Had a wonderful stay at Ginger Ahmedabad RTO Circle. I stayed here from 4th May, 2026 to 1st June, 2026 and my experience throughout the stay was excellent. The location is excellent and makes it very convenient to travel around the city. A special appreciation to Tenzin Dolkar at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Yeshi was also very cooperative and responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay throughout. I would also like to thank Jaswant Somabhai from the housekeeping team for his outstanding work. The room was always kept clean, neat, and hygienic, and his attention to detail and dedication were truly appreciated. The food was good, with quality meals and a good variety of options. Overall, the excellent hospitality, efficient housekeeping, good food, and prime location made this a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my nearly one-month stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay pleasant. However, the service was disappointing and could definitely be improved. Staff responsiveness and overall hospitality did not meet expectations.

Very good experience in Qumin with Shakir ,Sagar related to food and behaviour

I stayed in many ginger but the service is very lazy specially I didn't got any responses from reception they don't even pickup the call and didn't received water also and talk to Robin and sumaiya which was even more pathetic

I visited ginger RTO with my friends but ROBIN AND SUMAIYA are not even interested to welcome up the guest and seems very rude like they only need money and not worried about the guest

Stayed at Ginger Ahmedabad RTO which was a very awesome experience I would specially love to thanks entire f&b team for their service at Qmin outlet. It was one of the richest experience I had in Ginger brand and it's best amongst the all I have visited. Kudos to Pintu,Suresh,Suraksha,Sagar,Shakir,Akriti and Dharmendra for their Service...

I had a great time at this place. I stayed there with my family for 5 days. The Experience, the food and the staff behavior was great. We were hosted at the restraunt by Arup & Arindam. Their team was really nice, and were accomodative of us on a daily basis with our requests.

Arup Sakar is very descent person and the staff behaviour is good & cooperative . Highest rating is for your entire staff. Breakfast is good and the area is clean & nice .

Right from check in at the hotel the service is par excellence, Food Is Delicious. Restaurant Supervisor Mr. Arindam Is exceptionally good. The Team at Restaurant is exceptional with again excellent service by Mr. Simran, Miss Poonam & Miss pushpa .

After a long time I got some knowledgeable person in your front desk. Mr. Abhishek knew the guest exact requirements and he fulfilled it effortlessly. Mr. Arindam is very well trained well mannered restaurant staff. He is too good to talk and he give his 100% to make all guest happy. Mr. Samiran is very good trained staff know what guest requires and full fill everyone’s need. Because of these three people my stay here was very easy. The rest of the staff needs proper training because of their limitation of knowledge or how to behave with guests, and how to do work fast and proper. Req proper cleaning in rooms specially bathrooms and req proper bathing towels. Overall good experience.

Good pleasant stay. Good check out by Abhishek. Well done. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast option were good, however the omlettes were made ready for the guest and it was cold. Look out at this areas please. Rest all was fine.

I booked my stay with a third-party online platform and they made my confirmation saying check-in time to be noon having gone to the reception, besides their knowledge of online platforms showing the wrong time of 12 instead of 2, they did not feel responsible for informing us by any sort in advance or even mere apologizing for their error. There was no sense of greeting customers or a smile at the reception, the reception team was busy with their jokes with their senior or manager regardless of the guests in their presence, extremely unprofessional behavior. The food was good, and the only reason for my stay was the d-luxe room view overlooking the whole city. The staff member Anjum was quite helpful, besides all staff members need a serious training of how to greet and not to be rude to the paying customers besides being them at fault.
