Reviewed Aug 28, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at De Cyber Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was convenient for exploring Cyberjaya and the surrounding area. Also atmosphere was nice for a short staycation. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
There wasn't anything major that I disliked during my stay. Even though, the breakfast was not provided but it was still a good experience and I would consider staying again. I was satisfied with my stay.

Aircond suddenly shutdown at 12am and can never turn on until our check out the next day. Tried to contact the receptionist at using inroom telephone,but what can i say,the operator number is not usual 0, but its number 5. What?u want me to just go down to lobby? That i have to change my PJ into a decent wear in the middle of the night?no thankyou. All and all,will not be coming back lah

The room is not well soundproofed. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring, as well as noises from their bathroom and shower. Hahaa.. The staff were polite and not rude, but they could be more welcoming and smile more when interacting with guests.

Only one complain, the soundproofing is bad because there was construction going on the other shop lots and the room beside me also can be heard slightly. I hope it will be improved in the future. I still will book again in future.

- Peti ais tidak berfungsi - Tak ada kedai macam 7E, Orange, Mart etc yang berdekatan bawah hotel. Ada pun jauh nak jalan

Though i was quite happy with the hotel when i was in there the week before, i was disappointed this time around as i found the cleanliness in the bathroom wanting. There was a lot of mildew on the walls and the taps etc needed to be cleaned properly. There perhaps needs to be better supervision of the cleaning or sanitation crew.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026The place is quiet since it’s outside the city. The parking space is very large, so it’s almost impossible not to find a parking spot. The TV also has movie channels like HBO Max, where you can watch movies.
The room is not fully soundproof; I can hear what’s happening outside and in the next room. There is no water heater for making hot coffee and no bottled water, as you need to get it yourself from the water dispenser outside the room.
