It was just great! much better than advertised and from what you can see on the photos.

Disponibilità di lettini e ombrellone davanti alla struttura. Emmanuel si è dimostrato cordiale e molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

You could hear other rooms but it was manageable.

We had an amazing stay at Pillbox Seafront and would highly recommend it. Our apartment had two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the location, being able to walk straight from our apartment into the crystal-clear Aegean Sea was an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while still being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

I loved the location of the property. It felt very relaxing and safe, yet still close to all of the restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and taken care of and had a home away from home feel to it, with its comfortable atmosphere.

Ottima posizione, possibilità di usare ombrellone e lettini e di accedere al mare tramite una scaletta. Bar e ristoranti molto vicini, post tranquillo, host molto gentile.

Il condizionatore punta sul letto dunque ho preferito non utilizzarlo di notte ma per una mia sensibilità personale, si puo' comunque usare di giorno.

È un posto magico , la struttura è tutta nuova e posizionata in primo posto sul mare ! La vista è davvero qualcosa di speciale e il monolocale comodissimo,accessoriato dell essenziale… il letto perfetto(dotato di topper),il bagno con una doccia 🔝e cosa davvero incredibile ogni due giorni veniva riassettato . Essendo in fondo al paese c’era un silenzio e una quiete invidiabile ma era comunque comodo per negozi ristoranti e market iniziando la via a giusto 100 metri più avanti . Completava il tutto una sua spiaggia privata con un mare stupendo ,limpido e di comodo accesso tramite scaletta . Emmanuel molto gentile e disponibile ha dotato anche il frigo di bevande e qualche stuzzichino al nostro arrivo . Davvero una delle migliori esperienze mai avute ! Pronta a tornarci presto !

The location is great if you like calmer, cute neighbourhood (i do) view - breathtaking. calm and lovely beach is just upfront - property is offering sun beds for free. place is clean - clean not just basic clean and I am extremely picky about such things. Owner and House keeper - helpful, lovely people.also as solo traveler i felt very safe.also restaurants and shops are walking distance.would definitely come back.

The apartment is right on the beach with an amazing sea view, in a quieter area but still close to really nice restaurants and cafes. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free to use all day long. Emmanuel is a great host and gave me some really helpful tips on places to visit.

Our second time at this place. Everything was great Emmanuel is a very good host, he was very accommodating and provided us with a late check-out due to our evening flight. The location is perfect. The accommodation was clean, towels were changed regularly, and we even received a stocked minibar as a welcome gesture. Parking is available right next to the apartment. The property is located in a beautiful beachfront setting with free sun loungers available, right next to a promenade with restaurants. Also we had beautiful view from the balcony.

I deducted one star because of ants on the floor and an impractical bathroom door. However, if I were to return to Kos for a third time, it would definitely be here again. :)

Very friendly host and ready to answer all our requests. The apartment is always clean. Upon arrival, we found everything we needed for breakfast: a kettle, a coffee machine with some pods, and tea bags, toaster and pan griddle. The host even bought some special bread for me, who suffers from celiac disease. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the sea and with a small balcony overlooking the sea. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Brilliant location with beach access. We stayed in a garden facing room which had all the basic amenities needed. Great simple room. Emmanuel was beyond helpful, as we had booked last minute given issues with our flight home, he greeted us at the property within 30 mins, helped with any requests during our stay and booked us a taxi to the airport. 5-10 min walk to the restaurants at the Kardamena port area.

Would love a hairdryer :)

Nothing to not like!

Really good value for money, Emmanuel was so friendly and it felt very homely. The room was big and there was an outside table to use facing the sea, even though our balcony was not sea facing. The room had everything you’d need from a practical point of view and not fancy but still with homely touches which made it super comfortable. There was plenty of deckchairs on the beach to use and on the quieter edge of town which meant it was peaceful but still a super quick walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc.

It would have been good to know how we got the key in advance so we could plan our day. As we weren’t sure if it was a door code or meeting in person to get the key.

Ottima posizione fronte mare, contesto silenzioso, proprietario molto disponibile. Eventuali lettini a disposizione nella piccola porzione di spiaggia (larghezza 5/6 m) davanti alla struttura.

This the second time we are staying at this property. Emmanuel was a lovely host, he upgraded our room. Location is perfect for Kardamena. Just by 3 min walking you are at the begining of the shopping street. And since Kardamena is a small town you may walk totally 15 minutes to the end of the street. As you see from the photos after three steps you are at the beach :) perfect view, quite place. There is a supermarket 2 min walk. Pillbox will be our only address for our future stays. And we loved the smell of our sheets and towels. All were very clean

Die Lage der Pillbox ist ideal. Ruhig am Ortsrand, direkt am Meer und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Liegen am Strand direkt gegenüber sind für die Bewohner. Emmanuel ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er half mir, vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft zu kommen. Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

Perfect place in front of the sea managed by a perfect owner!!! Everything was great, the private beach with sunbeds is a good solution if you want stay "at home" , a lot of restaurants , bakery and shops along the street. Emanuel , the owner, has been so kind with us , he gave us contact were rent our car and other suggestions about beaches and etc etc. The apartment is full of everything and clean and if you choose the one in front of the sea the view is amazing. I think is the first time I'm rating 10/10 !!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Meer und bietet viel Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit, das schöne Meer sowie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Herrn Manos, der uns mit seiner Herzlichkeit den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat – alles war perfekt.

Recentemente ristrutturato, posizione fantastica alla fine di Kardamena e a pochi metri dal mare, fuori dal caos ma assolutamente distanze percorribile a piedi in pochissimi minuti per tutti i servizi. Vista dall'appartamento fantastica e piccola spiaggia privata di fronte l'alloggio. Letto abbastanza comodo. Pulizie impeccabili ogni due giorni con cambio asciugamani. Facilità di parcheggio. Piccolo angolo cottura abbastanza attrezzato. Noi lo abbiamo utilizzato solo per la colazione. Il gestore Emmanuel, gentile e disponibile che ci ha fatto anche trovare un piccolo benvenuto al nostro arrivo. Eravamo al piano superiore con alloggio vista mare e abbiamo soggiornato 12 notti.

Spazi ridotti della camera e del bagno. Piccolo il balcone che rendeva difficile farci solo colazione anche per l'assenza di una copertura che ne rendesse possibile l'uso durante il giorno che comunque non hanno impattatto negativamente su un soggiorno che riteniamo fantastico.

We stayed at the Pillbox for 3 nights and could not fault it. The rooms are lovely with beautiful sea views and everything you need. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with access to free sun loungers. It's only a short walk into the centre; shops, bars, restaurants etc. The owner Emmanuel is brilliant, incredibly helpful and nothing was too much for him. We will definitely return and highly recommend the Pillbox for a relaxing break.

Emmanuel was a super friendly and diligent host. Nothing was too much bother; an all round great guy. The location is perfect and by far the favourite location we have ever stayed at in the village. The sun loungers were great and there was easy access in and out of the sea via the steps. The bed was very comfortable the best we have known in Greece. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control and it didn't flood which can be an issue at some properties. The level of kitchenware available was adequate but you wouldn't be in a position to do some 'real' cooking if required. A lovely touch were some goodies in the fridge on arrival....which proves that hosts obviously value their customers and take pride in looking after them. A great stay!!

Could not fault anything

Right on the beach. Host, Emmanuel was extremely helpful - booking taxis, leaving welcome treats in the fridge, giving us restaurants recommendations. We thought it the nicest end of town by far - but we like quiet. Not far to walk though if you want nigthlife!

Spotless clean accomodation in a enviable peaceful location right on the beach with own comfortable sunbeds and parasol, close to great restaurants and cocktail bars.Very friendly and attentive host.Loved every minute and made for perfect relaxing holiday.

Amazing accommodation, location, view, and service! Extremely relaxing and quiet beach right on the doorstep, yet very close to the bustle of Kardamena.

The studio apartment was great. Wonderful sea view, right on the beach, a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Emmanuel was welcoming and very helpful. Kyma restaurant just a few steps away was perfect for lunch, drinks and breakfast.

The location was just amazing, a private quiet beach out front but still only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Lovely laid back vibe. The sea was unreal, so clear. We were so close to it that you could pop down for a dip in the morning before having your breakfast. We walked around everywhere in Kardamena and this location was our favorite. We stayed in the deluxe double first floor apartment. It had everything we needed for the 6 nights. Next time I'd love to stay in the ground floor apartment for a bit of extra space for a longer stay. The host Emmanuel was great too, friendly and professional, easy to talk to etc. The place was spotless as well. We had a great holiday and can't wait to go back. Thanks Emmanuel.

Balcony was very warm but you can't change the weather. Air con unit was on the balcony which made it warmer and noisy when it was on but because the beach and sun beds are so close we usually just went down there with our morning coffee and looked out at the sea.

The owner Emmanuel is really a good person, very kind and generous. We'll really miss his Greek hospitality and we hope to come back soon!

LOVED everything about Pillbox! Emmanuel was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, a great size, had everything that we needed. The housekeepers were all very friendly and did a brilliant job. The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants with free sunbeds on the small beach right in from of the apartments. There are steps down into the sea from the beach and also a lovely beach just a 2 minute walk away. The area was calm and peaceful with stunning views of the sea, other islands and the mountains, beautiful! There is space to park a car on the road at the side and to the rear of the property. There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk away and larger supermarkets slightly further away. The Deluxe room number 3 that we stayed in was up some stairs, the room had air con, TV, a lovely big bed, a harder mattress than we are used to but we slept so well. A small table with 2 chairs, a small kitchen with a coffee maker, there were several days worth of coffee pods supplied with some teas and sugar. The fridge had water, some cans of beer and some lovely snacks which were so very appreciated. A kettle, toaster and a small induction hob, washing up liquid, tea towel and sponge also provided. A small but very well designed bathroom (no bath) with the best shower ever is within the room, hair and body wash was provided and towels. The room was cleaned every 2 days. There was a hair dryer and the wardrobe had plenty of clothes hangers although we took a few extra hangers to be on the safe side. The small balcony with a table and 2 chairs and a clothes rail was lovely to sit out on, overlooking the sea. The room was perfect for our needs, quirkily decorated, very modern with a vintage twist. Absolutely perfect!!!! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Everything about this accommodation was 5 star! The apartment had everything you would want. The attention to detail and our welcome pack was very much appreciated. Emannuel was so lovely and welcoming, what a star he was! Looking out onto the beach from our ground floor apartment and seeing the ocean was a stunning sight at ever point if the day. Very quiet through the night which meant we were all rested for the next day! The restaurants and shops are a 2 min walk away and cater for every taste. I have to say I will definitely be back next year... Emannuel youve got an amazing place and look forward to seeing you again 😎

The apartment was in immaculate condition. Very comfortable, clean and modern with great kitchen facilities and everything you could possibly need. Welcome pack was a nice touch. The cleaning lady changed towels, bedding and changed the bins regularly . She was very thorough in her cleaning regime. View from the apartment was spectacular, overlooking the bay.

The view is just amazing. The apartment is super clean and the host and cleaning lady were always super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect stay and would definitely come back

The oceanfront view was amazing.The kitchen was very well equipped including a washing machine. The modern design and functional layout made the apartment very comfortable. And the backyard patio was perfect for hanging laundry and storing our bikes.

There is a public walkway immediately in front so there isn’t much privacy. However, we also met interesting people. Once the sand was brought in to cover the rocks the water access in front was quite nice.

Everything! Ticked all boxes - we’ve found our little piece of heaven. Emmanuel is the perfect host.

Pillbox was like in front of the sea, a few steps from whatever you may ask in the nice town of Kardamena but very quiet in the night: you can sleep with the waves nice sound. Comfy beds, great place: just spectacular!

I didn't like I had just to spend there a night! It's a must go back for longer!!!

Position fabulous. Overlooking your own part of the beach with own sun beds. On edge of the town so quiet but only a few minutes from the busy part. The owner Emmanuel was very friendly and helpful and always available.

The host Emmanuel is very friendly and helpful. He communicated with us in advance, made everything clear and was available upon check in for any help. The sea view studio was amazing and it is exactly what you are looking for for easy and relaxing stay in Kardamena. The beach front is real and the accommodation Sunbeds are very handy. Additionally, the location is very convenient, it is close to everything and in the same time not in the middle of the busy village. We loved it and it was for sure our best stay in Kos!

Location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the village to the tavernas, restaurants and bars. The studio apartment was a good size and finished to a high standard, the shower room was lovely, again finished to a high standard, and it was all immaculately clean. Emmanuel met us on arrival to give us our key, helped us upstairs with our luggage and showed us around the apartment. A lovely touch was the bottle of water and some little treats in the fridge, especially as we arrived late. We loved having the sunbeds on the beach just in front of the apartments for use of residents and it was so peaceful. The balcony was just big enough for us to have lunch on or a couple of drinks before going out. Emmanuel was the perfect host and very helpful.
