Everything about the Kyma Rooms & Suites was perfect. The building is beautiful and very clean. The staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The room had Everything you needed, comfy bed, excellent shower and the location was perfect.

We could not fault a thing.

We stayed here in June. From the beginning, the reception team were very friendly & welcoming. The rooms were really clean and the location was perfect. Outside is the beach with sun lounges and everything you need - bars, restaurants & shops. The staff in the restaurant next door (The Kyma View) were excellent - great food and service. We will definitely be coming back to Kyma Rooms & Suites.

Perfect location in Kardemena. The accommodation is spotless a nd comfortable, and the staff are amazing.

Letti scomodi, pulizia carente, hall dell'hotel è strutturata in modo che ogni rumore si amplifichi per cui se qualcuno torna di notte e si mette a parlare nella hall vi sveglia (come è successo a noi grazie ad ospiti rumorosi alle 3 di notte). Infine (e più grave) mancanza di acqua e pressione ogni giorno dalle 16,30 alle 19,30. Abbiamo sollevato un reclamo , gli impiegati dell'hotel hanno ammesso con noi che è un problema noto da sempre ma quando abbiamo prenotato non era specificato nella presentazione su booking. Abbiamo aperto un reclamo con booking chiedendo di poter andare via l'ultima notte ed ottenerne il rimborso ma il manager dell'hotel nel frattempo ha cambiato versione affermando che c'erano acqua e pressione e booking ha creduto all'hotel senza prove nonostante abbiamo inviato il filmato. Sicuramente non un 5 stelle. Molto gentili ma è tutta gentilezza finta e di facciata in pieno stile anglosassone.

Il corridoio dell’ultimo piano molto caldo. Struttura priva di ascensore

Posizione comoda per il centro ma defilata e tranquilla, struttura moderna, camera adeguata e confortevole, pulizie buone, personale gentile e disponibile. Apprezzato il servizio spiaggia con lettini e teli mare forniti quotidianamente anche se non c'è una vera e propria spiaggia ma area con sabbia e accesso al mare mediante pontili. Ottimo il servizio pre partenza una volta lasciata la stanza con possibilità di usufruire di una stanza di servizio per doccia e cambio.

La posizione della nostra camera al piano terra e completamente arretrata rispetto al mare con ombrelloni proprio di fronte al balcone.

Lovely place with absolutely wonderful restaurant

Hotel in posizione fantastica direttamente sul mare con supermercati e ristoranti vicinissimi. Camera pulita e vista spettacolare. Staff sempre gentilissimo e accogliente. Ottimo, super consigliato per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax!

Amazing location at the quieter end of the town and right on the beach. Very clean and modern rooms just like the photos. Very convenient for everything, peaceful but near loads of restaurants and bars, and never struggled for sunbeds or service.

It was genuinely all great!

The location, staff and restaurant are all great. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking may be a bit challenging if you have a car.

Struttura bellissima avevamo la camera con balcone vista mare stupenda, il personale gentilissimo sempre disponibili, il ristorante del albergo e il miglior ristorante del isola .

Es ist ein kleines relativ neues Hotel. Es hat nur zwei Etagen plus Erdgeschoss. Das war für uns sehr wichtig. Der Ausblick ist sensationell , allerdings sollte man direkt Meerblick buchen !!! das Personal super nett freundlich und sehr zuvorkommen.

Ich hätte mir für dieses Hotel in dieser Kategorie gewünscht, dass die Zimmer besser gereinigt werden ( Sorry) Der Hotel eigene Strand mit liegen Abschnitt ist auch sehr schön gemacht. Allerdings war das nichts für uns, weil man nicht ins Wasser laufen kann, sondern über eine kleine Leiter ins Wasser gelangt.

La vista dalla camera è mozzafiato , la pulizia impeccabile e il personale attento e professionale. La struttura dispone di una piccola spiaggia che si affaccia su un mare cristallino e di un ristorante delizioso dove è possibile fare colazione pranzo e cena , piatti ricercati e di ottima qualità .

L' albergo è situato sul mare, in una zona ricca di taverne e negozi il tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo fatto richiesta di una stanza ad un piano alto e ci hanno accontentato. La vista era da togliere il fiato. Gli ospiti dell' hotel possono usufruire gratuitamente dell' ombrellone e dei lettini con annessi asciugamani sempre puliti. La spiaggia privata era molto tranquilla c'era una doccia molto comoda per chi voleva lavarsi dopo una nuotata ed un bar dove potevi fare colazione o pranzare direttamente sotto l' ombrellone. Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile in modo particolare Marilia con cui avevo già avuto contatti prima di arrivare a Kos, è stata davvero fantastica! Grazie torneremo presto.

L’hotel è meraviglioso, appena arrivati, nonostante la tarda ora, siamo stati accolti da una ragazza molto cordiale, gentile e super disponibile, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, luoghi di interesse e noleggi vari per potersi muovere. La posizione è perfetta, lontana dal caos ma vicina a tutto, é stata ideale per raggiungere le spiagge più belle di Kos. Abbiamo scoperto una Kardamena inaspettata, molto tranquilla ma vivace con tanti ristoranti e locali dove rilassarsi. La camera era super curata, pulita tutti i giorni, con una vista bellissima sul golfo da cui ammirare un’alba strepitosa. Ho molto apprezzato la macchinetta del caffè in camera ed il welcome drink.

La stanza al piano terra con terrazzo affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia che impediva la privacy.

Obiteljski hotel na odličnoj lokaciji uz plažu i izvrstan restoran, kristalno čisto more, ljubazno osoblje, ručnici za plažu, klimatizirane sobe, mogućnost korištenja kupaonice i nakon odjave u slučaju kasnijeg leta. Blizina luke (centra) i gradske pješčane plaže, a opet na malo mirnijoj lokaciji. Vratit ćemo se opet!

S obzirom na obližnje restorane i glazbu u blizini spava se s zatvorenim prozorima i uz klimu, bar prvi dio noći.

My husband and I have just returned from an unforgettable stay at Kyma Rooms & Suites, and we honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect. No gym or extra facilities like a pool. But you are right on the sea which is fantastic

È posizionato alla fine di Kardamena in zona molto tranquilla, dispone di un ristorante con terrazza che serve colazione ( non inclusa ma c'è la macchina del caffe e bollitore in stanza ma x chi ama mangare la mattina consiglio di inserirla come extra perchè da quello che ho visto né vale la pena) , pranzo e cena. Inoltre ha 2 solarium di sabbia con accesso al mare tramite scaletta, lettini, ombrelloni inclusi nel prezzo e servizio bar. Personale gentile e professionale Le camere sono di design moderno. Quasi tutte con vista sul mare con terrazzo. Aria condizionata silenziosa, Wi-Fi discreto. Cena al ristorante veramente una sorpresa con prezzi adeguati e menù internazionale, Vicino all'aereoporto e a 15 minuti da Paradise Beach / 30 minuti dal centro di Kos. Consiglio scooter o auto per visitare l'isola dove si possono trovare ancora dei piccoli spaccati della grecia autentica o se vuoi relax totale li hai tutto quello che vuoi a partire da una buonissima spiaggia con un ottimo mare..

La gentilezza infinita del personale sia della struttura che del ristorante e lido, l’accesso alla spiaggia dell’hotel incluso, con tanto di teli mare puliti ogni giorno, la posizione nella zona più tranquilla di Kardamaina, la possibilità di lavarsi e cambiarsi in una stanza dedicata il giorno della partenza in caso di volo di ritorno in serata

Direi niente, suggerirei solo di chiedere se possibile di non avere la stanza attaccata alla reception perché non sono insonorizzate benissimo e la mattina ovviamente è operativa.

Unico difetto bagno un pò piccolo (la doccia grande però) e il materasso del letto un pò morbido (ma è soggettivo) per i miei gusti.

Kyma was beautiful. The location is excellent. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean and very comfortable. Staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. The wine and chocolates on arrival were a lovely gesture as was the leaving gift of olive oil and tote bag. Would definitely book again. Thank you all very much.

There was nothing to dislike.

Modern and light furnishings. Very comfortable bed. The location. The staff were excellent. The convenience of the extremely comfortable sun beds and the restaurant & bar. We would return.

Only we should’ve booked a slightly bigger room perhaps as not a huge amount of drawer space for clothes though this was just slightly inconvenient and not a huge issue.

Kyma è un hotel di recente costruzione dalle dimensioni contenute (circa 23 camere) e direttamente sul mare. È posizionato alla fine del paesino di Kardamena in zona molto tranquilla ma praticamente in centro e a 12 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia principale. L’hotel dispone di un ristorante dalla meravigliosa terrazza che serve colazione, pranzo e cena. Inoltre ha 2 terrazze solarium di sabbia con accesso al mare tramite scaletta, lettini, ombrelloni e servizio bar. Le camere sono moderne e ben arredate. Quasi tutte godono la vista sul mare con terrazzo. Aria condizionata eccellete, Wi-Fi, Smart tv, frigobar e letto comodissimo. Il personale dell’hotel è molto professionale ed accogliente, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Si parla poco dell’isola di Kos, non è gettonata come le sue “sorelle” ma io l’ho trovata meravigliosa ed ancora autentica. Una vacanza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Spero di tornarci presto!

Five star all over again … Second stay and welcomed like old friends ( m out her and daughter post GCSE’s ) Stayed room 7 ground level which is perfect - worth noting rooms 4 and 7 slightly more room Good amenities, spotless housekeeping wonderful and room cleaned early which we appreciated. Great aircon and comfy bed. Welcomed with mini wine mini eaters and chocolates. Beach front location and top notch front of house staff thank you MARILIIA CHRISTOPHER AND JOHN. Excellent direct booking and comms UK to Greece much appreciated. This is a little gem that we’ll return to over and over. Stunning location and thank you all beach staff too. Rooms are fabulous, front view offers the view of the crystal clear sea, rooms have large bathrooms with towel change every day, and also toiletries provided. Small fridge in the room . Lovely balcony, air conditioning is free, as is the safe. The staff are just the best, cannot do enough to please. If you choose the breakfast inclusive option you won't be disappointed, plenty of options available and not your average full English! Towels are provided should you wish to use the sun beds which are located next to the rooms. Just enjoy being spoilt 😊

We was on the third floor and the view from our balcony was amazing! The staff were very friendly and the location is great within walking distance to the town. On check out we asked to store our cases and the staff offered us a basement room to keep them in as well as a shower room/ toilet this was great as we could spend the day on the beach and then shower and change before our flight. The hotel was very clean and we would definetly stay again.

The bathroom had such a bad smell coming from it like bad drains which I think the hotel was aware of before placing us in the room as they had tried to get a plumber out. Also we had an inciddent with a member of cleaning staff walking in when my partner was naked which was not a pleasant experience for us all, we had put the sign on the door so this shouldn't have happened.

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wie soll ich anfangen? Es war alles super, vom Hotel bis zu dem angeschlossenem Restaurant. Das Personal im Hotel und Restaurant war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen offen. Unbezahlbar ist natürlich auch die Lage der Anlage direkt am Meer. Als Menü unbedingt empfehlenswert der Fisch 🐟 des Tages. Vielen Dank an alle, die uns diesen Urlaub so angenehm gemacht haben.

The wonderfully peaceful location right on the sea was idyllic.

Beautiful seafront property, just as good as when we stayed in 2024. Quiet and modern rooms, great location in Kardamena with a 5 min walk to the strip of restaurants near the port. The staff are absolutely outstanding and friendly, view is stunning. Also reccomend paying for the breakfast at the connected Kyma View restaurant which is excellent value for money. Dedicate beach area for guests with swimming access and beach towels provided. Love love love!

Good location,staff were exceptional,Marillia couldn’t have been more helpful. Got fed up going up four flights of stairs but it didn’t spoil our stay. Very clean everywhere.

Die Lage war top! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich!

In den Räumen war es viel zu laut. Man konnte alles von der Rezeption hören bzw. wenn Leute kamen oder gingen.

Kyma Rooms & Suites is located right next to the beach, yet very close to the town center, so you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. When we stayed there at end of September, there were always enough sunbeds available at the beach. There is also a great restaurant that belongs to the hotel, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner (has to be paid separately). They even serve food & drinks at the sunbeds. We had a room with sea view from the side (we would have preferred full sea view but the rooms were booked out), which was rather small, but very clean and included everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we lost our headphones at the end of the vacation and they were so helpful in sending them to our home country as we had already left. We would definitely stay there again!!

Modern, sauber und tolle Lage. Guter Ort um einfach zu sein. Abends im Dorf in einem der vielen Restaurants essen und den Tag durch auf den bequemen Sonnenliegen chillen oder durchs das Städtli gehen. Alles fussläufig. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer.

From the moment we enquired Terri Jon and Marilia - wonderful comms and very easy last minute booking. Welcomed so warmly. Stayed room 6 on the ground floor. Comfy bed spotless room in the heart of Kardamena ( far enough away for quiet but minutes into the town. Lovely room with the monst glorious sea view. Wonderful room cleaning. Plenty of storage, welcome small bottles of water rose mini bottle and a few treats to eat. KYMA restaurant is stunning. Impecable food and service. Small beach with comfy sunbeds and towels changed daily at the restaurant every morning. Definitely recommend this hotel, couples family singles. Just gorgeous. No pool but beach front ** little top Cabana Blu hotel 2 minutes away will allow you to use the pool as long as you buy drinks, there is also a little beach pool club ‘Malibu’ 5 mins walk away with bar and restaurant.

Everything was great. Location, quiet place, a few meters from the beach with comfortable sun beds and access to the sea (by steirs). Room with a balcony and a side sea view, comfortable and clean. Daily towels change and cleaning room. Also changed hair shampoo and shower ge every dayl. Plus, towels are available at the hotel restaurant, 10m from the hotel (free). Only one thing, breakfast is not included in the room price.

Great location providing clean and modern accommodation. Thick padded sunbeds next to apartments. Refreshments and meal facilities. Staff couldn’t help any more than they do.

The atrium style of the reception makes it noisy, especially first thing in the morning when the staff arrive. I was woken by the staff every morning as the noise echos.

Krásný hotel přímo u moře s malou soukromou pláží a velmi pohodlnými lehátky a slunečníky v ceně. Výborné snídaně za příplatek. Pobyt jsme si užili, určitě doporučujeme.

Každodenní úklid nebyl úplně perfektní, cafe ani pitná voda nebyly za celý pobyt doplněny. Bohužel v koupelně byl cítit zápach z odpadů.

Having to purchase coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room does not align to the premium boutique hotel standards. Our room was unfortunately not cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The shower glass was not wiped down once during our stay, coffee marks left on the bedside table and outside table not wiped down. We were staying in the deluxe seafacing suite and therefore paying premium prices so did expect more attention to detail. We stayed in the same room last year and feel the furniture is now looking a bit worn....scratches on the headboard and chips on the bedside tables.

The view from the room was amazing, we had a side sea view on the upper floor. The location at the end of the resort was ideal, away from the noise of the main area. The staff could not have been more helpful. The little gifts were really thoughtful. The room was lovely and comfortable.

The soundproofing, there was a lot of echoing noise from inside the property, so you could hear if someone was talking or walking round at night. The air con was noisy. The shower screen wasn’t big enough so a lot of water ended up on the floor mat.

The hotel is literally 10min by taxi from the airport with beach next to it and staff thats really attentive. You cannot find better accommodation in Kos.
