The breakfast was delicious. The location was walking distance to everywhere we went.

The pillows were flat & hard.

It was centrally located to very good restaurants and all kinds of shops. The room was cozy and had a great view of Dingle Bay. It really was on the edge of the town but walkable to everything. Linda ( house manager) was very warm and helpful. I think she is a great welcoming presence for this BnB. Breakfast was fresh and filling.

Nothing I can think of other than the bathroom floor and shower were very slippery. A bath mat would be a good addition!

Linda is a perfect and very thoughtful hostess. It felt like coming home. We were given a warm welcome and were provided with all the information we needed to visit Dingle in a very pleasant way. Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of the sea, and the room was spotless. It’s within walking distance of Dingle. And in Dingle, we were able to experience the true charm of Ireland.

Linda was our host who was not greated us but had lots of advice about the local area.

Rapport qualité prix décevant. Petit-déjeuner moyen, chambres bruyantes. On entend tout des chambres à côté. Nous faisons actuellement le tour de l'Irlande, cet hébergement étant un des plus chers, pour une prestation globale bien inférieure.

Location and parking

We loved how informative and helpful the hostess was. She gave us great recommendations for where to eat and a map of the area, helped us with our bags and made sure we were settled in.

The shower did not work well. We had to use the hand held shower, not a big deal but the water pressure and temperature was erratic at best.

Great place to stay only minutes walk from the centre of Dingle, where there are amazing pubs and restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast as we were at a wedding and didn’t get up in time, but would recommend.

Die Haushälterin war sehr freundlich und bemüht, Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen und gab viele Tipps für Aktivitäten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, da sie sich am Ortsrand befindet, man aber schnell in das Zentrum laufen kann. Auch die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist sehr schön.

Es ist ein altes Haus in dem jedes Geräusch zu hören ist. Der Boden und die Türen knarren. Die Türen und Wände sind alt und dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn und deren Fernseher hört. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer das so klein war, dass wir unsere Koffer kaum abstellen konnten wenn wir durch das Zimmer laufen wollten. Einen Tisch und Stuhl gab es nicht, nur einen Beistelltisch dessen Kanten schon beschädigt waren. Bei dem Frühstück kann man zwar am Vortag zwischen verschiedenen Optionen wählen. Ansonsten wurden jedoch nur Ceralien und Obst bereitgestellt.

Linda nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous avons apprécié nos échanges avec elle ainsi que ses recommandations. La situation de la maison est idéale car on peut aller à pied dans le centre très facilement tout en étant au calme. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres et biens équipées.

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of space for luggage. The accommodation is well located about a 10 minute walk into town. Cute cow in the backyard which you can see out the window. Plenty of street parking available.

If staying on the top level the slanted ceiling is a slight hazard for people over 6ft. Some noise from other guests throughout the night, however this is to be expected for an older building.

Staff member was friendly and welcoming and cooked a great breakfast

Room 3, west facing, was hot and stuffy with little ventilation. A small fan thankfully was provided but bigger required in summer in my opinion. Ensuite for our room was across the hall and we had the key but, door handles and locking system very noisy for the comfort of other guests. Room felt cramped with twin beds.

Great location, walking distance to all the fun in Dingle. Good breakfast and our host, Linda, was very friendly and gave us great tips of where to go in town.

Room was a bit on the small side but had everything we required.

Fantastic host - so friendly and helpful and she gave great recommendations for dinner! We really enjoyed the chats with her too! Parked easily outside the house. Shower was lovely, bed was really comfortable. Good coffee making facilities and fresh water every day. Room came with a fan too which was great!

Hard to say, but it is at the top of the hill, so maybe that? But the walk is totally doable

Très bien placé, possibilité de se garer dans la rue à proximité. La jeune fille qui nous a accueilli a ete adorable. Concernant la chambre, elle etait correct pour une nuit.

La chambre est malheureusement assez mal insonorisée. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, qui demande aux clients de ne pas faire de bruit après 22 h, mais cette consigne n’a pas été respectée par certains occupants. Egalement beaucoup de poussière derrière le lit, étant allergique, la nuit a été un peu compliquée. Rien de grave mais juste à préciser !

The owner is fantastic and really wants to take care of the people who visit her space. She had so many suggestions of where to go, what to see, what to do, the best shops. I really appreciated her! The rooms were great there was adequate parking. Would stay again forsure.

The whole experience of staying in Seaview Heights was made very pleasant by Linda, the person running the BnB, so very helpful, and engaging in conversation's. We had a treat of lovely home made cake's which is always a bonus.

Guest house molto carina, con ottimo parcheggio libero in strada davanti alla struttura, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro e dai locali. Camera mansardata con grande lucernario che ci ha salvati dalla calura di quei giorni. Staff gentilissimo ed accogliente che serve direttamente la colazione dalla cucina.

Essendo camera in mansarda portare le valigie al secondo piano senza ascensore non è proprio agevole, ma è proprio de si vuole guardare il capello

Fabulous host. Excellent location. Very comfortable room and beds. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend and next time we come to dingle we will definitely stay again.

Das Hotel war das Beste bei unserer 10 tägigen Rundreise. Saubere Zimmer mit gutem Standort und Standard.

Property was in an excellent location to the towns centre. Really close to the Main Street but still not close enough to be loud at night or anything! Rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean and the lady that welcomed us was really friendly and kind!

Room was probably a little too hot but it couldn’t be helped. Room was on the third floor and had massive windows that could be opened and left open while out and about. Blinds were down when we were arrived in an attempt by the staff to keep the room cool.

Very convenient to local amenities.

Nous avions une belle et grande chambre et les lits étaient très confortables. Logement est vraiment en plein centre de Dingle. Tous les restaurants et les pubs sont juste à côté. Il y a même à disposition de quoi se faire un petit café ou du thé. Je recommande vivement cet établissement mais surtout ne restez pas uniquement de nuit mais bien plus que ça car il y a beaucoup de choses à faire autour. Encore un grand merci à Linda qui a été au top !!

Hôtel très calme situé près du centre. L'intérieur fait neuf, la chambre est très agréable avec une salle de bain moderne. Très bon petit déjeuner, l'accueil est très sympathique. On peut se garer facilement près de l'hôtel.

Lovely accommodation close to everything in town. Good street parking. Friendly caretaker to meet us arrival.

It was not too far from the centre. Accessibility makes it a good choice.

The room we were in, made it feel like every little move by us or people next door was audible and tractable nearly. Was very hard to fall asleep at night. Even the rain noise impacted the top floor room we were in.

I didn’t mind the two flights of stairs, but my travel companion founded quite the chore to get our luggage up there.
