i love this place a top pick to stay for me not anymore.

i was gonna be 10 mins late as estimated but i got there at 12:08 i gave notice i was gonna slightly late pass 12 am it was a late choice pick and this was a fave spot unfortunately i ring the bell they didnt come out i was aware of the 12 am but as i said i gave noticed that i was gonna be slightly late thats was the last of my money plus $20 for the deposit so i end up sleeping in my car it was cold but i didnt have a choice hope this helps and dont be late even if you give noticed even if it says there is a 24 hrs service on the spot not everything is true its false advertizement and legally they stealing money this way i would never stay in a place like this again sorry but this is as truthful as a review can be hope the best for them and the legal ways to steal money for being late enjoy my money hope it helps ur concious.

It was next to Starbucks

It didn't pass the white sock test. Upon arrival I began walking normally without shoes, either white socks or barefoot. The socks were thrown away the following day. Only two body towels one per guest, that was it. I brought my own towels white towels and floor mats, not provided. Upon arrival before allowing us or you should you decide to stay there, be prepared to leave a cash deposit of $20.00. Booking.com did not stipulate they would request cash. It was an additional one hour to drive to the bank withdraw money from the spit machine. Be prepared with cash, bring your own towels and cleaning supplies. Final instruction, leave the remote control in the room and make sure you leave with what you brought. Once that door closes you're locked out. Remember to collect your cash deposit.

I had someone come in to my room at midnight with a key of their own there was miscommunication between the staff members about my stay I had extended 2 more days which I did in person 1 day prior to me leaving it was scary when you wake up and someone is at your door coming in at that hr ( any hour) didn’t feel safe any more after that night

Location was good

It smelled, wasn’t clean and sheets were not clean. They gave me clean sheets but the hotel room still smelled bad. Wasn’t very clean

My room looked like it was newly remodeled and parking was really convenient. I almost forgot my room also had a mini refrigerator that was really convenient to have especially in the summertime :)

The mattress is comfortable but just a tad bit too high off the ground for me. I'm 5'8 and when I'm sitting on the bed I can barely reach my slippers. I also noticed that the faucet had too much set back from the sink causing the water to backflow onto the counter whenever I use it.

It is in a good and convincing area. Close to some restaurants and markets.

That Philippine employee has a problem and worth attitude talking with customers. One light was blinking I was asking to change a room and he said every single room has this problem, and he said that don’t use that light and turn it off. I was surprised.

The room was clean, and the location was close to Altadena

Not the fault of the hotel but there was another couple fighting in the room next to us the first night & the second night a helicopter circled the area outside it was loud. Lastly there was no blanket on the bed just the sheet & a thin bedspread.

It’s fully remodeled I noticed, I skate so seeing the new floor made me want to take to take care of it extra. Staff is nice, very outgoing and talkative.

I could not find soap. I tried to request a cleaning lady, but she was not interested in guest.

I didn’t get a breakfast

They lied, they haven’t returned my deposit, I was overcharged, the sheets had ink spots and streaks, it was ugly and no tv for a full day out of a two day stay, I’ve done nothing to the room and wonder why my deposit hasn’t been returned, no fire alarm. I’ve been waiting for a response to my requests but have heard nothing since I made the request Sunday. This is one of those nightmare places someone gets taken advantage of, very low class and the employees there are not truthful and trying to take money from me

water pressure was good that was the only thing about this room that was good at all. (Except the dirty mildew he shower curtain rod was positioned inside the tub so no matter what you do the dirty shower curtain touches your body)

I did not like the fact that all there was in the room was a bed and an end table and a broken chair no place to eat a meal no drawers to put my clothes the place to hang anything was broken. There was no fan in the bathroom. The blinds were broken. The bathroom had mold on the tile in the tub the floors were filthy. This room would be lucky to be worth $50 per night let alone the $100 per night that they charged there's plenty of other motels in that vicinity that charge less and are much much more hospitable and clean available stay I would recommend everyone stay away

the fact that I was charged for a “ deluxe, king size bed” it was more like a used twin , walls were so gross I had to literally paint them ! no joke I recorded it , shower and rest room was miserable dirty towel s out of the 3 that were provided , the green to the window was bent back indicating someone trying to get in , tv didn’t work ! tv was sticky and nasty that I had to clean as well ! thank god I’m a commercial painter and was able to at least paint the nasty gross fecal matter infested walls, if your going to charge 108$ dollars + 25 deposit for a room at least be clean and have some respect for the renters well being ! not even a trash can with a bag in it very very disappointing
