The hotel was perfect for our week long stay in Bergen. Perfect location 10 min walk to shopping, bus and fish market! Breakfast was amazing there was a huge selection of everything and delicious coffee!

Die Lage des Hotels in Bezug auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bergen ist OK aber nicht ideal. Da das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze hat, ist die Nähe zum Parkhaus hingegen wieder top. In der Lobby kann man sich für eine Vergünstigung der Parkgebühren registrieren. Das Zimmer ist enttäuschend klein und eng, man hatte kaum Platz für 2 Koffer. Das Badezimmer ist hingegen gross. Die Lobby wirkt sehr modern, die Aufzüge kommen mit der Kapazität manchmal an ihre Grenzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, hervorragend präsentiert und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Platz an den 2er Tischen ist manchmal beengt. Im Ganzen ist die Unterkunft nicht gerade günstig aber OK.

Sowohl im Zimmer wie auch bei den Frühstückstischen hätte man gerne ein paar Zentimeter mehr Luft um sich freier zu bewegen.

perfect hotel, zeer goede infrastructuur, fijn ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ik was er voor een conferentie, die ook in het hotel plaatsvond. Alles was prima geregeld.

Das Zimmer war nachts sehr hell. Die Klimaanlage super laut und kalt -> Nicht abstellbar Kein Wasser zum trinken im Zimmer. Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür. Hier wurde die Straße mitten in der Nacht neu gemacht. (1-5 Uhr nachts ) Die Fenster sind super hellhörig. Keine eigenen Parkplätze

Litt lang tid å bli registrert inn. Burde hatt bedre opplysninger om WI-FI innlogging. Burde hatt tilgang til mob.lader.

The location is fantastic, breakfast is excellent. Stuff was nice and helpful.

One of the rooms had a dead cockroach next to bed. In the second room bathroom had a strong smell of urine. It slightly went away after the first shower.

The toilet seat is broken, and there're spiderwebs. We requested to change the room and found the bathmat and tissue are missing. Anyway, not worth the price.

Parking is a bit remote and poor explanation concerning this. But free. Some of the staff at reception aren't kind an cooperative.

A solid, practical choice for Bergen. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for exploring the city on foot. It's very close to Kode art galleries, Grieghallen concert hall, the historic Bryggen district, the famous fish market, the train station, and high street shopping. But many hotels can make this claim because Bergen is a pretty compact and very walkable city. Good value by Norwegian standards.

It is by no means a destination hotel. Could be a hotel anywhere in the world. There is nothing particularly special or distinctive about the architecture or the design. No local Norwegian character. Not much of a view either, even from the 11th floor. But it’s clean and comfortable, a good base for exploring Bergen. Treat as place to sleep, not to linger.

The location was good for us as it was next to the train station and only 10 minutes from the main town.

We had specifically requested a twin room and we were told that there were none available when we arrived. They gave us a camp bed instead. The other room we had looked on to the buffet restaurant so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. The rooms are poorly lit and in need of refurbishment. The whole operation seems to be set up for coach trips. For the price I paid I was expecting it to be a much better hotel than it was.

sauf erreur de ma part, j'avais commandé des lits jumeaux sur votre plateforme. Mais sur le "voucher" indiquait lit double. mince. lit d'appoint proposé et imposé pour 6 nuits gratuitement. Pas de discussion à l'accueil, hôtel complet, échange avec les hôtesses tout de même agréable. Pour 6 nuits un effort de changement de chambre aurait été convenable. hôtel complet effectivement mais avec un turn-over de car tous les jours. nuit à 265 euros pour info

De ligging en restaurant (kwaliteit van het eten)

Voor de derde persoon een veldbed met een houten plank onder een dun smal matrasje. Kosten € 2.200,= voor 2 nachten.

Super convenient location, near the central station. The room was spacious and the bathtub was nice.

I was satisfied with everything, but if I had to write something, it would be that my room’s window was looking inside the hotel and I didn’t have much view of the outside.

Alles wat perfect in orde. De kamers waren perfect. Het was alsof je er alleen verbleef, zo stil. Ook een zeer goede ventilatie aanwezig, en het uitzicht over de stad was subliem. De medewerkers waren er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima met veel keuze. Het buffet voor het diner was eenvoudig, en niet té uitgebreid. Je hebt er iedere dag keuze uit enkele gerechten, aan een schappelijke kostprijs.

De prijszetting was een beetje vreemd. Ik was er 4 nachten en de bedoeling was er aan het einde van mijn verlof, anderhalve week later, opnieuw 3 nachten te verblijven. Toen bleek echter de prijs van ongeveer 220€ per nacht verhoogd naar ongeveerd 340€ per nacht. Dit verschil vond ik dermate groot dat ik deze nachten in een ander hotel boekte in Bergen.

Gebuchtes Frühstück über Booking konnte nicht abbestellt werden (Frühstück leider erst ab 6.30 / 7.30) Nur ein schmaler Schrank ohne Ablageflächen (dafür aber mit Bügelbrett), fehlender Safe, Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet, resp. Individuell eingestellt werden

The staff were lovely especially in Roast restaurant. It was convenient for the station.

The room itself. It had no window to the outside. It overlooked the breakfast bar and we could see into the room opposite. There was non privacy and no view if thevworld.

Extrañe el servicio a la habitación para pedir comida y el frigobar estaba vacío en la habitación, por lo tanto, teniamos que salir a comprar afuera agua y snacks. Por suerte, a unos 2 minutos caminando, tienes todo a la mano.

Loved the size of the room and bathroom and being on the 10th floor! The breakfast choice was impressive and there was lots of space. Location to station and bus station were great for us. Also very near the town centre and easy to walk there within minutes. The hotel is very modern and new - lots of chrome and glass.

It is a large hotel so has a bit of an impersonal feel. Not a big issue but if you like something a bit less corporate then don't stay there. Comapred to the hotel we stayed in inn Oslo is seemed expensive.

Manglet ekstra seng og rommet var litt kaldt og ga beskjed, men det ble ikke noe varmere. Litt vanskelig med parkering men ok.

Breakfast was a great buffet of fish, meats, pastries etc. and I would definitely recommend. Evening meal was a buffet menu that varied each night, which worked for us as we could just pick the evening where the menu appealed. The beef was very good, but we more so ate out at local restaurants. The room was a good size and easy for us to relax in. Very nice shower and wet room as the bathroom. The hotel is well located for access to Bergen and the surroundings, we were easily able to visit Floyen, Ulriken and join the Mostraumen Fjord Cruise.

We asked for cleaning each day, but our room was missed twice during our stay. Reception were helpful when we raised the issue, but would've been nice to feel more confident we were returning to a clean room. I didn't really like the bar area. The open layout of the hotel was mostly quite cool, but with the bar it meant it didn't feel very cosy or inviting.

Mooi modern hotel, ruime kamer, handige locatie in centrum van Bergen en nabij station. 1 van beste ontbijtbuffetten dat ik ooit heb gehad.

Absolutt alt den varme velkomsten jeg fikk den gode maten,flotte rommet,ekstra pluss på at det var vannkoker på rommet.

Beliggenheten og at en måtte bruke nøkkelkortet begge veier i heisen.Det er det eneste jeg ikke likte.Jeg er enig at en skal bruke det opp men da skal en ikke trenge å ta det ned.

Terrible Staff and Awful Customer Service. We have traveled all over the world, but the staff at this hotel were exceptionally impolite. They provided some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. When we asked for basic comforts—an extra pillow and an extra blanket—they flatly refused, claiming they did not have any available. On top of the terrible service, they even charge guests for low-quality coffee from an old machine sitting in the lobby. Save your money and stay somewhere where paying guests are actually treated with respect.

Nice hotel,nice breakfast

My room was under the gym on the 8th floor (!). Could not sleep after 7.00 am! The window was not openable and the door not closed automatically (thank god, I realised it, otherwise it would have been open for days). Fridge included, but safe, slippers not.
