Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was comfortable, the staffs were all friendly, the breakfast was amazing. And it is very near to pasar tanah abang

It was an unexpected and wonderful surprise when the team told me that I was chosen as the Guest of the Day. They had upgraded the room to a suite and I was truly amazed by the extra mile that the team; Tarisa, Viky and Shereen took to decorate the room based on my profession as an educator. I was lost for words and touched by their thoughtfulness. The only regret I have is that I only spent a night here. I hope to come back soon💕 Keep up the good work and service Tarisa, Viky and Shereen🌸🌸

I really wanted to like this hotel so much. the ambience was great: decorative stone in the lobby, and lots of ceramic and glass artworks including on the floors and even in the rooms. Tall ceilings and great aircon. The laundry room was very welcome. .

However, two things were a problem. Firstly the room I was assigned, on level 5, had no natural light! There was a fake ‘window’ lit by a bulb, but no external window. It’s probably ok if you’re out exploring all day but I had to work and after a day inside I felt like I was in a genteel prison. Waking up without daylight was awful. The other issue was the pool - it looked amazing in the photos, but was actually wedged between reception and the dining room… and the top of the pool was a meter-high glass wall. This gives every passer-by checking in/out, and everyone eating a meal, a full view of your swimming legs and body both above and below the water. Despite the heat I couldn’t bring myself to use it, and only ever saw kids in it. These two things ultimately led me to rebook at another hotel.

Clean rooms, walking distance to Tanah Abang. The hotel provides toys for my grandson when we stayed at the Family Room. He was happy most of the time playing on his own. The staff put extra effort in simple decorations to welcome us and also we were touched by it as it was my grandson birthday.

The lift foyer to our room is not well lighted,appears gloomy when the lift door opens.

Le lit était confortable et le personnel très serviable et réactif. Le rez-de-chaussée est très bien décoré et l’hôtel est généralement assez propre (cependant le sol des chambres mériteraient d’être aspirés avec plus de soin).

L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit très pollué, la majorité des chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres donc claustrophobes s’abstenir. Notre première chambre avait un problème d’infiltration au niveau de la douche, nous l’avons signalé et le personnel nous a immédiatement changé de chambre.

The staff and the ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast buffet had great options and was delicious. Location of the hotel is about 5 minutes walk to Pasar Tanah Abang. Indo maret & Alphamart are just nearby. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient to many places to visit, the staff were amazing as they were helpful and accomodating. The amenities were also great.

The staff were lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

The towels are a little dated and can be changed.

Breakfast is awesome and delicious.

La propreté de la chambre, l’odeur dans la chambre horrible, chambre sans fenêtre, le bruit jusqu’à 0h de personne qui était dans le couloir et qui discutait très fort, le prix exorbitant du repas du soir, 35 euros pour 3 plats et 2 bières ce qui est très cher pour l’Indonésie.

Prachtig hotel, echt een spa feeling. Het ruikt overal heerlijk en alles is super schoon. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en begroet je altijd met een lach! We waren ‘guest of the day’ en onze kamer was erg mooi versierd door Tarisa bij aankomst. <3

Het was best gehorig. Je hoorde mensen als ze op de gang liepen of soms zelfs in hun kamer waren en hierdoor sliepen we soms slecht.

The hotel's communal areas were luxurious and gave the impression of a much more upmarket property than we expected. They were beautifully designed and created a great first impression. Our bedroom was clean, comfortable, and spacious. While it didn't quite match the luxury of the public areas, it was still a pleasant room to stay in.

The only significant disappointment was that our room had no window. This wasn't mentioned when we booked or before we arrived. Although the hotel had thoughtfully decorated the space where a window would normally be with a vase and lighting, there was no natural light at all. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. Aside from this, we were very happy with our stay. The service was excellent, and overall it was a good hotel. We would just recommend that the hotel makes it clear during the booking process which rooms do not have windows.

Resaurant closing already at 21hrs, so with late arrival you can only go to room. Could be cleaner for such hotel. Breakfast is mainly Asian.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent, with easy access to Tanah Abang shopping area and other attractions around Central Jakarta. What made our stay truly memorable was the exceptional service from Mr. Rama. He was extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. His professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you, Mr. Rama, for going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Ashley Tanah Abang to anyone visiting Jakarta and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Need to improve on the laundry services especially number of washing machine must be added. If possible every level must have at least 2 including dryers.

Absolutely loved our stay! The concierge (Rama) was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Overall, good value for the price!
