Tam la rambla caddesinde ,catalonya meydanına 100 metre otelin karşısı carrefour temiz ve güzel otel kahvaltısı bugüne kadar bir avrupa ülkesinin en çeşitte çok .ben genelde cadde üzeri oda tercih ederim ama la rambla okadar gürültülüki ara oda bile alınabilir. Tüm çevremede tavsiye ettim.

Ms. Mary was extremely professional and helpful during our stay; we also extend our thanks to the rest of the staff.

I booked a "Plus" room via Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was given a standard room that did not match what I had paid for and requested; one must be careful when booking. Furthermore, Booking.com did not deliver what was shown in the website's photos—the room I selected was backed by specific images confirming my choice, yet upon arrival, I was assigned a different room because that was supposedly what Booking.com had requested from the hotel. There was another issue: the booking was supposed to include a free taxi transfer to the hotel, but this did not happen despite my numerous messages to them, forcing me to pay for the airport shuttle myself.

La décoration de l'hôtel, les murs blancs mériteraient d'être ornés de tableaux, de sculptures, ou de mosaïques.

Locatie is perfect, in midden van de Ramlas. Goede bedden en badkamer (douche direct warm), Schoon en ruiim. Leuk dakterras. Vriendelijk personeel: ik kreeg gratis ontbijt (dat erg uitgebreid was) en kon kosteloos een uur later uitchecken. 24/7 receptie is ook erg fijn.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and completely uncomfortable. The mattress was awful, giving me terrible back pain. There was zero soundproofing; the noise level was so high it felt like sleeping on the street. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and people walking down the hallway, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, staff members unlocked my door and walked into my room twice while I was sleeping, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on the door. It was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the curtains were broken and couldn't close fully, so the morning light flooded the room, ruining any chance of sleeping in. The reception staff were unfriendly and lacked proper English skills. They constantly spoke to each other in Spanish first before answering me, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, I couldn't rest at all during my stay. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The reception staff were rude and struggled to speak English, often conversing in Spanish together before responding to me. I couldn't get any rest here at all. Avoid this place.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top und auch das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön, mit kleinem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Leider wurde unser Urlaub durch eine massive Baustelle auf der gesamten Hauptstraße erheblich beeinträchtigt. Besonders enttäuschend: Bei der Buchung wurde diese Baustelle mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Die Bauarbeiten begannen teilweise bereits morgens um 6 Uhr und dauerten bis in die Abendstunden. Am Samstag war Ruhe, am Sonntag ging es gegen 8 Uhr wieder los und teilweise wurde sogar die ganze Nacht bis Montag gearbeitet. Da die Fenster kaum gegen den Lärm gedämmt waren, war an Erholung oder Ausschlafen nicht zu denken. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten bzw. ein Wechsel mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass wir genau dieses Zimmer gebucht hätten. Auch das Personal empfanden wir, insbesondere im Frühstücksraum, leider nicht als besonders freundlich. Die eigentlich warmen Speisen beim Frühstück, wie Eier und Pilze, waren zudem regelmäßig kalt. Das Zimmer und die Lage hätten eigentlich beste Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Aufenthalt geboten. Bei diesem Preis ist es für uns jedoch absolut unverständlich, eine derart massive und vorhersehbare Lärmbelästigung nicht vorab zu erwähnen. Eine teilweise Rückerstattung hielten wir deshalb für angemessen, wurde jedoch abgelehnt. Unter diesen Umständen stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider überhaupt nicht.

שהינו במלון ונהנינו מאוד! המלון מקסים, נקי ומטופח, עם אווירה נעימה ומזמינה. המיקום פשוט מעולה ונוח, קרוב לכל מה שצריך. הצוות אדיב, שירותי ומסביר פנים, והשהייה כולה הייתה נעימה ומהנה. בהחלט מלון שנשמח לחזור אליו, וממליצים עליו בחום!

Asansörler küçük. Ama dert etmedik. Ancak City tax alındığını otele varınca öğrendik. Bu hoş olmadı. Bunu bize oteli rezerve ederken bildirmeniz gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Tax dahil yazıyor olmasına rağmen, bunun City tax olduğunu ayrı ödeme yapmamız gerektiğini resepsiyonda öğrenmek hoş değildi.

Das Personal war mega freundlich, sie haben auch mein Gepäck am An- und Abreisetag für mich deponiert, damit ich sorgenfrei durch die Stadt laufen konnte. Die Ausstattung war grandios, ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten und das Zimmer war der Wahnsinn!

Man hört den Lärm der Ramblas und der Metro etwas, aber es hat mich am Schlaf nicht gehindert, weswegen das völlig ok war.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Πολύ καλό και καθαρό δωμάτιο, εξαιρετικές υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού, εξαιρετικό και πλούσιο πρωινό, άριστες παροχές, μπαρ roof garden, αλλά το καλύτερο όλων ήταν η τοποθεσία. Επάνω στη ράμπλα, σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο, λίγα βήματα από την πλατεια Καταλονίας, κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό, σε στάσεις λεωφορείων, στο λεωφορείο του αεροδρομίου, στα καταστήματα, κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Η τιμή θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο καλύτερη, αλλά σίγουρα για αυτά που προσφέρει ήταν σε λογικά πλαίσια.

La posizione, la camera stupenda il letto grande e comodissimo ( un complimento alle cameriere che rifanno le camere giornalmente sono meravigliose 🔝) il bagno con una doccia enorme e tanti omaggi ( ciabattine, spazzolini ecc…)

Il fatto che non avevamo una vista la camera dava su un muro e il fatto che non ci fosse una guardia fuori per sicurezza

I paid extra for deluxe room with city veiw got small basic room looking over rooftops and utilities reception argued that's what I paid for I am recovering from a broken ankle surgery and we were on 6th floor lift hardly ever came and other lift was broken I had to constantly struggle to walk downstairs everyday for breakfast Also fridge was not working in room and heard other customers with the same complaints Very disappointed

Posizione ottima, negozi e ristoranti di ogni genere, vicinissimo al mercato de la Boqueria. Metropolitana e autobus vicini. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione buona ma con poca scelta di dolci, ottimo il distributore automatico di bevande con un buon caffè. Da apprezzare la disponibilità di latte fresco di varie tipologie. Stanza molto grande e sempre ben pulita.Bella la terrazza con il bar dove è possibile fumare.

Le finestre non si possono aprire e sono schermate quindi non si può vedere l’esterno.

Appalling that extremely loud construction work to replace landing area floorboards started every morning at 9am (imagine someone banging a pan over your head). Reception staff and company email response was totally unsatisfactory (unresponsive for a long time and, ultimately, while acknowledging the serious disruption, merely offered a discount on the "next stay", likely knowing full we were unlikely to return to the city in the foreseeable future.

Luxurious hotel. Very well located. Very clean and comfortable. Our terrace had a great view, but it was scorching hot when we visited; so we couldn’t use it. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

La ubicación es terrible esta en la parte alta de la Rambla pero la zona se ha convertido en una lugar plagado de carteristas personas durmiendo en la calle y todo muy sucio. Lástima el hotel muy bueno pero jamás volvere sobre todo mientras la zona sea tan marginal, llena de pedigueños y gente muy mal encarada.

Yorgan kılıfı yoktu çarşaf ile sarılmıştı ve açılıyordu ve kirli yorganın kendisiyle temas etmek durumunda kaldık ve kaldığımız 1 hafta boyunda günlük değişmedi. Üst kattaki bonya ve su sesi çok fazla geliyordu. Lobide tavanda bir çok yerde su kaçağı vardı. Odadaki lavabo giderinin kapağı sürekli kendiliğinden kapanıyordu ve su birikiyordu.

Vorhang dreckig, Spiegel dreckig, Balkon nicht gesäubert worden, WC-Papier einlagig. Aussicht auf Dächer, nicht wie beschrieben, vor Hotel Baustelle und Obdachlose. Bei Ankunft blutgetränktes Taschentuch vorm Hotel gehabt.

I liked the convenience of the hotel's location. You can walk to almost everything. The breakfast was wonderful.

Our choice to have a balcony room facing La Rambla which was a bit noisy, and it felt like the subway was underneath us. A higher floor would have solved our issue. Also, and again not the fault of the hotel, there has been construction on La Rambla which both tourists and residents hate. All things considered, we would stay there again.

The central location was perfect there were so much restaurants in the neighbourhood and so much stores and it was close to everything we wanted to see

The hotel was undergoing renovation and the noise was unbearable but our room was nice and you could see also recently renovated so we were right in the process of that. But that would not impact that I would never stay there again

La posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Camera molto ben insonorizzata nonostante sia sulla Rambla. La disponibilità della camera un'ora prima del check in. Il servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli dopo il check out. Lo skybar sul terrazzo molto carino, splendida vista di Barcellona al tramonto. Il barman particolarmente gentile, sorridente e professionale.

Il lavandino intasato, l'acqua faceva molta fatica a scendere. Poca possibilità di appendere asciugamani in bagno e troppo poco spazio per riporre Beauty in bagno.

Pas vraiment un standard de 4 étoiles... On entend tout, les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées. On entend les voisins d'à côté prendre leur douche, on entend les claquements de porte etc Uniquement deux tout petits ascenseurs qui ne sont pas du tout adaptés pour un hôtel. Il faut attendre longtemps pour en avoir un... Quartier mitigé niveau fréquentation. Comme ils ne mettent pas d'employé à l'entrée de l'hôtel il faut scanner sa carte de chambre pour passer les portes.

Perfect! Location: Right on La Rambla, Close to restaurants and the Metro. Perfect base to explore the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter. Atmosphere: A modern hotel with roof top bar. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast Room; We had the exquisite Wishes Suite. A large luxurious suite with large balcony on the 6th floor overlooking Las Ramblers. Highly recommended

La finestra affacciava in un angusto cortile interno, quindi niente vista. La posizione normalmente sarebbe ottima ma con tutti i cantieri presenti sulla Rambla è stato necessario raggiungere a piedi Plaza Catalunya per prendere i taxi perché i taxi sulla Rambla spesso declinavano la richiesta.

La posizione proprio sulla Rambla, vicino al porto e a numerosi luoghi di interesse storico e turistico e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto per quelli più lontani. Le camere molto pulite e confortevoli. Il caffè/cappuccino gratis anche senza la colazione compresa. La cortesia dello staff.

It was in a great location, the lobby was nice and bright and secure since you needed a pass to gain access.

The only thing were the beds and sofa bed to sleep on weren’t very comfortable.

Die Lage war super. Das Hotel war modern, aber mit vielen Sitzecken, gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und absolut lecker angerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse war abends mit Blick auf die Stadt unser Highlight.

Unser Zimmer verfügte über zwei Fenster. Diese waren beide aus Milchglas, so dass nicht ausreichend Tageslicht ins Zimmer kam. Außerdem gab es für drei Personen eindeutig zu wenig Schränke, Ablage etc.

Vrlo dobar doručak i ljubazno osoblje. U sobi je veliki krevet sa odličnim madracem, kuhalo i minibar. Sve je čisto i uredno. Odlična lokacija u blizini Katalonskog trga, katedrale i drugih znamenitosti. Biti će još bolje kada završe radovi na La Rambli.
