Me pareció terrible el servicio a la carta del restaurante. No concuerda para nada la descripción de los platos con lo que te sirven. Platos que podrian costar 3,000 pesos de lo malos que son, con precios de 52,000. Me sirvieron unas mini piezas de pollo frito quemadas, papas mal hechas, una pizza de peperoni con solo un par de peperonis, una limonada sin sabor en 18,000 pesos y en el market pedí un vaso con leche y unas galletas y me cobraron 60,000. Parece que el desayuno es otro chef porque ese si es buenísimo.

There was a serious problem with a ride to the airport upon our leaving. Even though we had reserved a van, it was not supplied. Also, the quality of food in the hotel restaurant was much less than expected.

Getting charged in my home currency instead of local pesos even though i mentioned to staff thereby incurring more cost. Staff weren't available at breakfast to welcome guests or assist with seating.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The location of the hotel is central to most attractions and main roads. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as pharmacy and bakeries. The staff was outstanding and the buffet breakfast was our favorite out of all the hotels we stayed at within Colombia. The parking staff was friendly and flexible with our stay. We stayed almost 9 days between my reservation and my husband’s reservation in June. We will definitely be back for future stays in Bogota.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Nos hospedamos aquí para ir a un concierto en el vive claro, todo muy bien. El desayuno muy rico, los panes y los omelets deliciosos, la habitación muy limpia y ordenada. Tienen recepción 24h así que cuando nuestro vuelo llego a las 1 de la mañana, nos recibieron muy amablemente. El hotel tiene servicio de retiro y traslado al aeropuerto, lo utilice al llegar y al irme al aeropuerto.
Lo único malo es que tardaron mucho en coordinar el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, tuve que ser insistente para que el chofer se contactara conmigo unos días antes. Lo otro es que el chofer que me asignaron, fue cambiado a ultima hora, lo que me molesto un poco porque estando en una ciudad donde uno no conoce y llegando en horas de la madrugada, puedes llegar a sentirte inseguro y paranoico. De igual forma trate de comunicarme al numero de la coordinadora de transporte para confirmar pero nunca me contesto, ni siquiera a la mañana siguiente. Gracias a Dios todo salió muy bien y el nuevo chofer fue muy amable. También utilice el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto y este fue coordinado con la chica de recepción y todo salió bien.

El desayuno no me impactó para un hotel de este nivel, en especial la panificación debería tener más variedad y categoría.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Die Lage für an die FILBo Bogotá 2026 zu gehen, ist die Lage perfekt, so kann man innert 10 Minuten in die Anlage gelangen. Ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen waren super nützlich, zudem waren die Zimmer sehr angenehm gross für 2 Personen.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten, doch die Betten sind sehr schmal, so mussten wir beide Betten benutzen obwohl das nicht die Idee war. Das Bett am Fenster war ziemlich laut, man hört den Strassenlärm gut, ist nicht so angenehm zum schlafen. Leider war das Frühstück sehr monoton, nach 4 Nächte wird es wirklich langweilig, da die Grundnahrungen immer die selben sind, auch die Früchte war immer gleich, schade. Eine Deckenbeleuchtung wäre noch gut, die Stehlampen reichen leider nicht ganz aus.
