NH Collection Salzburg City

Great location

Clean

Fresh, modern and very good breakfast selection.

Location is very good and central and most things can be reached by foot. parking is nearby and discounted at the hotel. Staff were very nice! Breakfast hd nice variety, loved the tea options and teapots!

Our room was a bit dirty and dusty. Out bedsheet had a brown disgusting stain when we checked in the room and the walls in the bathroom as well. We told the staff and they offered a clean bedsheet for us to make the bed ourselves or to change to a different room with separate beds. We ended up making our own bed in our dirty room ... wasn't a pleasant experience to be expected from an NH hotel. Also, the room was dark and the window was facing the neighbours window which made us feel luke we have no privacy since we were able to see through theirs so clearly . The curtain was shaped in a way it could only close all the way so the room is completely dark , it would be nice if we could close it halfway.

posizione centrale, comodo garage (a pagamento),

nulla

Upon arrival, I found the water dispenser of the coffee machine in my room dirty. At breakfast, on three consecutive days, I found dirty cups, including cups with coffee grounds and lipstick marks. I reported the issue to different members of staff and was told they were aware of it and looking into it, but the problem continued during my 3-day stay. If an issue is known, I would expect extra manual checks until it is resolved. For me, this is not just about a few dirty cups. It affects the overall feeling of care and cleanliness throughout the hotel. This significantly impacted my experience and fell well below what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Zentrale Lage! Bewqueme Betten

Localização

Academia não estava funcionando

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Innenstadt, ruhige Lage, empfehlenswert.

Everything was good location, staff and services.

Nothing

amazing breakfast, broad selection and lots of GF options, convenient location

beds were too soft (not enough support). both me and my partner woke up with sore backs

tutto

Colazione ottima.

The location is perfect, with attractions and restaurants very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

As with many booking.com hotels when they say parking is available, that's with a very big grain of saltzburg. They have a very small parking garage, which you can't reserve. Thankfully my wife was able to talk to them sweetly and we managed to get a space. When we arrived in our room the promised complimentary bottle of water was not present and one bath towel appeared stained, and one duvet had a hole in it. Please don't fall for 'get a drink ticket by refusing room service'. This is how the management team reduces staffing, and by that reduced service as well as income for the employees.

The bed was so comfortable - best sleep on our trip so far!

We thought everything was great - thanks.

Location and parking

Didn’t clean the room but in view of that they don’t charge us for parking.

Chambre, situation geographique et personel aimable

Fantastic location, close to main sights and train station. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Nice gesture of free drink if room does not require cleaning during short stay, i,e.. two nights.

Nothing! Can't complain at all.

Room was too small, dark and had an awkward layout

Helpful staff, welcome ice water & snacks, terrific breakfast, convenient location

All was good

Small and quaint. Location was excellent.

Could do with blackout blinds

Left before breakfast.

Lighter bedding... too warm.

Ottima la posizione

Esperienza davvero deludente.

Gute Lage, schönes, modernes Ambiente, freundliches Personal.

Ideal - fantastic location and close to the city centre and airport

Almost everything

Bed was small Ac wasn’t the best

Decor upstairs in hotel corridors - it's black!

O atendimento e presteza do pessoal. Espetacular

Clean and staff very helpful

Everything was ok

Room is clean and bright. I like the coffee maker, water kettle and refrigerator in the room.

nothing

The location was perfect for our departure from the Haupfarbahn the next day. The staff super accomodating with keepinh the kitchen going after our late arrival and again in allowing us a late checkout. Coukdnt be more helpful.

Nothing. Possibly slightly hot duvets but maybe a matter of taste.

The location was excellent and the reception staff very friendly and helpful

The room was very generic - could have been anywhere in the world. Housekeeping arrived far too early (8.15 one day and 9am the next even when we were checking out that day) and barged in waking sleepers and embarrassing others in various states of undress

Zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal

Location. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast service a bit haphazard.

Impeccable.

RIEN

Location

N/A

Staff were nice.

The air conditioning rattled a little and didn’t get very cold. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was in an awkward location,

The staff at reception were great Good location for visiting the town Nice room Prompt repair to the shower

Rather expensive, but Festival season I guess Expensive breakfast so we ate out

Staff

Old and carpet dirty, need urgent uplift

Fantastic breakfast. Super location with easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions.

Nothing. All good.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet!

A little expensive but competitive with other hotels in the city.

It was a perfect location and had air conditioning.

Friendly reception staff, lovely room and bathroom, beautiful bed. Very conveniently located within walking distance of everything.

Nothing

Staff was warm, friendly, and helpful Liked the lounge area -- and the option to get free drinks instead of daily housekeeping! Amazing shower, great water pressure Perfect location -- not quite in the heart of the Old Town, so not so chaotic, but plenty still nearby and easy to walk to the busy areas

Petite terrasse extérieure, localisation

friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet… walking distance to all the spots and restaurants.. located at a quieter area but very close to almost everything…

Even though our room was upgraded and the bed and bathroom were clean, the room itself felt tired, with some visible stains and noticeable dust. The staff were extremely friendly and made a real difference, and the location was excellent. In reception, there were lovely touches like iced water and fruit, and the umbrellas were a great extra. The communal areas needed hoovering and more attention, which let the place down a bit. Housekeeping also came very late in the day, so it was difficult to get ready to go out. We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked nice. Overall, the room and facilities needed a bit more upkeep, but the friendly staff, great reception touches, and cleanliness of the bed and bathroom were strong positives.

Great location, beautifully appointed and excellent staff and bartender…

excellent breakfast with lots of selections. the location is exteremly centeralized. comfortable room with modern bathroom. adjustable air condition. free bus passes around town. delicious refreshment at the lobby. we can only recomended at stay at the hotel

nothing

Lage gut, Zimmer sauber

Everything, clean room, comfortable bed,air condition working well, friendly staff, good location close to everything.

Nothing

Everything was lovely. The room was comfortable, and the staff very helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Spacious premium room. Comfortable bed; well-functioning air conditioning with the ability to adjust the fan speed and temperature; water, fridge and coffee machine in the room; good decor; nice lobby and bar; walking distance to most major sites.

Great location

Slow check in and check out.

Great hotel and great location just 10 minutes pleasant walk from the centre of the city with cafes , bars and restaurants along the way. Reception staff were very nice , it’s a small boutique type hotel which my daughter loved ( 9 ) and she would always make use of the free chocolates at the reception area. A nice touch that they do is if you don’t need your room cleaned , they then give you all vouchers to claim your free drinks at the bar. . I would definitely stay again.
