La décoration de la chambre est trop simple et passée de mode, notamment la salle de bain qui est vieillotte même si elle reste tout à fait en bon état et fonctionnelle.

Hôtel vieillissant, peintures écaillées, grilles de ventilation mal fixées, salle du petit déjeuner lugubre, jus de fruit industriels bas de gamme, petit déjeuner médiocre. J'ai eu l'impression de séjourner dans un ancien hôtel de luxe en pleine décrépitude avec un personnel très professionnel faisant tout pour compenser les carences du groupe Minor.

L’hotel è un po’ datato, specialmente i bagni e le camere, la mia stanza aveva un bagno per gli invalidi molto grande ma tutto un po’ vecchio. Il lavandino molto piccolo e poco pratico e molti segni di usura.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Très bel hôtel, avec un accueil exceptionnel et un personnel d’une grande gentillesse .Un grand merci pour toutes vos attentions envers nous et surtout envers nos toutous 🐶🐶 couchage mis à disposition, petites attentions et même un petit présent pour eux 🥰 Merci. C’est vraiment exceptionnel, car tous les hôtels n’acceptent pas les animaux avec autant de bienveillance. Un très beau geste, devenu malheureusement assez rare. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est également excellent et très varié. C’est déjà notre 3ᵉ réservation chez eux, et certainement pas la dernière.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine.
Nous avons absolument tout apprécié dans cet hôtel.

1/ restaurant van het hotel is net een refter/ café met weinig op de kaart. Uit armoe heb ik dan maar gewoon een kaasplankje genomen 2/ ontbijt was niet OK: roerei zo droog als wat, slechte koffie, geen sneetjes kaas. 3/ als je toekomt mag je zelf niet naar de parking rijden. Een jongen van het hotel moet dat doen. Bijgevolg een file van auto’s die staan te wachten en dan sta je fout geparkeerd op taxiplaatsen. Ook nog eens heel duur voor 1 nacht 27€

Queríamos una cama doble y nos asignaron dos camas individuales. Se me cobró el perro a la salida cuando se daba a entender que entraba en la reserva de booking, el parking privado también me lo cobraron por separado.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The room was quite nice, as pictured, street view was fun, not too much noise even though only on 2nd floor, staff, including housekeeping, were all friendly, kind and helpful.
There are several very small things that need tending in the room's paint and corners, one of the bathroom sink's legs needs attentiion, but only a very picky, persnickrty person like me would notice - and I'm not objecting, just sayin'.....the only other thing of note was that the key card needs to be inserted near the door to enable the lights to function, which was not mentioned, so I had to dig out my flashlight after closing the door to shine on everything for a few minutes to figure it out, but that may be standard in European hotels, just not in the United States.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es für die Klimaanlage eine Anleitung gegeben hätte. Es war ein ziemliches Rumprobieren, bis wir sie endlich ausgeschaltet bekommen haben. Die Bettdecke hatte keinen geschlossenen Überzug, sondern lag zwischen zwei losen Bettlaken, die in der Nacht zwangsläufig (etwas) verrutschen. Dadurch kommt man direkt mit der Decke in Kontakt, die vermutlich nicht bei jedem Gastwechsel gewaschen/getauscht wird.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Прекрасный, уютный отель с отличным расположением. По приезду нам повысили категорию номера, что приятно удивило и обрадовало. Мы были всего одну ночь и все было отлично. Чистый, просторный номер, отличные кровати, подушки, есть все необходимое, включая тапочки и халаты. Качество гораздо выше цены. Рекомендую, если буду в Сарагосе, то обязательно вернусь в этот отель.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le personnel est professionnel, serviable et chaleureux. On adore le service des voituriers. Nous sommes des habitués à présent et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir séjourner dans cet hôtel !

We stayed while a wedding was on. Therefore they closed down the restaurant and the bar. The hotel did not warn us a wedding was on and that not all their facilities were available. Very disappointing.
