Dont care for paying for parking anywhere to be honest. You dont really have a choice to not pay it so its kind of a shit move. I think if your paying 150 for room you shouldn't charge 25 to park....

Beautiful location near the water and plenty of sunshine. Well maintained hotel and busy during check in time. The room we had was clean and comfortable. Great quality control and the price is reasonable. There is a pool of you want to take a dip. It was a very peaceful stay. The breakfast is okay, they could offer more selection. I would recommend this location and I would stay again.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, as the experience was very disappointing and, in my opinion, did not justify the amount of money I paid. During my stay, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and significantly affected our ability to rest. Additionally, the sofa bed was completely unusable. It felt like sleeping on a wooden board because the mattress was barely noticeable, making it impossible for anyone to sleep comfortably on it. The service at the front desk was also very poor on most occasions. Furthermore, I specifically requested housekeeping service for the room, but they only cleaned the room once during our entire stay, despite my request. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below what I expected when booking and paying for this hotel. I feel that I did not receive the quality of service and accommodations that I paid for. For this reason, I kindly ask Booking.com to review my case and consider providing me with a refund or significant compensation for the inconvenience and for the money I spent on a stay that was ultimately unsatisfactory. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my situation and offer me a fair resolution.

During check-in and throughout our stay Darrell was a wealth of patience and information. He Answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond with recommendations on things to do around town. It has been several weeks since we stayed at the Marriott, but I wanted to make sure to leave a review at least for Darrell. Room was clean and parking was easy.

The breakfast was excellent. My only suggestion would be to have a beverage option for diabetics. Like zero-sugar tea, soda, or juice. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I had a king size suit and it could easily sleep a family of four.

A better explanation of how paying for parking works should be explained upon check in. Thanks to God, I made it through my stay with no incident, however, another guest may not be as lucky. I seen the signs on the outside that read "scan to pay", however I was under the impression that it was for people who paid to park their vehicle just to catch the airport shuttle, like in other cities. A minor misunderstanding.

The woman at check in was terrible. She was an older Chinese woman. I complimented the hotel and she said “no it’s 7 years old and needs some renovations.” Uh… ok. And no it didn’t need any renovations, she’s was just being annoying and rude. She also said she needed to verify some information, she didn’t, she needs to be retrained. I don’t know if it was because I am a person of color, but I didn’t feel valued or welcomed as a customer. There was another younger Filipino woman at the front desk that was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful and didn’t try to correct me or be condescending. Maybe that older woman can learn from this friendly woman. Other than that first woman we had to deal with, everything else was great! The room is very nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was decent. Those workers were very attentive and available. The only other thing I don’t like is the costly parking fee and the fact you have to physically scan the QR code outside. If they’re going to make us pay almost $30 to park, make it easier to pay! The fee isn’t justified either, there’s nothing around! I would understand if it was near an airport or downtown, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel is in a good location and near the 101 freeway. The room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that people were smoking outside and having to smell that awful smell with my kids around even though there are signs around the hotel plus it’s supposed to be a smoke free property, staff should pay more attention to that. also both of my keys stopped working and I couldn’t have access to the side door which was closer to my room, plus I had my hands full and had to go to the lobby to get new room keys. As to breakfast all good, just think they should not stop restocking at 8:45 when breakfast ends at 9:30 am, since I saw guests looking for more toast, milk, and English muffins. Plus when they do serve eggs they tend to be more watery than other hotels.

Staff was friendly at check-in and over the phone after calling when I got to my room and another name was on the digital welcome TV screen. Disappointed to have a dirty wash cloth, hair beside the bed and a iron that sprayed brown liquid on my shirt. When I mentioned the iron problem at checkout the staff apologized but didn't offer anything to compensate me for ruined piece shirt. For almost $300 a night not a great experience.

Charging $30 for parking on top of the $300+ I already paid for the room is shameful. It’s a clear example of profits being prioritized over customers at a very mediocre property. Many guests are here for medical care at Stanford, not leisure. Nickel-and-diming people in that situation is pathetic. There are far better, nicer options nearby that don’t take such blatant advantage of their guests. I won’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. One star across the board.

Room 234 toilet ran all night and the tp holder is loose in the wall so tp kept falling. Detachable shower heads would be nice. The key lighting was a new thing and is a good idea in principle but it kept leaving people in the dark so the person leaving would have a key but fd fixed the issue with a substitute card.

Saff members service were excellent. However, facilities did not meet our expectation. I reserved 2 beds, yet we got 1 king bed. Shower room is too small and bad design, because you could not reach the handle for water temperature. When you open the door, the handle is hidden behind the door.

Decent sized room for a family of 5 and a pet. Clean and spacious. They had a great breakfast spread. The bar is a nice touch.

$24 a day parking. $150 pet fee is just as much as we paid for the room. Booking.com doesn’t show this pet fee. Be prepared.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. Not too far from DTSF and San Jose. Perfect location. Room was perfect for us. Complimentary breakfast was good. Nothing special just good to filled up our stomach before heading out. Staff was friendly and very professional.

I’d like to acknowledge their attentiveness, care, and genuine kindness. This is my second night here, and they have been consistently welcoming and professional each time. I’m truly grateful for team members like them who make hotel guests feel supported and at home. Thank you so much Ylees and Leandro, for the exceptional service!

There was a low humming noise similar to a bathroom fan turned on all night that made it difficult to sleep at night.

I stayed here for the Super Bowl weekend. The location was very convenient as it was close to the freeway, not too far from the airport, not too far from San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. There was plenty of parking in the lot. There were nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and gas stations, which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the hotel many times and it is always a great experience. The gentleman that checked us in went above and beyond and was a class act. Great value and consistently rises above other in its class.

Very friendly and helpful service desk staff, this was really appreciated and noted as this was one of the only places we experienced this great quality and we stayed at a total of 8 hotels.

Different breakfast times for weekdays and weekends and on the weekend the breakfast was getting cleared away and packed up quite early. The variety of breakfast food was really good, however the breakfast set up could have been a lot better. An extra toaster and locate the toasters before other items or in a different location to not slow the flow of guests trying to get other items.

Booked this room and it was cancelled by hotel. Then they automatically locked us out of room at 7am. And then got charged twice for one room. Emailing Anthony Capuano Anthony.capuano@marriott.com so he can look into this. Also didn’t receive the bonus points as part of the Marriott program.

I picked the hotel as it was with in 4 minutes from the Peninsula Surgery Center, where mywife was having a hip replacement.

It was suitable for our needs

The place was clean, but they never came to clean the room during our entire stay. Liked the heater, beds and closet space. Liked the mirrors, sliding bathroom door, and separate toilet area.

Never cleaned our room, couch was dirty, floor had stains, sink was tiny and wood underneath was warped, shower was small, and it was hard to use tv. Breakfast was not good.
