Good location, but you still need to take grab everywhere. Jakarta is not really a walkable place.

Breakfast is not very tasty.

I stayed at ibis Styles Jakarta Tanah Abang for only about 12 hours during a transit stop, but the service I received deserves recognition. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would especially like to thank Amy for the exceptional assistance she provided to me and my family. When we arrived at the hotel, we had a serious issue with the driver who picked us up from the airport through a tour company. Even though the transportation had already been booked and paid for in advance, the driver demanded additional money and refused to unload our luggage. Amy handled the situation with professionalism and calmness. She asked me and my family to enter the hotel and complete our check-in while she dealt with the situation outside. Her intervention made us feel safe and supported during a very stressful situation. She remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire incident. This level of service and responsibility is something I truly appreciate. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms were small but beautifully designed with a distinctive and modern style. I also appreciated the availability of connecting rooms, which is very useful for families. Personally, I did not like the tiled floors without carpets, but this is a matter of preference. The hotel also has a very nice kids’ corner. It was well designed and a great addition for families traveling with children. Breakfast was acceptable, although nothing particularly memorable. Overall, my stay was short, but the excellent service from the staff, especially Amy, made a strong impression on me. Employees who take responsibility and genuinely care about their guests can completely change the experience of a hotel stay. Thank you, Amy, for your exceptional support and professionalism.

Location: Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Tanah Abang, making it easy to get around the city and access nearby areas like Grand Indonesia Mall, Sarinah or Thamrin Mall within 10min Service: Good. The reception staff spoke good English and were helpful throughout my stay. Outside food is allowed, which is very convenient. I also found the bellboys to be very respectful, polite, and always ready to greet guests. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Overall very good. The room and common areas were well maintained. I also walked around the hotel during my stay and noticed that the surroundings and public areas were kept clean and tidy. Room & Amenities: The bed was comfortable and the room was practical. There are universal power sockets near the table and bed, which is very convenient for international travelers. There is also a proper table for working or having meals, with USB and charging ports nearby. The Wi-Fi connection inside the room was good and stable. The roomservice will check with you around 11am or 10.30am in the morning to check with you what's your prefer time to clean the room. The TV offers more than 30 channels, which gives you plenty of options if you want to relax in the room. Air Conditioning: The AC worked very well and could easily be adjusted according to my preference. I normally switched it off before sleeping, and the room was still comfortably cool when I woke up in the morning. Water Pressure: Good and consistent. The shower was especially enjoyable after spending a long day outside. I also noticed the Operations Manager, Made Dayu Andria, personally checking and monitoring different areas of the hotel while I was having breakfast and again around the lobby. It was nice to see management actively paying attention to the overall guest experience and hotel operations. Overall, another comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and the location is good. I forgot some things in my storage when I checked out and Vivian and Fitri in particular were extremely helpful, making sure to bring it to me before my train left despite extremely limited time. Would absolutely recommend!

The noise isolation was not really great, I could hear the elevator chime from my room often. Was not an issue for me since but do be aware if you are sensitive to noise!

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De muren waren heel dun, ik hoorde onze buren, we zaten op 20e verdiep, hoorde alles buiten en de wind was redelijk hard dat zelf onze badkamerdeur begon te bewegen als de kapstokken in de kast. We hebben hierdoor heel slecht geslapen, slechte isolatie

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities are very good.

I was disappointed that my Accor Gold status did not provide any benefits during my stay. I did not receive any of the usual Gold member benefits, which was quite disappointing given my loyalty to the Accor group.

Atención espectacular desde que llegas, la habitación está genial, buena ducha con presión y temperatura regulable, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado… desayuno tipo buffet muy completo. Servicio de consigna gratis. A un paseo del centro de Jakarta, y de la zona comercial (McDonalds, starbucks, popeyes, pubs….) muy bien localizado.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, no hubo nada que criticar.

Had rookvrije kamers geboekt, echter 1 kamer was rokers kamer. Kreeg uiteindelijk een niet rokerskamer, maar het stonk gewoon naar rook, doordat de gang vergeven was van een rook lucht. in de nacht kwam er een vreemde lucht uit de Airco.

It was perfect for a two night stay. Our room was on the smaller side, but since we didn't spend much time there it didn't really matter.

If you are there to explore the city I would recomend picking a hotel a bit closer to the old town (Kota Tua). Because of the traffic you can't just go for a walk around the area where the hotel is.

Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose, colazione buona potrebbe essere ottima se volete avventurarvi nel mangiare piatti tipici. Nel complesso ottimo albergo sempre rifornito di taxi per poter raggiungere ogni parte della città. Molto vicino a centri commerciali, centro e grattacieli. Consigliato

De locatie is erg mooi en dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden als de moskee, nationaal monument en de kathedraal. Het ontbijt was lekker met veel keuzes en er was zelfs hagelslag voor de Nederlanders :) Personeel heeft ons geholpen met het regelen van vervoer en we kregen van hen leuke tips om te eten.

La habitación era correcta, y el desayuno estaba bien.

El personal es lento y sin ganas. Una noche cenamos en el hotel y esperamos hora y media para dos hamburguesas y dos platos de pasta. Otro día pedimos taxi para el aeropuerto con ellos, y al ver qué pasaba más de media hora del tiempo y no nos decían nada tuvimos que pedir un grab. Luego te dicen que tiene piscina, pero esta está ubicada en otro edificio, has de cruzar por el parking, y además tiene un horario.muy limitado, de 8 a 13h y de 15h a 17h. Cuando llegas de dar vueltas por la ciudad, ya está cerrada.

أقدّر تعاون الفندق وقبوله حفظ حقائبي الساعة 10:00 صباحًا حتى موعد تسجيل الدخول الساعة 14:00، وكان ذلك محل تقدير وسهّل عليّ كثيرًا التنقل والاستفادة من وقتي. * أقدّر تعاون الفندق في توفير غرفة واحدة بشكل مبكر مقابل رسوم إضافية لمن يرغب في الراحة حتى تجهيز باقي الغرف. لكنني فضّلت الذهاب مع العائلة إلى أحد المولات والاستفادة من الوقت حتى موعد تسجيل الدخول

* عند الوصول الساعة 14:00، لم تكن الغرف الثلاث جاهزة بالكامل، وطُلب مني استلام غرفة واحدة والانتظار حتى تجهيز الغرفتين الأخريين. * رفضت ذلك ، وطلبت إلغاء الحجز من طرف الفندق في حال عدم توفر الغرف المحجوزة، وبعد ذلك تم تجهيز وتسليم الغرف بشكل سريع. * إزعاج أصوات القطار كان ملحوظًا، خاصة في بعض الأوقات. * المسبح يقع في مبنى آخر، مما يجعل الوصول إليه أقل سهولة. * مدخل المبنى الذي يوجد فيه المسبح غير مكيّف، مما يسبب بعض عدم الراحة عند الدخول والخروج. *عند استخدام سيارة Grab للخروج من الفندق، تم تحصيل 5,000 روبية إندونيسية كرسوم دخول للفندق، مقابل تذكرة. كان من الأفضل توضيح هذه الرسوم مسبقًا للنزلاء * كنت أخطط للعودة والإقامة في الفندق مرة أخرى لمدة 4 أيام بعد الانتهاء من جولتي في مناطق أخرى، ولكن بعد تجربتي الأولى قررت اختيار فندق آخر.

The room was adorable with a unique bathroom, room decoration so beautiful and also the kids' play stuff in the corner was amazing. The meal at the restaurant was delicious, and the place was quite nice. Finally, the hotel staff was very nice and sweet. They gave my daughter a candy after we checked out.

La chambre était propre et tout à fait correcte pour un Ibis Style.

Nous avons dû check out à 12h. Impossible d'accéder à la piscine par la suite car nous n'avions plus la carte de la chambre. Le personnel n'a pas été conciliant pour nous laisser l'accès à la piscine. En arrivant à 22h le soir, il est donc impossible de profiter des infrastructures proposées par l'hôtel, ce qui est très décevant.
