Eine außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Blick für das Interieur und die Gestaltung der Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und das Bett war sehr bequem und eine Wohltat nach einer schönen Sightseeingtour in Salzburg, alles rundum wunderbar und empfehlenswert. Insbesondere wollen wir den aufmerksamen Gästeservice vom Empfang bis zur Abreise erwähnen - DANKE

Location, super comfortable bed, good powerful shower.

Some construction work on the road outside the hotel. But I guess this is temporary and not the hotel’s fault.

Location close to the conference center. My room was courtyard side, and it was quiet during night. Window opens fully, which is always welcome. Excellent breakfast.

For me, the bed was a bit too warm to sleep in, but that is solvable. Pillows could be comfier.

Beautiful hotel in great location. The was public works construction on the sidewalk/street in front of the hotel, but did not detract from our wonderful stay.

Wir kannten das Hotel bereits seit Jahren, der Umbau ist hervorragend gelungen. Alles piko bello! Die Lokalitäten der Festspiele sind durch einen leichter Spaziergang zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders die aufmerksamen Damen bei der Frühstücksbetreuung haben wir direkt ins Herz geschlossen.

Eine einzige Kleinigkeit wäre bei aller Perfektion zu kritisieren: Bei dem sonst wunderbaren Frühstück hat das Gebäck doch etwas zu wünschen gelassen: die Salzstangerln waren eher zäh, die Semmeln und Weckerln auch nicht so knusprig, wie man es erwartet hätte.

Leider hört man die Straße auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr.

Superb location, just across from Mirabell Gardens and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the city centre. Excellent breakfast with very friendly, smiling staff. The rooms were clean, the mattresses very comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was also very good.

The discounted parking arrangement at the nearby Congress Garage was not explained clearly. The hotel’s discount ticket must be used at the payment machine on the ground floor next to the info desk; it will not work at the exit barrier. As this was not communicated, I ended up paying €80 for two nights instead of around €52. Once I understood the process, it worked well.

Wir waren als Familie im Imlauer Palais, für 3 Nächte. Ein wunderschönes Haus, tolle moderne Zimmer, super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal - wirklich ALLE - mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Rezeption über Zimmerpersonal hin zum Restaurantservice. Immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, alle Fragen beantwortet und stets hilfreich. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben die ein oder andere Inspiration mitgenommen ;-) Vor dem Hotel war eine Baustelle und die Rezeption hat uns bereits proaktiv auf ruhige Zimmer umgebucht und uns dabei ein Upgrade spendiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

立地が良く便利。遅い時間のチェックインになってしまったが、受付のスタッフがとても丁寧に対応してくれたので、安心して連泊できました。

毎朝9時丁度に「House Keeping！」とやってくる。外出を急かされるようで気忙しかったが掃除はとても綺麗にしてくれるので清々しく滞在できました。

Location was excellent, virtually opposite the famous gardens. A 5-10min walk to the centre of the old town, but we were given a complimentary Salzburg travel pass for our entire stay. Which made travelling to various locations a breeze. All the staff were absolutely fabulous with knowledge, directions and advice. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you

The newly renovated room that we stayed in was incredible! The breakfast was one of the best on our whole vacation, and the breakfast staff and front of desk staff were really great. We can’t wait to come back.

Super Frühstücksbuffett Zimmeraustattung und Bad eher veraltet, aber sauber Klimaanlage hatte einen Defekt und wir bekamen gleich ein anderes Zimmer. Lage ist perfekt!

Das Haus hat Charme, die Zimmer sind komfortabel, der Service ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ladestation für Elektroauto vorhanden, ein paar Parkplätze im Hof ebenfalls - alternativ ist die Garage am Mirabellplatz nicht weit

We had to relocate my daughters last minute from a hostel that was not pleasant. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, they worked hard to let the girls have an early check in, overall just a wonderful experience.

החדר שקיבלנו מההזמנה היה חדר ישן מהחדרים במלון שלא עברו שדרוג עם שטיח מקיר לקיר וריח של חוסר איורור גם המקלחת ... אבל בסיוע הצוות המקסים ובעיקר ג'וליה, בתוספת תשלום קטנה עברנו לחדר מחודש/מאורר, יפה ונקי עם מקלחת מעולה מה ששיפר לנו מאד את ההרגשה.

Great location in the heart of Salzburg, room was great size and comfortable.

Newly remodeled suite had partial see-through doors on toilet and shower rooms. Was strange given that this was option for a family traveling with children. We made it work, but definitely a strange design choice to remove that level of privacy.

Petit déjeuner délicieux (produits frais et de qualité) et personnel au petit soin pour les clients. Merci à Sema pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité ! Nous avons eu besoin de glace le soir pour une cheville douloureuse, on nous en fourni très facilement. Nous avons été surclassés et avons eu une chambre refaite à neuf, bien équipée et très confortable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Excellent stay! The apartment was very clean, well organized, and in a perfect central location within walking distance of all the main attractions. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We would happily stay here again!

Breakfast and attached Restaurant for dinner were very well presented and the food was excellent. The room was beautifully renovated and very quiet. Well positioned to explore Salzburg on foot or by public transport.

The room was a bit compact for 2 people to stay for 3 nights so we had to completely remove the chair form the room to be able to move around.

Przepiekny hotel, parking podziemny (dodatkowo platny) ale bezpieczny i bardzo blisko, motocykle udalo sie zaprakowac na terenie hotelu (na studni) - super opcja, pokoje piekne, czyste wyposazone we wszystko, kosmetyki z najwyzszej polki do dyspozycji gosci, lozka bardzo wygodne. Wielkim zaskoczeniem w pokoju ciepla przyjemna drewniana podloga. A na koniec sniadania - polecam koniecznie doplacic, jakosc, wybor obsluga cos cudownego :)

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions, making it very convenient to explore Salzburg. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, kind, and always happy to help with a smile. We also really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Klare Weiterempfehlung! Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, was viele Infos und Tipps gegeben hat, und das absolut außergewöhnliche Frühstück. Auch das Frühstückspersonal war unsagbar freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und auch sehr ruhig,man hat nichts gehört von draußen oder von Nachbarzimmern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Mirabellgarten, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Parken war im nahegelegenen Parkhaus möglich, hierfür gibt es vom Hotel einen Rabatt. Es ist ein tolles Hotel, ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Personal für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Mirabell Gardens, the Old Town, and Salzburg’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Salzburg. Highly recommended!

Die Parksituation ist schwierig. Man muss in ein öffentliches Parkhaus fahren. Die hohen Kosten (40€ pro Tag) werden aber zum Teil vom Hotel übernommen.
