The breakfast was fair, although if the hotel wishes to attract more North American clientele then perhaps more vegetarian options might be good. I want to thank the front desk and the on-call medical resident for helping out with my wife's dire breathing difficulty and summoning a doctor regarding the altitude sickness.

The apartment could be better furnished with cups and glasses and utensils. And toilet paper.

The location is nice and the staff is amazing and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary with a variety of options. We stayed for a week and we really had a good time..

The booking included access to the jacuzzi but when we arrived we were told it was not available for a while ago. It was a bit disappointing.

Extremely friendly staff and nice breakfast with various options. We were a family of 6 and the stay was lovely.

O quarto standard, do térreo, não tem janela e não tem nenhum meio de circulação de ar. É horrível! Quando solicitei na recepção um quarto com janela, me pediram o pagamento de um valor que correspondia a 60% do que eu já havia pago, sendo este novo quarto considerado luxo. Vale lembrar que, ambientes fechados são considerados insalubres e não sanitários, e existem regras vigentes para isso em Bogotá. A experiência não foi legal.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, und leider war es dort sehr laut. Wir konnten die Menschen draußen beim Reden deutlich hören. Sogar in der ersten Nacht sind wir gegen 3 Uhr morgens aufgrund von Geräuschen von draußen aufgewacht. Das war für uns sehr unangenehm. Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, bevor wir eine große Reise angetreten haben, um uns vorher noch etwas auszuruhen. Leider war dies aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer keine Fenster, die man öffnen konnte, sodass keine frische Luft ins Zimmer gelangen konnte. Insgesamt waren wir daher mit unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufrieden.

Noisy. We could hear the rain really loud and people talking until late and early in the morning. We needed noise canceling headphones to sleep. The breakfast gets cold quick since it is outside.

La habitación que me asignaron estaba en el piso 1, y se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la recepción. esto hizo que la dormida fuera interrumpida varia veces en la noche durante toda la estadia.

La ubicación fue lo mejor y la atención 10/10

All the receptionists were very friendly and attentive. Location was nice with many restaurants nearby and also close to the airport. (15-20 mins)

The room was very dirty. The bed was dirty, there were hair in it from the people before. The bed was nicely made and looked clean from the outside, but when looking under pillows and sheets there were hair, they did not change it and if we had not looked carefully we would not have noticed it. I found this very gross since i expect clean sheets, even if it is not a luxury hotel and only for one night, but i am sure they get away with not changing the sheets often and i find this disgusting and a scam. We had to ask the receptionists (who was really friendly) for clean sheets and change the sheets ourselves with help of the receptionist. It was no problem to get clean sheets when asking for them. Also on the floor around the bed there were lots of different hair everywhere and in the bathroom as well. However, the bathroom was also "ready" for us with toilet paper folded neatly etc, it was definitely not a mistake, it was "cleaned", but in reality there were stranger's hair everywhere and i was very disgusted and did not want to shower and sleep there. I would not recommend this hotel. The price is good, the location nice and the staff friendly, but very dirty and unhygienic. Breakfast was okay but the "clean" plates looked also quite dirty with weird stains on them. Would not go there again.

I have to say i liked the hotel stay . very nice staff and very clean place and area . plus the location is whit in walking distance. Lot's of restaurants and stores in the area blocks away. The USA embassy a few blocks away .

I dislike the sidewalk . Must be very careful walking you can trip or fall . cause of holes and uneven concrete . were at times you have to walk out to the street and there a lot of traffic and motorcycle in a rush .at night time street are a bit dark.

El hospedaje estuvo bien, buena atencion del personal y buena zona, pero falta variedad en el desayuno, para un hospedaje de tantos dias es tedioso desayunar todos los dias igual, no hay variedad de proteina. La zona es tranquila pero hay construcciones cerca y es muy molesto el ruido, tambien hay colegios y algunas propiedades que activan una alarma a cada rato. si piensas dormir a mas de las 8 am este no es el mejor lugar.

Kamer was klein maar comfortbel. Kitchinette was ideaal. Genoeg ruimte voor 2 personen. Badkamer met genoeg opbergruimte.

Douch werd soms ineens loeiend heet terwijl je eronder staat. Je verbrand zo wat. Te kleine TV. Te weinig keukengerei. (Twee van alles) Geen pannen. De dooddoener was dat een personeel frontdesk zeer onbeschoft was. Ik had iets besteld en hij verdomde het om mij te vertellen dat hetgene geariveerd was. Ik bleef de hele dag wachten terwijl het voor de middag werd geleverd. Hij vertelde mij dat hij vond dat hij mij niet verplicht was om dat in kennis te stellen. Ik was een hele (vakantie) dag kwijt hierdoor. ZONDE!! De rest vn het personeel waswel zeer attent en service gericht. Ontbijt was ook niet OK. Koude koffie en koud water voor de thee. Je moet elke keer vragen naar bestek. Last but not least. Ver van tevoren geboekt. 3 dagen voor mijn reis kelderde het kamer prijs enorm, meer als de helft. Ik had makkelijk kunnen anuleren en opnieuw boeken. Zonder enige kosten en hierdoor stuk goedkoper kunnen verblijven. Echter was ik zo eerlijk (dom eigenlijk) om dit met het hotel te comuniceren. Ik kreeg als antwoord dat wanner ik zal betalen het voor mij gunstigste rate zal worden gehanteerd. DUS NIET HE!! Van het hotel, en dit was niet het eerste keer, kreeg ik te horen dat dit aan Booking.com ligt. Volle pond moeten betalen.

No tienen conocimiento de las leyes turismo en cuanto al IVA y sello de entrada y salida a Colombia

Buen hospedaje cerca a Corferias. Limpio, cómodo, a distancia caminando de Corferias y con buenos sitios cerca pra comer o incluso para mercar ya que tenía una pequeña cocineta.

El ultimo dia nos tocomuy informal, las camas incomodas, las almohadas viejas, las toallas, el equipo de sonido, la television vieja, la refri vacia, no habia room service, el ascensor estaba malogrado, no habia closet en el cuarto, el calentador de pisos calentaba la sala, no la zona donde estaban las camas. Focos quemados, luz de mesa de noche no funcionaba. Ademas, se equivocaron de cuarto pero luego lo rectificaron

El personal es excelente, el dpto es cómodo y la ubicación es muy estratégica

Justo había una obra en frente y a partir de las 7 hs los ruidos no permitían dormir. Entiendo un evento aislado, pero recién está empezando, por lo cuál los ruidos de la construcción se prolongarán por al menos 1 año, así que cuidado los de sueño liviano porque con esa construcción en marcha no se va a poder dormir. Por lo menos deberían iniciar los trabajos a partir de las 8 hs, no antes.

Personal de recepción y limpieza orientados al servicio, amables y atentos.

No puedo decir que no me gustó porque sería injusto, pero, si quiero hacer una recomendación al personal de cocina: deben ser más amables con todos, sin importar quien se sea su cliente. Me sentí muy bien atendida, luego de que la señora se enterara que era escritora y el buen servicio no debería depender de esto. El dinero con el que se paga el hospedaje vale lo mismo, no pagas menos o más por el rol, cargo o posición social. Si ya eres huesped, eso debería ser suficiente.
