Tuba oli pisikene, aga hubane. Vannitoas kvaliteetsed pesuvahendid. Pehme voodi. Personal oli väga sõbralik.

Kuna oli väga palju külastajaid, siis hommikusööki ei jätkunud ja järjekord oli pikk. Külastasime Strawberry arenat ja saime aru, et asub lähedal- tegelikult on jala ikka pikka maa, pidime trammi kasutama.

Väldigt bra frukost. Rummet var bra ljudisolerat.

Clean comfortable hotel ideally located for us. This was our third stay in the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel with fine touches in the rooms. Location is excellent, 10 minutes on train to city, and much cheaper than in the city. People complained about breakfast, I really cannot see why. It's simpler, yes but you get all you need and more! Loved my stay here.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and great affiliation with gym nearby! Nice amenities in room including fully towels, robes and slippers. Also loved the convenience of nearby public transport options.

I felt the room was too dark. My bathroom had a large window, however in the sleeping area I would have preferred better lighting so that I could see better when all the lights were on.

Sehr zentral in Sundbyberg Zentrum mit vielen Angeboten für den öffentlichen Verkehr. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Die Flure sind recht dunkel, trotz Beleuchtung. Innerhalb einer Etage sind 6 Stufen, allerdings ohne Handlauf. Vom Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Vielfalt gewünscht. Das Bad war durch die dunklen Wände sehr düster.

Nice room, good location and friendly staff.

The breakfast was a bit of a chaos, everything was finished all the time. Also in the evening the restaurant kitchen was closed for one hour, even though it should have been open and the waiter had already taken our order. They did apologise for the mix up.

Närheten till stationen & övriga affärer inkl. Omnipollos kyrka. Trevligt rum med skön säng. Vi fick en tidigare incheckning 🤗!

Frukosten var ”torftig”, påläggen innehöll plastförpackade basvaror, äggröran var mkt torr och de vita bönorna saknades. Trångt också vid den enda serveringsdisken som fanns och långsam service där. Det saknades också bl a färsk frukt, större utbud på te, shots m m.

Fräscht modernt rum. Bra läge

Lite kaosstämning vid frukosten. Personalen var dålig på att fylla på frukostvaror. Man fick bl.a. köa för att personalen skulle fylla på kaffe & bröd.

It's just a room

This place is 100% not worth what they charge. The location is not central, it's fine if you're for example going to the strawberry arena, otherwise far away from the city center. The room was very very small with barely space to walk, it's fine if you only want to sleep there, though the bed is under a protrusion on the roof and you have to be careful of not hitting your head on it. There was furthermore a problem with the booking, I book a double room for two people and for some reason they say it was only for one and didn't allow my partner to stay, even though in the room there was a double room, double sets of towels, double glasses in the bathroom and double sets of pillows on the bed, because supposedly the room wasn't big enough for two or allowed for two even though it was advertised as double bed. They were unflexible about it even though we offer to pay more.

I liked the interior design of the hotel, and the beds very really comfy!

The breakfast was a disappointment. Almost all food had run out before we arrived there, and there was still plenty of breakfast time left! They did not either have any refills left.....

The bed was super comfortable

Good room, good dimensions, amazing bed! It was so nice and I just loved sleep there! The staff was very nice and always with a smile! Breakfast was good, lots of options and they were replacing empty with full dishes all the time! Very easy to get to and had a alcohol supermarket and a regular supermarket on the other side of the street. Lots of dining options and metro, train and tram just there so no matter where you want to go, you had options!

The windows didn't block the sound, so if there were people in the restaurant below, you could hear everything. It's not 100% an issue because it became silent once the restaurant closed, but I would rather have my silence.

Perfect Staff!

The staff was very kind. We went to the hotel early in the morning to leave our bags for the day as we arrived a lot earlier than the check-in, however as a great surprise our room was ready and we got to check-in right away. This saved our day as we had a long day ahead of us. Additionally, the staff was very nice and gave us breakfast to go as we had to check-out before the breakfast started.

Älskade rummet och speciellt toaletten och duschen! Det kändes luftigt och det fanns mycket plats för förvaring. Ett stort plus för att personalen var tillmötesgående och snabba med ett extra täcke då det endast fanns ett stort.

Frukosten var ett rejält minus. Första morgonen var vi nöjda då det var mindre folk och allt var välfyllt. Detta var en söndags morgon runt kl 08. Måndagen däremot var inte alls lika bra. Saker tog slut, fruktansvärt tight vid buffén och det kändes stressat och rörigt.

Design/ Einrichtung

Wir hatten uns auf eine entspannte Auszeit in Stockholm gefreut - haben den Urlaub zum 80. Geburtstag verschenkt - und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Besonders das Frühstück war eines 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht würdig: kaum Auswahl, keine Abwechslung, selten Personal im Frühstücksbereich zu sehen, einiges an Essen wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt, wenn es leer war, bzw. nur auf Nachfrage und dann mit langer Wartezeit, Teewasser oft kalt, kein Kakao für die Kinder, kein Honig, nur eine weiche Brotsorte, Tische wurden selten gesäubert, mussten das Geschirr unserer Vorgänger selbst wegbringen, um an einem Tisch essen zu können, beim Essen schaut man auf eine sehr ungepflegte Terrasse; Personal an der Rezeption tagsüber nicht immer anwesend und wirkte auch nicht immer kompetent; ein Zimmer wurde für je drei Personen gebucht und bezahlt - es gab aber nur ein Doppelbett je Zimmer (die Gebühr für das Zustellbett wurde uns zum Glück erlassen... ), Badezimmer mit groben Kalkrückständen in der Dusche, keine Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad, Zimmer sehr laut (Straßenlärm, Türknallen auf den Fluren, Toilettenspülungen aus den Nachbarzimmern) und auch trotz eines Ventilators warm, der Kinderspielbereich wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal aufgeräumt oder gereinigt. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr sich selbst überlassen und benötigt dringend ein bisschen Liebe, Zuwendung und Engagement seitens der Mitarbeitenden. Der erste Eindruck mit dem geschmackvollen Industrie-Design im Eingangsbereich und den Zimmern täuscht leider bei genauem Hinsehen sehr. Wir waren in schon sehr vielen 4-Sterne-Hotels in Schweden - aber nur dieses hier hinterlässt einen bleibenden (negativen) Eindruck. Leider wurden wir beim Check-out vom Personal vor Ort nicht gefragt, ob wir zufrieden waren. Daher jetzt hier die Rückmeldung.

Frukosten har blivit mycket dålig bara en sort bröd inget bröd att rosta, har aldrig ätit så dålig äggröra tidigare och äggen måsteni koka på rätt sätt inte kul med grön äggula,näe ni som tagit över gör om och gör rätt

Amazing place, very cozy, great service! Just the pillows are not too good, but I loved the shower, the staff, location!

Stayed one night, the hotel exceeded the expectations! Staff, general experience, location, cleanliness, amenities and service offered/available, value for money. Highly recommend!

Just if you want to eat in the area past 11pm there are no restaurant open, although the hotel offers some 24/7 snacks.

Our stay was absolutely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We were traveling with a dog, and everything was arranged for her as well — at breakfast in the restaurant, they even offered water for our dog separately. There was also a convenient park for walking just five minutes from the hotel. A special thanks for preparing a takeaway breakfast for us, as we had a very early departure

Mysigt rum, fin inredning och fantastiskt skön säng.

Servicen i receptionen! Hon var oengagerad och något besvärad när jag ställde frågor. Synd att baren var stängd pga renovering, skulle finnas en alternativ lösning på hotellet. Dåligt påfyllt med tvål och schampo på rummet. Städerskan kom även in i rummet trots att jag fått bekräftat från receptionen om senare utcheckning kl 13.00!
