El señor que me llevó hasta el cuarto "botones" Le pregunte sobre la caja fuerte. Me dijo que iva por una llave ya qe la caja fuerte estaba abierta pero con el seguro puesto y nunca volvió. A pero eso si casi casi me cobro la propina jeje no hay problema de eso. Lo qe no me gusto qe me dejo esperandolo

Habitació a la planta baixa, interior, sense llum amb una finestra que donava al passadis. Havies de tenir la cortina baixada perquè no et veiés la gent. Habitació amb poca iluminació. No hi ha llum als capçals dels llits. Socol del parquet aixecat. Durant el dia i fins les 23h o més tenien música posada a la recepció o la televisió posada i se sentia desde les habitacions. L'última nit vaig decidir utilitzar el jacuzzi de l'habitació. Quan el vaig posar en marxa va començar a treure brutor / òxid de les canonades. Falta manteniment periòdic.

A smart TV would be a great addition to the rooms. They gym is pretty much non-existent. Many hotels in Mexico, like this one, do not maintain gym equipment. The exercise bicycle was the only piece of equipment that was working.

I only stayed there 2 nights, but would def stay again. Would have been nice to get a discount on a meal at their restaurant!

Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel et avons reçu un accueil glacial. Le réceptionniste était au téléphone et n’a pas daigné lever la tête. Il s’est ensuite entretenu avec une personne qui était arrivé après nous. La chambre donnait sur le hall central avec beaucoup de bruit et de mouvement. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit et ça n’a pas interpelé le réceptionniste à qui nous avons remis les clés qui a à peine levé les yeux. L’hôtel est bruyant, vieux, non confortable

Solo como comentario, llegó un grupo grande a media noche y no paraban de chillar y llevar maletas con ruedas de un sitio para otro. Deberían controlar a los huéspedes y asegurar que la gente se comporta al llegar.

La stanza, al secondo piano, non ha finestre ed è buia anche con tutte le (fioche) luci accese. Le lenzuola non erano fresche di lavatrice in nessuno dei due letti, capelli e macchie presenti: ho chiesto di cambiarle, si sono attivati subito ma portandone altre in condizioni identiche a quelle già presenti. Ho dormito vestita, fortunatamente avevo prenotato una sola notte. Personale poco accogliente, non una parola di inglese. Se potete andate altrove.

The Towels are awful. They are thick and stiff and obviously made to last but are the worst I’ve ever seen in any hotel worldwide. The bathroom lighting over the sink is very dim. Hard to shave and nearly impossible for women trying to apply makeup.

The rooms face inwards towards a central internal courtyard. The doors only have sheer curtains so you can see inside every room unless a roll-down curtain is closed from the inside, which then stops the door from opening - so you can only close it once inside. This means people can look in your room when you are not there.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Location was perfect, just a minute or two walking to the main square. The room was comfortable, cleaned daily and was very spacious. The staff were pleasant and the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hand damp towels - not a hook or towel rail. It looked as though there had been a towel rail perhaps which had been removed/broken as there seemed to be some filler in the wall. It's a minor thing but also a 2 minute job to add a couple of hooks to the wall and it makes a huge difference to the comfort of the stay when two people wash their hair and have four wet towels with nowhere to hang them to dry. It is perhaps just the one room and may have already been addressed, so I would still book at this hotel again without a doubt! At times, sound would travel from the reception to the room as the door looks out into the open courtyard and reception area - it's a beautiful design but also allows sound to travel around the entire hotel very easily. Personally, it was never an issue for us and seemed very quiet at night - it's preferable to a window facing the street!

Reviewed May 30, 2026La habitacion esta muy bien distribuida, y hay elevador para subir a las habitaciones. Tienen aire acondicionado y te explican como usar tanto el aire acondicionado como la televisión. Las camas son calientitas y espaciosas, muy cómodas.
Las habitaciones no estan aisladas de ruido y se escucha la gente hablando en los pasillos a todas horas. Las habitaciones sin ventana se vician un poco del aire.

La habitación doble es muy pequeña. Las camas muy juntas y sin espacio una cama chocaba con la puerta de acceso Lo cual lo hace muy incómodo para entrar y salir además que para acostarse en la cama entras de lado y no tienes mucho espacio entre cama y pared
