, both busses and the metro. The apartment itself was clean and having the kitchen was extremely useful. Can also imagine having use of a washing machine and dryer to be extremely good if you were staying for longer! The communication with the hotel was fantastic, extremely speedy and friendly.
Unfortunately the issues with the apartment are things that cannot be changed/instantly fixed. If you value having any sleep I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I really wanted to love this hotel, it has a great location and good amenities, unfortunately I can't because I just didn't get any sleep at all during my stay. The hotel was EXTREMELY WARM, my mini thermometer said around 25c at night, there is no AC in the hotel. This meant we had to have the windows open in order to get any air in at all, but unfortunately both nights of our stay there were people screaming outside until past 4am. The first night the police even came to arrest someone. It meant that during the night it became a dance of having the window open until the screaming started, closing it, overheating and waking up and repeating the cycle. The first night we arrived we did ask if there was a fan available. The communication with the hotel was extremely fast and friendly - no faults at all there! However they were only able to leave the fan with us the next day which meant one extremely hot night. When the fan did arrive it was a tiny table fan and was absolutely filthy with dust. Unfortunately being a tiny table fan it didn't do much to cool down the room the whole night, and again we couldn't have the window open because of people screaming and shouting outside until past 4am. I guess it's just the neighbourhood, unfortunately not anything the hotel can change. Although the hotel was clean, when we went to use the utilities to cook, we found that every bowl, spoon, knife, cooking pot etc had crusted food leftovers on them in some capacity. Not the end of the world but not great. The main problem is that the hotel is unbearably warm so keep that in mind if you book this place during summer. We would actually gladly come back during colder months but we left our two night stay with around 5 hours sleep total.

Vi ville titta på två vm matcher i fotboll Sverige Japan och Frankrike Norge. Tv fungerade ej. Ringde Apartdirect flera gånger utan resultat. Till sist fick jag veta att tvn skulle bytas ut. Som trogen kund hos Booking.com känner jag mig lurad. Önskar kompensation ekonomiskt. Har framfört detta till Booking.com. Vad är ert problem?

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Good, clean, comfortable - everything you need. A few minutes walk to the station and only a few stations into central Stockholm. Plenty of local food options and a supermarket near the station. Washing machine and dryer were very good.

This doesn't seam like a good money/value ratio, I expected more. It is very basic, and they extra charge everything. There isn't even some salt, sugar, tea, coffee at the apartment. I really don't know to whom it is intended. There are big windows on the apartments on the ground floor, directly on the pedestrian street to make you feel like in a shop window, without any privacy, so you have to have curtains all the time. And the windows are dirty above all.
