The receptionists, Salman and Ammar, were incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in and check-out processes seamless. Additionally, the hotel room was notably spacious, featuring good-quality furniture and an amazing jacuzzi that provided a highly relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the breakfast options, as the food served during my stay was consistently goo, additionally Sama lounge located on the 8th floor, this rooftop venue is decorated with a vibrant living wall and offers panoramic infinity views of the Jeddah skyline. It is well-known for serving authentic Lebanese cuisine, it also offers free football matches streaming.

The swimming pool was closed due to ongoing repair and renovation works, which was disappointing. I also noticed that housekeeping did not happen automatically; I had to actively call the staff each time to initiate room service. Lastly, the in-room entertainment system feels outdated—the TV screen did not support HDMI devices or screen-sharing capabilities, which made it difficult to connect personal devices.Despite these minor inconveniences, the comfort of the room and the top-notch customer service make this hotel a great choice. I hope to see these maintenance and tech upgrades completed by my next visit

الموقع الموقف النظافه تصميم الديكورات فريق العمل والفنيين التنقل بين ادوار السكن بالمصعد يستوجب استخدام الكارت وهذه ميزه حسب وجهة نظري

التكييف في احدي الغرف كان كثير الاعطال وتم التغيير الى غرفه افضل بكثير. تم منع زوجتي وابنائي من الدخول في الليل لعدم وجودي معهم. مما استوجب ان انزل من الغرفه لاحضارهم. وقد تكون ميزه ايضا من الناحية الامنيةولكنها ازعجتني نوعا ما. بشكل عام الفندق اكثر من رائع وسوف اعود للسكن فيه في حال السعر كان منطقي

بوكنق عند إلغاء اليوم الاخر بسبب ان جاني حاله طارئه في استرداد المبلغ والشركاء مع بوكنق.. بوكنق تقول يرسلون ايميل الشركاء لدينا.. والشركاء يرسلون لنا بوكنق وكان الموضوع فيه لبس وتخوف العملاء في استرداد مبالغهم والتهرب بالعلم المفترض تواصلي ليس مع الشركاء لن حجزي عن طريق بوكنق ودفع المبلغ عن طريق بوكنق .. ولا انصح بالحجز مره اخرى اذا لم يتم استرجاع المبلغ لدي عن طريق هذا التطبيق والتأخير في استرجاع الحقوق بالعلم انم تم رفع الايميل كذا شخص.. والى الان لم يكن فيه رد واسترجاع المبلغ.. وهذا شي صراحه محزن..والتعويض واسترجاع المبلغ عن طريق الجهات الحكومية المختصه

Welcoming and accommodating staff (special mention to Miss Shouq!), big rooms and bathrooms with jacuzzi, comfortable beds, quiet, good breakfast with a lot of options, enjoyable swimming pool great with kids, nice sauna and steam room.

Strong AC and sometimes a bit difficult to use the electricity buttons!

أقمنا فيه ليلة 8 لاجتماع الحملة لأداء فريضة الحج أدينا الفريضة ولم ننسى الموظف ( طلعت ) من دعائنا جزاه الله خير وسهل له كل أمر طاقم الموظفين من أفضل مايكون باللطف والتعاون وسماحة الخاطر يحببونك بالمكان مما جعلنا نقرر أن اقاماتنا القادمة في جدة ستكون هنا رغم اعتيادنا على الحجز بالقرب من الشاطئ لكن حسن التعامل يحبب الشخص بالمكان

My room has view to the AC’s outside unites without even city view. No sun gets to that room. I came from canada with bid expectations

كل شيء ماشاء الله تبارك الله من البداية استقبال وجمال الغرفة وافضلية الموقع. وأخص بالذات موظف الإستقبال طلعت بأدبه وابتسامته وحسن استقباله وتفهمه لاحتياجك بارك الله فيه.

النظافة معدومة الفرش الارضي يجب يتم ازالته فورا بسبب البق حشرات الفراش مليئة كان معي اطفال اقمة 3 ايام هنا وخرجت للمستشفى مباشرة شيئ مؤسف ان تصنيفه 5 نجوم ويبدو لي ان الخلل من ادارة الفندق واذا ماتم معالجة المشكله سأصعد المشكله لوزارة الصحة والسياحة

This is my second time staying here, I stayed last year as well. The rooms, especially if you get the king bed are nice with big bathrooms, everything is clean. Lobby bathrooms weren’t giving the clean feel only seemed clean… if you know what I mean. This year, I wanted to celebrate my mother’s birthday and have them decorate the room, I said please do whatever you can, I am not sure as to what you can do but what have you done for previous guests. To make it short- they said of course they would be happy to and they will take care of it. They even said they would write happy birthday on a plate at breakfast— seeing as to how we had breakfast included and they have someone to station the eggs and crepes, it would have been super easy for them to accommodate small things like this. Which is why I thought we would be all good. I even reached out the day before and said that we are coming tomorrow and I want to make sure everything is all good- no reply. I had also said that I know check in is later than when we are going to be coming and my mom has some dietary restrictions so she would need to eat, is eating allowed in the lobby? and they said no but you are welcome to eat in the restaurant area. They didn’t accommodate that either.

We had many conversations, everything was all good, no one said to me they can’t decorate or you have to pay x amount etc. nothing was said. I would have said no worries. No one said you can’t eat anywhere in the hotel if you have your own food- in fact they said they could even reheat it for her. But no- this is not how this went. Instead, when I arrived, I reminded them again and the lady at the front desk was ridiculous and looked at me like I was crazy. To the point where the bellboy was called over and I told him and he communicated with her as she didn’t speak English and he told her I had been messaging people on booking.com and they had agreed. He also told her will will mention this all in the review, to that In a super condescending way she looked at him and was like “maafi” as in I couldn’t care less if she does or not. So that triggered me a lot. Like are you kidding you guys wasted so much of my time, reassured me, I am the one now that has arrived with my surprise etc all ruined, and I have a hypoglycemic person who needs to eat and you aren’t letting her eat her food anywhere— so what I am supposed to have my mom stand out in front of the hotel and eat her food??? I never even brought up reheating because clearly— I could see how things were going. The bellboy was like well, it’s not in the system that we need to do anything so it’s not the front desk girl’s fault either (Maha). I was like okay… but she is the one giving me all this attitude and I’m not an idiot that I couldn’t possibly catch her condescending tone and the “I don’t care at all” attitude. He then went silent because she was being rude right infront of him so he couldn’t refute that. Unbelievable and very obnoxious. The attitude on top of everything was unacceptable. It really ruined my trip and I’m so irritated about this. I called to get water so many times and no one ever came to give us water- to the point where I had to order it from HungerStation. I’m super disappointed.

Mijn verblijf in WA Hotel in Jeddah was kort, maar zeer aangenaam. Het hotel heeft een klassieke en stijlvolle inrichting die meteen een gevoel van rust geeft. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakt. Daarnaast ligt het hotel op slechts 15 minuten rijden van de luchthaven, wat erg handig is. Wat mijn ervaring echt compleet maakte, was het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

The place is nice and clean, the hotel is only the first 6 floors, the rest is for offices. I liked the style of the room and the other facilities. The staff were very helpful and quick in check-in and our requests, specially Talat who has very nice in accommodating our wishes for the room. He even gave us an upgrade! The breakfast is nice and gas many varieties. Good for the price. The location is good, close to major highways. Also, there is Danube supermarket within a few minutes of walking.

I wish the breakfast was until 11 am or noon instead of 10:30 am
