Regenta Inn Ranip Ahmedabad

On arrival we faced bathroom issues. No hot water in shower, after raising complaint it took more than half hour to resolve. Though food in restaurant was awesome. And girls at front desk Mafuza and Sunuki always ready to help. Special mention for suhail who resolved the bathroom issue

We are from torrent pharma staying for 10 days in 542. Hotel is nice. Good environment. Housekeeping services is excellent, laundry service is also good. Special thanks to Santanu and team. Suraj, Ashish, Gaurav, Gajendra. They all are very helpful and cooperative.

First time at Regenta Inn Ranip and the service was fine! Pratik and Mafusa at the reception promptly helped us with our needs.

Average hotel, average stay!! Booked an Executive room but it was small. Bedsheets, pillow and quilt covers were dirty and had to get them changed after check in. Mattresss was not good, had lumps in it and the base was quite noisy due to plywood beneath the mattress. We were not able to sleep comfortably. Staff was good and polite. I will not come back to this property again.

Room not clean, dirty bed linnen, toilet/ shower not clean , fan not clean. Not happy! No sealed bottle of water no mini bar . Everything looks old, smelly room

Had a comfortable stay and tge food was food too. Recommend. The staff was very friendly especially Ms. Mafuja and Mr Rakesh.

Regenta hotel was very good , we are stayed in this hotel last 13 days and all very good. Especially House Keeping and Laundery was very good and punctually. Mr santanu from WB is very friendly with us...he is good communicator and arrange laundry with in same day.

The hotel room first alloted had window facing internal Mall play zone, room alloted after that was facing an ST bus stand with continous noise full night The shower were broken, room had damp walls, photos uploaded Worst part, no towels provided, when requested at 6 pm with repeated reminders every hour, every time got a reply that will provide in 10-15 min , however received towels at 6 am next morning when threatened to complain till management A strict NO to book this hotel at the price they are charging

Stay was good and comfortable Ms. Mafuja and Mr. Rakesh helped for smooth check in and check out process. Would stay here again...

It was an enjoyable experience returning to stay at the Regenta Inn, Ahmedabad. Both the times we have stayed, the overall experience has been very good. Right from the reception to the restaurant , staff is helpful and courteous. The housekeeping staff is also good. The room and service were both excellent, and the food exceeded expectations—even with a purely vegetarian menu. The only drawback was a lingering smoke odor in the room, likely due to shared ventilation. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and even the valet staff provided outstanding service.

I'm travel a lot, and this was easily the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Service was impressive and impeccable, they listened to our needs and responded as I would expect. Not pushy, just helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, bed was perfect, wonderful. Pool is great and quiet as well. Those hallways of marble and the entry hall though are truely something else. I only wish we had more time to stay there mention MR PANKAJ KUMAR excellent 👍 service

Wonderful experience at the Regenta Ranip. We chose king bed option, and we're glad. The rooms were fixed up every day by house keeping staff , it was clean and updated everyday . Pankaj from housekeeping was very smart and helpful, he help me out with everything what I need. During my stay everything was fantastic..........

Good Hotel Decent staff I liked the hotel staff. They are cooperative, always available, providing instant service. A conference of 6 days was a seamless experience. We have came here for corporate conference and the arrangements are really appreciable.. They served the luch with very delightful and exquisite menu. Taste was awesome and services are above the standards. Food was so delicious and test wad ameging.

It's great stay. Location is good and inside of the Mall.The food is also good and the preparation is good. The best part is the helpful and friendly staff always ready to serve with smile. The room is small but clean and comfortable. And room interior is need to improve.

For Hotels choose twin bed this will give you a open window. For no window chose kind bed. Else please go on floor 9 to have Ahmedabad view. On floor you can options for food court which have multiple food options.

We went to this hotel in a wedding function. They have huge banquet hall and very decently decorated. Top floor banquet gives view of entire Ahmedabad. Located on ring road, convenient to reach and have basement parking too. All these positives get nullified with food quality and taste. They need to work a lot on these aspects.

Nice Ambience, Good Place to Eat. Multiple options for the food. Staff is very Humble. Must visit place for the one. Went for the dining for the first time with family and will recommend the same to the friends. Chef Nishant and the server Ms. Neema took care of us very nicely.

Couple Friendly hotel, we went for the Dinner, Multiple options are available such as ala carte & buffet. Buffet have got the plenty of options in food starting from Soup, Snacks, Desserts and many more. Chef Ankit was really helpful in deciding the best dish for us as it was our anniversary.
