They were remodeling. They didn't tell us there would be no hot breakfast served. It was a joke. The room didn't have enough storage space, the toilet didn't flush, and handles were falling off a few of the drawers in the kitchen. We have stayed there a few times in the past but the management there now is very poor. I would not recommend staying there now.

THEY DAMAGED MY CAR CLAIMED IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND NOW ARENT DOING ANYTHING I HAVE TO SUE AND IM SUING EVERYONE INVOLVED.

The hotel is under construction and there are no services at this time. No gym, parking lot is full of dumpsters, and they have a take away breakfast with no options. Maybe the renovations will help eventually so I want to be fair but my toilet did not flush well, the shower was a cold shower only, and the fridge was so loud at random times it woke me up while sleeping. There was also a sign saying not to use the dishwasher. This is one of those Hyatt with the terrible Dish Network TV only so you cannot do screencast or anything and only get a few channels. They stuck me in a room on the first floor where construction dumpsters blocked off all the parking so if you are a Hyatt Explorist like me, you have no benefits at this hotel. Again I hope my bad experience was because of all the construction, it would have been nice to be warned ahead of time so I could choose another place.

Everything, the space was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was quiet and the smallman made lake was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a nice evening walk.

Well there was no hot breakfast. Which was disappointing because that’s one of the reasons u booked with children. Asked for extra blankets for my child and they had none our family had to use sheets and towels. The door handle was falling off in the bedroom 1. The dishwasher did not work and the living room light turned on several times in the middle of the night & kept coming on while someone was asleep in there. Not sure if it was a sensor but we had to keep getting up to turn it off. Also did not accommodate for a handicap (elderly person) since there was no 1st floor available & no elevators. Parking fee with no parking spaces close to the room due to construction equipment all over the parking spaces.

Everything was great! The place was clean and roomy, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was not so great, but everything else made up for it.

They were renovating and failed to mention no laundry facilities. So had to drive to laundromat early morning instead.

Booked a room here specifically because it said they had a bar on site. I rarely get time off so I asked a friend to meet me for drinks and booked a room so we didn't have drive intoxicated. They were remodeling the hotel and I was advised the bar was closed. After I explained why I booked the room in the first place, she still charged me for my guest to park there. The service was friendly though.

My go to hotel in the bay. It was close and central to where my family reunion took place and close to the airport. Thank you to the management team and Keltoum your team rocks!!! Also I love the newer rooms and renovations. Can’t wait to see the finish products. I will be back 🥰🥰🥰🫶🏽

I loved the location. Our room was very spacious and equipped with some kitchen utensils. Breakfast was great!

We had a small door in the room that was an emergency exit. With kids that made us extra nervous. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. And we could hear clearly and loudly our neighbors who arrived at midnight.

Size of the room was decent

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend We stayed here on July 3 and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were assigned a ground-floor room. When we arrived, the door was already left ajar, which was concerning. Once inside, we quickly realized the room had not been cleaned. To make matters worse, I found a blanket on the closet floor with what appeared to be dark brown/red stains. My husband went to the front desk to report that the room had been left open, and I followed shortly after to show them the stained blanket. We were then moved to a different room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. Around 11:00 PM, the guests above us began making constant noise,heavy walking back and forth and dragging furniture or other objects across the floor. The noise continued until about 1:30 AM, which prompted us to call the front desk. They said they would contact the room, and the noise stopped for about 20 minutes before starting again. At 2:08 AM, I called the front desk myself. Again, the noise briefly stopped but resumed shortly afterward and continued until approximately 3:20 AM. By then, I was exhausted and finally managed to fall asleep, only to be awakened again around 6:00 AM by the extremely loud trash truck emptying the dumpsters outside the building. When I mentioned everything to the front desk during checkout, the only response I received was, "Oh, sorry." There was no effort to acknowledge how disruptive and unacceptable our stay had been. Another disappointment was the pool. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it advertised a heated pool for my family. However, the water was very cold and did not seem heated at all.

Second time we’ve stayed here and both times it has been perfect. Everything was clean pool was great. I love that they have small kitchens because it’s so easy to cook when you don’t feel like going out.

This hotel is ruining Hyatt's brand in its current state. We stayed in a 2 BR/2 BA. The bathroom light didn't work. 2 BR/1BA. They said they would fix it and never did. Everything is old. No charging capability. Never cleaned the room (two-night stay). Phones didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk. Convenient. Said they would waive parking fee. Didn't. I see it on my charges. Very disappointing. Bad business.

Dingy dark almost made me feel clastrophobic. One small window in one room facing the roof shingles otherone facing the pool. Kids sceaming in the pools late evening. Matresses were so uncomfortable. Construction started at 7. Just totally awful, Other room had no window. Wanted to leave so bad asked for another room but they didn't have any.

Rooms large, well equipped and clean.

Breakfast very poor quality, served with plastic cutlery, plastic cups and paper plates. Location not near to any restaurants or bars or, well, anything. Hotel bar closed at 10. No restaurant at hotel as far as I could tell.

Construction and location of our room was hard to find

Clean updated room and hotel amenities. Convenient location near freeway. Healthy breakfast. Good value stay. People with mobility issues should request lower floor rooms because of the need to use stairs to go up to higher floors.

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always have had a nice experience. This time was different. Soon after we arrived and got in the room we noticed a stain on the sofa, a bug crawling on the wall, the bathroom was making a noise and not working properly, one of the rooms bathroom had no soap, and the chair was broken. So we went back to the lobby and asked if can switch rooms the receptionist said they were booked and sorry but no. I showed her the pictures of the problems so she said the housekeeper will clean the room the following day because it was already late. So the next day after a long day of our event we came back to find out the room hadn’t been cleaned, so then we didn’t have clean towels. I had to go back to the lobby, but this time the receptionist was helpful with what I needed! This stay was from May 1st to May 3rd Two room suite.

When first checking in the front desk hospitality was so awesome!! The lady Alana was so awesome she made sure that all our needs were met, and gave us so much insight & information that made our stay so much easier & comfortable all the way down to the warm cookies!!! I really appreciated all of her help!! People like that make you definitely return!! Awesome job Alana me and my grand daughter had a wonderful stay!!!

Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking!!! I really think that’s an over kill !!

Immeuble pas bien entretenu vieillot et surtout beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit entre les voisins du dessus qu’on entendait marcher, le goutte à goutte de la pluie , un bruit de ferraille d’arrière le mur de l salle de bains et les toilettes qui se déclenchait régulièrement pour se remplir d’eau dans la cuve (sûrement une fuite)

The room set-up was very nice.

The room had an interior door and exterior door. The exterior door is located inside one of the bedrooms. Outside the hotel there was street racing going on for most of the night!

Booked a 2-bedroom King/Queen Suite, told none available (reservation data base issue?), promised to call me when the manager came in on Monday, nobody called. Had to settle on a one-bedroom King and slept on a too-soft sofa bed.

My wife and I went there in preparation for a nearby surgery. We had been there before for her pre-opt appointment. We plan to go back for her follow-up appointment. The free breakfast was good. Bagels, eggs, country-style potatoes, oatmeal, and waffles. They advertise a restaurant, but it is currently closed, and they are about to start renovations on April 6. There are several restaurants within ten minutes. The pool is nice. They have a fire pit adjacent to the lobby, which is a nice touch. Anytime we have a reason to be down that way, we will definitely stay here.

The smell from the water in the pond. The flies were all around my door. There was lots of napkins behind couch trash and wrappers around bed,that were dirty. Blind were broken. No ice maker in room or dish soap.

This is the only hotel we have found with two bedroom suites available. We always appreciate the extra help we get from staff. We are elderly and they help us get our luggage up to our room.

Suites are a to go to, very spacious.

The parking fee, staff didn’t explain that you have to pay $15 for parking. Though you booked a room, isn’t it suppose to be free since you stay at the property

The hotel served our needs quite well as we had a 2 week stay while our rental was under construction. We had a two room, two bathroom with kitchen and it was exactly what we needed. The location also had some fantastic walking trails

The hotel is a little outdated, but it seems they're working on it.

For the price, it was okay. The bed was comfortable, place pretty quiet, parking was good.

My room would not lock when my daughter and I had to leave for her tournament, and there was no maintenence person for a good couple hours. So we had to leave our room unlocked unattended because there was only one person at the desk. We were almost late to get to our venue. Because of this and had to rush out not knowing if our belongings were safe. I had to keep calling to see if it was fixed. It was not fixed until quite a few hours later. We had to leave at 6am and it was dark outside. I really liked the place, but this was so stressful. I definitely could've found something cheaper without the stress of wondering if my room was locked or anyone was even checking on it. I had to keep calling them instead of being updated as to what was happening because we had to leave.

Decent hotel, walking distance to the business venue. Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen (is it useful?) in each apartment. Swimming pool was warm, but not very clean + a pair of ducks was using it. Breakfast was very poor comparing to European standards. Parking fee is a very unpleasant surprise especially that there are no issues with a space (not a city-centre type of location). Lack of lifts was unpleasant surprise as I had to carry 30 kg suitcase to the second floor through narrow staircase

I liked the breakfast choices. Good variety of hot and cold to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

I was staying with my brother so he could convalece after surgery. The cable connection was not good.

I’ve never stayed in a Hyatt House before, but it seems like the vibe is very apart-hotel, with pre-stocked amenities for medium term stays. This hotel is located next to the Oracle HQ and Volkswagen’s americas tech “innovation” center, so I assume those are the most intended attractions. Room layouts are straightforward - you open to the open living room / kitchen, and the bedroom(s) are on the sides, with the bedroom area leading into the open bathroom sink area, plus the water closet that contains the shower / toilet, plus a sliding door that was a little hard to slide all the way, at least in my case. My bedroom had a skinny emergency door next to the bed. The apartments are decently appointed - a desk, dining table, couch, a low-tech TV/plug-in media console (with both HDMI and triple color cables, for those who have old gear) along with an old alarm clock whose USB plugs didn’t work for me. There was an outlet close enough to the bed I used instead, though there’s also plugs on the large lamp. Dishwasher in the kitchen, along with a full fridge. They have two-person (even in the one bed) sets of plates, mugs, cups, etc, plus pans, glassware, etc. Travel size dish soap and dishwasher powder. One ironing board per room - my friend borrowed mine for our stay. Wood hangers including clip hanging variants. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (attached to the wall), plus a teeny little bar of soap for your hands, presumably. Tub mat if you want to use that in the combined shower/tub, which unfortunately has a very 2000s hotel shower vibe. Better this than one of those long open concept showers imo. Good variety of towels: bath towels, face towels, hand towels, and whatever the towels you use instead of a bath mat are called. The free breakfast (6 to 9:30am) is bog standard - eggs, breakfast potatoes, pork sausage, oatmeal (brown sugar and raisins too), vanilla yogurt (not Greek, sadly, plus generic granola), make-your-own pancakes from the type of machine you only see at hotels of this type and in college dining halls. Chex, corn flakes, and Rice Krispies in those spinny dispensers. Assorted (plain looking) breads. You can ask for a to-go paper plate if you so desire, otherwise it’s a fast-casual style plate return into a central bin by the trash can. Only one type of coffee, in caffeinated and decaf versions, and only earl gray or chamomile tea. I’m not sure why you would have the coffee or tea in the room unless you miss breakfast entirely, tbh - the coffee packets give motel (not complementary). Plus you have oat milk down there. Apple and orange juices. Pool is in the courtyard (10am to 10pm) that leads from the breakfast area. It is heated. There’s a little pool house I didn’t go into. Area also has a basketball court, two grills, a fire pit, and additional outdoor seating. Other amenities are also what you’d expect. Exercise room is down the hallway from the breakfast nook / restaurant and bar (which wasn’t open during our stay), and has a mid-2000s Frutiger Metro wallpaper aesthetic, one Hyatt-mandated Peloton (which I happily used to play Lanebreak, not sponsored), along with the probably previously obtained 2000s LifeFitness ellipticals and treadmills. There was black duct tape on the one bench in the middle of the room, but I didn’t try to use it. Typical hand weight setup. Hot and cold water dispenser (no sparkling), plus towels and disinfecting wipes. Down the hallway from the exercise room is the laundry room. Laundry machines are probably also from the 2000s - they only take quarters ($2 worth for a wash, $2 worth for a dry - you can ask at the front desk) and the (working) washing machines don’t tell you how long it takes to be done with a cycle. Heavy duty is apparently 85 minutes from what I looked up. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets - a single serve detergent packet is $5.75 (!!!) and a single dryer sheet is $3. Speaking of the front desk. I feel bad for them. This is a budget property, and you can tell because the staffing is bare bones. At check in, we were the third group told to wait about an hour for the rooms to be ready - they may offer a room to “wait” in in the meantime, but there’s not enough rooms on property of each type to give you one early, and you’ll have to clear the room and swap your key cards back if you do that. We also asked for a room swap because our room number was said aloud - I don’t blame the front desk person, because that’s more of the norm at hotels of this tier, but maybe food for thought on training. And also for staffing - they need more people in general. The one desk person was swamped for our check in time, and didn’t seem to have the authority to do much (overheard another conversation where guests were told someone “keeps taking the cages” for some sort of animal on property). This is not the most accessible hotel. The corner we stayed in was only accessible by stair - there’s other sections of the hotel where that’s the case too, though there’s also ground floor rooms that look easier to access. The lobby / amenities are all on the ground floor for what that’s worth. I’m not sure if I would choose to stay here of my own volition, unless I needed a corporate aparthotel near Oracle and also was stuck on Hyatt as my chain of choice. The franchisee seems to be pretty minimally investing. It seems like because of the room options and the price (and the breakfast!) this is a popular property with families, for what that’s worth.
