Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The only thing that was okay about this hotel was the clean bedding.
The smell in the hotel was terrible — strong damp and mould. Coming out of the lift, the smell in the corridor was incredibly strong and unbearable. There were visible water stains on the walls and parts of the ceiling. The rooms smelled of damp and mould, which was also clearly visible on the walls and ceilings. The worst place I have ever stayed. The breakfast was a disaster and absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel and strongly advise against staying here. The area around the hotel was dirty, and the hotel is in a very poor location.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. Special thanks to the front desk team—Majed, Omar, and Abdulaziz—for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout my stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, conveniently located near the airport, and offers spacious, well-maintained rooms with true five-star comfort. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable and of excellent quality, and the room service was prompt and first-class. Everything exceeded my expectations. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Jeddah. Highly recommended!
