La piscine. Le personnel. La chambre. Le ptit déj.

Le parking, pas de place à l'ombre.

Sauber, ordentlich und modern. Schöne helle Einrichtung. Ruhig. Schöne Pools. Gutes Frühstück und nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand. Es gibt extra Poolhandtücher und auch genügend Sonnenliegen. Die Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon und es gibt Aufzüge in den Häusern. Es ist relativ ruhig, besonders in der Nebensaison.... wenige Restaurants und außer einem 7eleven nicht viel.

The location was excellent directly opposite the beach and the beach road was very quiet with hardly any traffic. The Hotel is really new and the rooms are really well designed with great sea views and plenty of space. Breakfast were great and the pool was nice and quiet. Cha am beach is a quiet, relaxed and safe place with very little traffic. We hired a scooter to get to the local Sauna each day and out to the local bars in the evenings.

The bed was a little hard.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer was extrem nach Schimmel gerochen hat (evtl. Von der Klimaanlage), dadurch haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful and when getting up early you can enjoy a breakfast with sunrise. The pools are big and nice for children. Wifi was top.

The restaurant was infested with mosquitoes we couldn't enjoy our breakfasts and the dinner there it was extremely unpleasant. The breakfast options for non-asians are very small. Tv didn't work well, no channels for kids, bad connection and slowly.

Clean and nice little hotel right by the beach with great pool for big and small guests. Sunrise view from the breakfast restaurant. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Free parking on site. Free wheelchair to borrow. Quiet area with beautiful views. Unfortunately the restaurant was infested by mosquitoes so we couldn't realy relax and enjoy the food. The dinner we had once was very tasty. Breakfast is top for Asian food lovers but if you look for a European or American option then there is barely anything for you to choose. We would surely go back though.

Spot on for comfort, cleanliness, buffet breakfast, and pools. It's difficult to fault this place. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal, too. I will definitely stay here again.

L'hotel était très bien, mieux que je ne l'espérait. Ma famille et moi étions agréablement surpris. Avec une belle vue, en face de la mer. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié. The Hotel rooms were clean. Good breakfast from 6.00-10.00. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.

Pool was not perfectly clean, but it still good to use. They didn’t have gym and there was no gym nearby.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, freundliches Personal. Auch der Kaffee war ok. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, tolle Innenansicht auf die Gartenanlage und Pools. Viele Kinder, sehr familienfreundlich. Wer Ruhe von Kindern haben möchte sollte nicht hierher gehen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, auch ohne eigene Kinder :-)

Der Strand war ein wenig weit weg. Zum Meer konnte man trotzdem, es gab aber nur Treppen ins Meer.

Great stay across all areas. Quiet and well looked after. Popular with Thai families, easy walk to most things, very chilled. The restaurant served good food and breakfast. Nice walk up to busier areas of Cha am.

No beach access - the hotel sits across the road from their tiered concrete steps that act as a seawall for the higher tide. Nice to walm along, but no chance for a swim.

Location rarher close to the sea.

Not 7m as stated to the beach, a road and parking place between hotel and a huge stair down to beach. Quite large stones on beach and in water. Beach was not the dry sandy type where you want lay down. Pole area too small, only a few sunbeds. These where in the water so no good idea to bring phone or other water sensitive equipment. Room was for two persons, so why only one uncomfortable, dirty, chair on the balcony without any table . Not quite 4 star I think.

I booked a connecting room for 4 adults and 1 kid, and it was really comfortable. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. We really liked the connecting room space. The two swimming pools were also clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and consistently polite, especially the restaurant staff. I had a pleasant conversation with K. Diamond, who was very accommodating when we had our dinner on the first day of our stay and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much.

Hotellet är fantastiskt och ett av dem bästa där. Nära stranden och fin gård. Det absolut finaste under vår resa för dem pengarna. Personligen var hur snälla som helst.

Den ända jag hade önskat är att hotellet låg längre upp längst strandpromenaden, där det finns fler restauranger och barer.

Schoon, mooi en vriendelijk personeel, alles liep naar wens. Prachtig zwembad vlakbij het strand.

Was in November erg rustig. Op de woensdag geen ligbedden aan het strand.

This hotel was better than I expected. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We were moved to a room with a pool and beach view for free. The room was big, comfy, and had lots of sunlight. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was amazing. The location is great, just across the road from the beach. Highly recommend. :)

If you need to relax I recommend, because this hotel quiet area, but you can walk to 7-11 just 5-10 mins, and breakfast it okay, nice pool, We will come to this hotel again, My family very like this hotel.

So much noise from beach . The noise from the local youth and the food stalls operating on the beach was very loud. The noise continued until midnight.

There have a lot of mosquitoes inside a room and around hotel but we also get some support for anti-mosquitoes spray from stuff.

Rude receptionist ever This hotel far away from the city The girl at receptionist area is the worst Very rude, ask charge for children 6 yo breakfast while check in progress. My reservation are 3 rooms , 6 adults, 2 childs (3 yo and 6 yo) Even when i have breakfast , they ask again how old is my child, all staff at reception all worstt!

Good location, with separated buildings and zones so it was crowded even though the hotel was fully booked. The room is new and clean. Breakfast is good. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Recommended !! everything is on point

My wife and I stayed for 5-nights a couple of weeks ago, would have liked to stay longer but had other commitment. It is a very new 4-star hotel and everything is clean and bright with I think just over 140 rooms. We loved the Pool Access room that we had, could step almost straight out and into one of the two pools. The bed was very comfortable, it was the first time in a long time that I have woken up in a hotel room without aches and pains! The staff and manager were so helpful and friendly and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. The hotel was fairly quite during the week, no surprised due to the Cov-19 situation, but at the weekend many more people arrived. Breakfast was either buffet’ or à la carte depending upon the number of guests and quite a wide choice. One evening we had the tenderloin steak, very nice and good value, but best to order the day before so that it can be thawed slowly. The beach is just the other side of the road. Over the years we have stayed in a number of hotels in Cha am and we probably liked this more than any. We plan to stay there again in the next few of weeks and play some golf again.

The brand new hotel with over 100 rooms, located the best location right across the beach. There are 2 big swimming pools, one for children with ders and another one for adult. The family will enjoy the swim specially for young children and adults. The room is big, clean and good size.

Nice looking hotel.Staff were very pleasant and attentive, hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Pool lovely with a beach view. Would recommend this hotel when staying in Cha Am and would stay again without hesitation.

Stayed here for business trip. The hotel is quite brand new. The pool is great and the beach is just right there. Good amenities with good range of breakfast. Worth the price you pay if you are looking for a quiet get away because the area around is not busy at all.

Nothing to say about this hotel, staff was friendly, pool was nice, room was confortable and well decorated, slept there for 4 night and we would come back anytime, 7-11/ 3 min by walk, we had a « a la carte » breakfast because there wasent enough of people in the hotel, and manager took time to have a little chat with us explaining a bit of thai culture
