Big and old fashioned building very close to the train station and to the city centre, rooms are spacious and the style matches the 30s atmosphere. The staff has been very helpful and kind

Rooms (especially bathrooms) need some renovations, as well as the breakfast area, but overall it is a good experience!

Excellent variety / choice of breakfast. Plentiful. Superb location to access old and new Bergen, plus further travel links of train, bus, coach and taxi.

O apartamento no anexo não tinha elevador e muitas escadas para acessar. O quarto tinha a cortina muito fina e passava claridade da rua.

Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. We especially appreciate Christina, who upgraded us to a suite for our anniversary and even wrote a card for us.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful and so accommodating to requests (even a very late check-in). They are right across the central station so very easy access from the airport and right opposite the Tivoli gardens and food court. The hop-on hop-off bus is right infront of the hotel. Room is spacious and the beds feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, absolute bliss!! Would def come and stay there again if we ever come back to Copenhagen.

Il y avait un événement festif à l’hôtel ce jour là c’était un samedi (musique/chants jusqu’à 22h que l’on entendait depuis notre chambre). Je pense qu’il faudrait prévenir les clients à l’avance.

Great location, charming main spaces.. we stayed in the garden villa, wonderful room. Breakfast was well appointed.

The lawn was set up for an event that either happened or was to happen, but it was not kept (turned over chairs and such, like a fratparty happened and wasn’t cleaned up for days).

The proximity to the railway station couldn’t have been better. I easily rolled 4 bags across the road to the terminal in 3 minutes. The historic building was beautiful and our room huge. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and our dinner in the restaurant was very good.

The height of the bath sides was ridiculous. There was no way my 82 year old friend could have got into or out of it to have a shower. He had to wash in the basin. Thank goodness we were only there one night.

Abbiamo segnalato una ns speciale esigenza e ci è stata dedicata una camera nuova nell’ala moderna adiacente alla struttura antica. Camera molto suggestiva con servizi e ottimamente arredata son grandi vetrate con affacci non panoramici ma molto suggestivi

Very bad value for money. Given the price you’d expect at least a bit of service (help with luggage, showing guests to a room that’s hard to find etc.)

Utrolig lite bad, kalkbelegg rundt dusjsone og mye støy fra andre rom. Booket rommet 2 dager før vi kom og forventet god standard til prisen vi betalte. Ved innsjekk så jeg prisen for samme opphold hadde falt 1/3 av totalpris, noe jeg nevnte for herren i resepsjonen. Svaret jeg fikk: Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not! Takk for at du fremstilte meg som en gambler med lite flaks for booking av rom hos dere. Lite fokus på kundetilfredshet med andre ord.

Nydelig frokost. Topp kvalitet på rommet. God dusj.og.myke håndklær. Rommet i minste laget rom ,510. Har bodd på romsligere rom tidligere. Kommer gjerne igjen

Property is very well located in the center of Bergen. Breakfast offered a very large selection of hot and cold proposals

We were not in the main hotel but in the annex villa. The room was small, especially the bathroom. Also it was on the ground floor so we could hear all the cars passing by.

First impression is always the staff and they were excellent. Room was quite good, bathroom seemed new while the rest of the room needs a bit of renovation, without having any real issues or this being an issue. Location is great, literally next to the train station and just a 10 mins walk from the sea. Breakfast was EXCELLENT and a big thank you for upgrading the room for me!

I think that the room was slightly tired without this being a problem. In one case the elevator for some reason didn't stop at my floor, it went upstairs and I had to get back down (all of us in the lift were wondering what happened).

Ok mat,men måtte vente på ledig bord to dager. Dere har nok for lite kapasitet i spisesal . Skitne lampar i gangen og møkkete såpepumper på badet gav dårlig førsteinntrykk. Malingsstrøk på vinduene hadde også gjort seg .

Veldig hyggelig personale. Kjempe god frokost. Bra belligenhet.

Die Bewertung ist für die Villa-Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zimmer. Eins unserer gebuchten Zimmer hat kein richtiges Fenster. Es war nur eine Dachluke in dem Zimmer 7. Lüftung nicht optimal, bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr viel Verkehrslärm. Durch den Denkmalschutz sind in den Zimmer viele Stahlträger verbaut. Dadurch ist das Bett nicht einwandfrei erreichbar. Treppen schief und steil, kein Fahrstuhl.

Rommet var varmt. Vi bodde i villa. Trappene var bratte, rommet var lavt, ingen Econ, rommet var varmt, dårlig luft. Dyrt, så ikke verdt det.

Beliggenhet

For trang rom, ingen utsikt, myr foran vindue under 1m avstand, for smal skrivebord, ingen oppholdsrom hvor man kan sitte og jobbe med PCen uten å bestille noe, ingen mulighet å kun drikke noe om kvelden, servitører uvennlig. Aldri igjen på Terminus!

The staff was amazing! It is literally right next to the train station. It was a short walk to the city center. It’s a grand old hotel with big rooms. It offers a restaurant and bar with food both of which were convenient and good. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. It has a cool vibe.

Rooms need a lot of work, terrible shower, very small bathroom, room very hot, blankets very thick and pillows terrible. Room door locks don’t work immediately, seems dodgy.

位置太美妙

J'ai séjourné dans la villa, un charmant bâtiment ancien situé juste à côté du grand hôtel moderne. L'établissement dispose d'un espace lounge et de relaxation très agréable, avec une terrasse partagée et du café/thé à volonté : parfait pour prolonger le sentiment de vacances dans une ambiance conviviale. Le lieu accueille pas mal d'événements (expositions, conférences, concerts dans la cour) ; il faut parfois se faufiler au milieu des invités pour regagner sa chambre, mais cela fait le charme de l'endroit ! Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, aussi bien sucré que salé, et l'équipe de la réception est très réactive. Emplacement idéal tout près de la gare, avec tramways et bus à quelques minutes à pied, ainsi qu'un grand centre commercial à proximité pour les besoins de dernière minute. Bon à savoir : le dimanche, tout est fermé aux alentours, à l'exception de quelques bars et snacks.

The staff was great and very helpful. You can't beat the location if you're traveling by train. Easy walking distance to town.

Η αίθουσα «Amundsen», που σε μεταφέρει σε άλλη εποχή. Επίσης που όλες οι αίθουσες και οι διάδρομοι έχουν έργα τέχνης. Η τοποθεσία, στον σταθμό των τρένων/λεωφορείων/τραμ και 10 λεπτά περίπατο από τη bryggen.

Το δωμάτιο μας δεν είχε συσκευή για καφέ.

Nos alojamos en Villa Terminus, fantástica. Una habitación abuardillada muy acogedora. Allí hay espacios comunes, para sentarse y tomar un café, que si hubieramos tenido más tiempo, hubieramos hecho uso de ellos. Excelente ubicación, pegada a la estación de tren. Se puede ir andando a los puntos de encuentro de los free tours y a todo lo turístico. El desayuno increíble, de lo mejor que he probado en otros hoteles. Muchísima variedad y calidad.

Para subir a nuestra habitación tuvimos que subir unas escaleras estrechas. Al ser un edificio típico pues es parte del encanto, pero vamos, que compensa con creces lo demás. 100% recomendable.

Location was perfect, straight across from railway station

The “Villa” room was actually a separate building. The floors/doors squeaked noisily. The bathroom was so small and the shower was blocked hence the water was overflowing and there was no door on the shower, so small all the water splashed out as well.
