Dårlig renhold på rommet. Badet var ikke vasket i hele tatt. Avføringsrester i do, mye hår på gulv, vask og i dusj. Lite bad

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location of the hotel was excellent. Walking distance of a mall and small town. Short 15-20 minutes to a beautiful Sandefjord Beach and also Midgard Viking Center. Loved the location of the hotel. Breakfast was also amazing with so many options. I wanted to try the famous brown cheese jam waffle and they had everything to make it myself! Our room had an amazing view of the boat port which was incredible.
We rented a car and parking cost were expensive everywhere. Wasn't just the hotel it was all of Norway. The electrical charging was also not working for us in the parking garage because you had to have a Norwegien telephone number to have an account to charge the car.

Room service could have been better. We stayed for 8 nights and Had to book room service from previous night all the time, but still not always towels were changed, lotion and toilet paper was not topped up/checked. Had to ask to take the rubbish out of the room several times. Breakfast was different over the weekend (better and more variety on Saturday and Sunday night, compared to weekdays).

The thing I didn't like was my stay was only 2 nights before my flight home. Had a late afternoon arrival and a full day with using the pool /sauna facilities then the late afternoon and evening in the town centre.

Nepáčilo sa mi, že ubytovať sa dalo od 16:00. Zároveň v ten istý čas sa zatváral aj bazén. Vybrali sme si hotel, aby sme si užili aj trošku welnes a bazén, ale sklamalo nás to veľmi! To, že je bazén do 16:00 sme pri rezervácií nevedeli a neboli sme na to ani upozornení. Pri tejto cene by sme očakávali, že hotel bude mať k dispozícií vlastné parkoviská.
