Catalonia El Pilar

Cama deliciosa

Great location, very quiet and comfortable room.

Nothing

La habitación es muy cómoda.

El desayuno muy mal servido. Faltaban productos, ollas vacías, frascos vacíos y no se reponían.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. The room was spotless, and everything in it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, great breakfast choice friendly staff

All

Period exterior married to modern stylist interior. Great location a few steps away from the cathedral plaza, trams and buses all close by. Easy to find - walk between the Roman walls and the historic Mercado and find it on a leafy square. Get a corner room if you can for lots of space. Very helpful staff. Narrow roads mean little traffic noise

Rppm Rates did ramp up unexpectedly due to the solar eclipse (my fault for not paying when booking 9 months earlier)

Very nice hotel, parking outside to unload then used an underground car park not far away. Room was clean, bed comfortable, nice view of a church in a square from our window. Breakfast was good. Location perfect for an exploration of old Zaragoza and a trip to one of the cathedrals before dinner. Great for an overnight stop on our travels.

A localização e a recuperação arquitectónica do prédio é excelente.

Well organised and pleasant

The hotel is cozy, very good price, the breakfast was good. All the staff had good attitude.

None

Lovely and comfortable room. Perfect location

Location was very good

My room was not the news one and the bathroom you could notice many things that needs to be taken care of. No plugs near the bed

Ottimo hotel nel centro storico. Camera come nella foto. Parcheggio convenzionato pubblico.

Molt bon allotjament

Beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, very high standard rooms, staff were excellent

No private parking

Top!

The location was great for exploring on foot. The parking was easy to find and only a short walk from the hotel The room was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom had been recently refurbished. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Shower over bath-- surely when they renovated they could have put in a walk in shower-- much easier for us elderly folk! The breakfast was woeful-- we arrived at 9.45 and there was very little food left and most of it wasn't being replaced. Very disappointing

Tremendous location downtown, just a few minutes walk from the attractions we were interested in visiting. Paid parking nearby was convenient and very reasonable. Hotel is modern and well-run, and the price was right. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Zaragoza.

We didn't try the hotel breakfast, which seemed pretty expensive, but there are good options just a minute away.

Nada

The property location is excellent in the center of the city, and the room views was excellent.

Good location, large comfortable rooms and beds.

The rooms are perfect but the lobby and elevator area need more cleaning and an update. The rooms and the common area look like they are not managed the same.

Location, hotel, breakfast and room were all excellent.

Unfriendliness of reception staff. Every time I asked a question my presence seemed an inconvenience to them.

Disponibilità del personale, posizione centrale, convenzione con parcheggio in silos in posizione ragionevolmente vicina. Buona colazione.

Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, freundliche Staff, was will man mehr

Nada

The location was close to attractions and the hotel was very clean. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was great.

Ottima posizione, staff molto cordiale, pulitissimo e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Very central

Staff not overly friendly , room worn and some mould in shower

Convenient location.

Amazing location, comfortable room in a stylish hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

More outlets for various chargers.

Great location, quiet, comfortable and clean. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good breakfast.

Everything was fine.

La habitación era grande y bonita. La televisión super grande. Todo estaba bastante nuevo.

Me gusto todo.

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Lack of reception staff on arrival.

Shower over bath; was slippery and not ideal in terms of getting in and out. Breakfast was good, although the replenishment of food could have been better.
