The property is a little run down for it being a Hilton. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom had wallpaper coming off of the walls

It states breakfast is included when booking. IT IS NOT. You will have to pay an additional $18 per person. Parking is private but you have to pay. It is $12 a night. If I had known about these hidden fees, I personally would have never booked for this place. Hundreds of hotels offer a much better facility and price

Well I was there for 3 nights and house cleaning never showed up. And also I was given the wrong room were I left my sunglasses and no one followed up on that.

DIDN'T HAVE BREAKFAST. THEY GAVE US AN OLD ROOM WAY AT THE OTHER END AND THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING AND GAVE US THE 4TH FLOOR. UPGRADES NEEDED IN THE ROOM AND THE RUG WAS FILTHY. I ASKED IF THEY COULD PUT US IN A ROOM FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE BECAUSE I HAVE REALLY BAD SCIATICA BUT THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AND SAID THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Even though we did not get the room we reserved with 2 queen beds, we were able to use the sofa bed (not too comfortable). To make up for this, we were given 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers. The hotel was able to give us a room with 2 queen beds the next night. The rooms were clean and cool when we arrived. Staff were nice and accommodating. We were able to utilize the gym, which was very nicely equipped.

Our room was way at the end of the long corridor and the nearest elevator and ice machine were not working, so we had to walk all the way to the front.

Prior to arrival, we had requested two rooms next to each other. However, this request was not accommodated, despite a room next to ours remaining empty. In addition, although we asked for housekeeping service daily, our room was not cleaned consistently during our ten-day stay. The room had a consistent smoke smell during our stay, which made the environment uncomfortable. Also, parking fees were not clearly communicated upfront, which added unexpected costs.

The air conditioning did not work it was hot 76 overnight. I went to the front desk at 1:30 AM to. Complain then again at 6:30 AM. They fixed it on our way out and it took over 30 min to fix. I asked for compensation they said a manager would contact me. After a month later nobody has contacted me. I reached out to the front desk again today and they do not care about my stay and advised I had to contact booking.com because I used a 3rd party to book. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

Did NOT get the room I had reserved, and the one I did get was very poorly kept. Booked a room with 2 queen beds but ended up getting a room with 1 king and a sofa that pulled out into a bed. The mattress was so worn down that I could feel the majority of the springs as I was lying down on them. Ended up placing the sofa cushions on top of them as a make shift topper. The quality of the room as also horrible. The ceilings were starting to fall off, the carpet had holes in it, the chair cushion had a cigarette burn on it, the floors were slanted, and the room was quite dusty. The parking of the facility is also quite difficult, as well. When attempted to speak to the manager/supervisor, we were told they were busy, and then we were told that they left and to call back at 11 pm to speak to the oncoming one. Absolutely horrible! 250 a night for a motel 6 version room. Sorry, a motel 6 would be better than this! Hilton has been very subpar lately and this "hotel" has just solidified my opinion. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel was nicely located near my meetings, but fortunately… there are other options. My first impression at check-in cookie was a stale… hard cookie that went directly to the trash. The hotel room experience was ‘fine’. Dated rooms are clean and mostly well maintained. Shower was below par with a well ‘clogged’ shower head, and the ironing board collapsed while in use… twice. Trash! The iron stained my white shirt as the plate was dirty. ;( Breakfast was awful!! McDonald’s would have been a much better option!! A single waiter in a dining room about 30% full (8 tables) couldn’t handle the load. Nice man… but not capable. Your order started with ‘ we are really busy… it will be about 30 minutes for the kitchen to prepare your order’. Wow… ok? I’m omelette was very, very well done. Awful. My toast arrived 10 minutes after my entree… being delivered and handled by 2 tables prior to me. Comical. Horrible. I had to ask for salt / pepper. Ask for coffee to be filled. Ask for creamer to be filled…. I won’t return. The coffee sat empty (self serve at the bar) twice while I was seated. I went to get coffee repeatedly as with the coffee or the creamer was empty each time I tried. Oh… people were complaining!!! Loudly! I felt sorry for the waiter. I think this fault should all go to management. A fairly quick, hot breakfast is essential… and coffee should flow with limited Interruptions. Bad choice on my part…

The new charge for parking appears to be a money grab! There is no need for it! Patrons pay enough for the rooms...and other things... It just as I would say a money grab.

We were charged for parking. I did register my car as told and was surprised to see I had to pay to park there and that it’s not included with my room to have ONE car. It was also disappointing that breakfast wasn’t included and it would be another additional expense that cost more than a breakfast at Starbucks would. Would not stay again.

When we checked in, they forgot to give us our driver's license back. Then, we arrive to our room, which had a terrible smell and a damp floor. Then, we realized our safe didn't work and had to call three times to get them to come up and fix it. Then, our toilet clogged, in which we had to call several times to get them to come fix it. When we went down in the morning, they said they didn't have anybody in maintenance available for several hours. Most hotels we've ever stayed at have maintenance 24/7. Then, most of the times in the morning, they would not have coffee ready until after 7am. And the worst of all is that they never cleaned our room. When I went down to ask about it, they said we had to ask for our room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. However, no one ever told us that so how were we supposed to know? Then, we ask if they could bring us some towels and coffee since our room had not been cleaned all week. And they said they would, however, they never did!!! They did finely clean our room on the last day but didn't even replace our empty tissue box. Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and we are hilton honors members. And definitely the worst smelling room, the smell was terrible!!!
