The room walls are so thin we can hear someone vomiting in the next room. It's disturbing. The door has no extra internal lock, so it can be easily opened from outside if someone has a master key

I chose this hotel because I often travel to Cyber for work and wanted to try a new place with good ratings. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had among the nearby hotels. The staff had difficulty understanding my requests, and unlike other hotels in the area, this one didn’t provide parking (which was not a big issue for me). When I checked in, there was no water as they said the room above was being cleaned. The main light in my room kept blinking, and even after I clearly asked to change rooms, the staff didn’t reassure me or communicate properly. They only said it would be fixed soon, which made things more difficult since I was in a rush. The doorbell didn’t work, and the TV was hard to use. I’m not the type who likes to complain, but for the price I paid, I would rather stay at a nearby hotel that’s cheaper with a similar experience—or slightly more expensive but much better.

Sometimes the water tap get worse no water out or quality water have an issue. Second there is no staff available that need during emergency case between 12am until the morning at 9am

Staff dekat kaunter sangat tidak mesra. Kami tak ada cash untuk bayar deposit dan minta untuk bayar dengan cara lain. Tapi staff suggest suruh pergi atm dekat dalam mall sebab nak cash juga. Akhirnya, dia bagi untuk transfer duit sebab saya beritahu saya dari jaih, 8 jam perjalanan dan dah penat nak pergi mall pula ambik duit. Bilik berbau busuk, dekat almari bau lipas sangat kuat. Kemudian, hari kedua lift pula rosak. Bila inform staff, staff tak ada pon tanya nak kami bantu ke angkat beg. Respon staff hanya, eh saya baru guna tadi ok je. Masalahnya, memang lift tu under maintenance. Kami dengan 2 anak kecil, bawak beg banyak turun tangga dari tingkat 2.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025The room was clean, the Bathroom as well, but both twin bed sheets were not very clean, one had hair from a previous guest I guess. There is a floor issue where you really have to mind your steps once you enter the room, so annoying and not safe. From very early morning, you can hear the room service cleaners cleaning other rooms. No soundproof walls!

Reviewed May 30, 2025Nearby to D'Pulze mall. Easy to find food or entertainment. Room just nice for staying, sleep. Not so big but ok lah, reasonable with price.
No free parking. Have to pay parking even we were staying in. Hope hotel can give some sort of rebate for parking in the future. Also no fridge in the room.
