The design is a little tiring because of how bright it is, and the breakfast is mediocre, doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel

o pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar, conheci o Hotel antes da gestão Melia e era imcomparavelmente melhor, só a tipo de exemplo um dos dias não havia iogurte, copos para sumo era constantemente a faltarem, inexplicavel para um hotel 5 estrelas.

Impecably clean The room with an amazing view of the Pujols bay

The room we had (Sky Flower) even though has amazing views, lacks privacy as the rooftoo bar overlooks the rooms such as ours which are supoosed to be private Breakfast lacks vegetables completely The slow service from the girl handling breakfast guests. Almost every morning we had to get water and ask at least 2 times or 3 for capucino The cleaning ladies, although they do an impecable cleaning, they are much too invasive with personal items, as we found them each day in other places and perhaps what bothered us most was that in 2 days, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door, they kept knocking until we answered the door.

Funcionários muito gentis e café da manhã espetacular. A piscina no último andar é o ponto alto do hotel e tem a melhor vista da Europa, ainda bem que está sempre vazia, pude aproveitar bastante sem interferências de outros hóspedes e visitantes. Instalações estão muito bem mantidas!

Il servizio è molto impostato e impersonale

la catena Melià secondo me ha un valore aggiunto . Ambiente che rende idea di vacanza,camera arredata per dare emozione, servizio impeccabile, pulizia, immagine.

insonorizzazione della porta d'ingresso. Manca semplice inserimento carta x attivare energia alla camera. L'illuminazuione difficile da gestire, scarsa o nulla nella zona toilette.

Es un hotel moderno, con personal capacitado y dispuesto, la amabilidad de recepción es extensiva a cada trabajador. Habitaciones e instalaciones impecables. Un gimnasio super equipado que funciona 24 hs. Toallas de buen tamaño para playa y pileta. Hasta tienen la gentileza de dejar un capazo para usar durante la estadía. Ubicación privilegiada a dos cuadras de la playa. Sin dudas volvería!!! Agradecida con todos por el trato recibido.

En general todo , pero en especial el servicio , estos chicos y chicas hacen que tengas ganas de volver !!!!

Abbiamo pagato 800 eu a notte per una camera di 28 mq e ce ne e’ stata assegnata una molto più piccola, categoria diversa, che non corrispondeva alle immagini della stanza prenotate su Booking, senza cassetti e senza mensole su cui appoggiare camicie e t-shirt, niente armadi, spazi ridotti, nonostante le lamentele non siamo mai riusciti a parlare col manager mr Rafael e con il direttore Joao, dirigenza non reperibile in caso di disguidi, menefreghismo assoluto. Pessima esperienza, pessimo servizio, roof top aperto dalle 14.00 ma non siamo riusciti ad accedere in quanto porte chiuse e nessun cameriere disponibile. Accoglienza sotto lo standard vantato dall hotel e personale indisponente.

Il Five Flowers è ormai una certezza per me a Formentera: ci sono già tornata per ben 3 volte e sicuramente continuerà a essere il mio punto di riferimento sull’isola! L’hotel è curato, originale e ha un’atmosfera davvero speciale. Le camere sono particolari, molto spaziose e confortevoli, con un design originale. Ma una menzione speciale va assolutamente alla colazione: una delle migliori che abbia mai fatto! Grande varietà, prodotti di qualità e tutto davvero buonissimo. Bellissima anche la terrazza panoramica, con una vista spettacolare, e molto piacevole l’atmosfera generale dell’hotel. Dopo tre soggiorni posso dire che è un hotel che adoro e in cui tornerò sicuramente. Per me, ormai, è il mio punto di riferimento a Formentera!

Personale non è altezza delle 5 stelle che a mi avviso è un hotel a 4 stelle scarso.. Peccato perché si spacciano per altro.. Colazione pessima il personale scarso e maleducato.. 40 min per avere un cappuccino per non parlare del resto. A Formentera ci hotel a 5 stelle e sicuramente loro non lo sono.. mai una sera che sono entrati a Risistemare la camera… Sconsigliato ASSOLUTAMENTE

A localização, a limpeza, o café da manhã (com exceção de 1 dia que não estava disponível a parte dos ovos mexidos, por falta do funcionário, em um hotel desta categoria não se pode admitir este tipo de falhas. A socorrista da piscina bastante grosseira, os demais funcionários são 5 estrelas!

A socorrista da piscina demonstra uma postura pouco simpática e nada acolhedora, o que acaba por transmitir uma imagem pouco profissional. Além disso, a sua atitude não parece estar minimamente alinhada com o ambiente e o padrão de serviço esperado do hotel. Seria importante rever esta situação, uma vez que o atendimento e a simpatia dos funcionários fazem toda a diferença na experiência dos hóspedes.

Il bagno: un pò buio e piccolo. I lavandini all'interno della camera non sono stati proprio di mio gradimento. Forma scomoda e luce troppo a ridosso del lavandino.

Sicuramente non è un classico 5 stelle per come è strutturato il personale , un po ‘ scarso all’arrivo per mancanza del facchino . Siamo stati in piscina sul roof top e durante la permanenza non è mai arrivato nessuno a chiederci se volessimo qualcosa dal bar .E corridoi non climatizzati

Si tratta di un lussuoso hotel in ottima posizione, dal design molto particolare e avveniristico, linee sinuose, spazi curvilinei, forme creative, arredamenti originali, colori piacevoli e il molto gradevole tema ricorrente dei fiori. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e molto amichevole, la zona piscina piacevolissima e la colazione gustosa, abbondante e ben diversificata. Le camere sono molto spaziose e la pulizia sempre rapida e impeccabile. C'è anche una palestra con spa e la terrazza è splendida, molto grande, con una vista meravigliosa e una suggestiva piscina a sfioro, perfetta per aperitivi al tramonto. Impeccabile anche il servizio in camera, a qualunque ora.

In un hotel a 5 stelle di questo livello e costo, è inammissibile l'assenza del frigobar. Ciò che sembra esserlo è in realtà, come mi è stato spiegato, un semplice elettrodomestico che si limita a tenere le bevande a pochissimi gradi sotto la temperatura ambiente, il che preclude la possibilità di bere acqua e bevande fredde, o anche conservare al freddo medicinali che lo necessitano. Quanto all'acqua, la dotazione gratuita a persona dovrebbe essere più generosa (una bottiglietta in due è poco). Infine il prezzo: l'hotel merita sicuramente una tariffa alta, ma i quasi 700€/notte che ho pagato sono eccessivi.

The hotel was nice with lovely decor and location.

We booked the room with a jacuzzi but when we arrived and tried to use it the jacuzzi was broken so we had to wait for repair men to come and fix it. I waited 45 minutes for an omelette and despite chasing it several times had to leave for the airport without any breakfast. There was a big sign up promoting five flowers world cup on a big screen but when going to watch it the room was locked and no tv, hence no football. There was a sign up stating that the rooftop bar closed at 8pm every night which was disappointing and so we found dinner elsewhere but upon returning around 10.30pm we saw the lights were on up there so went up for a drink and people were eating dinner which we would have liked to do. Apparently the kitchen closes at 10.30pm not 8pm. The bathroom in the room looked lovely but were impractical to use the sinks. Staff were friendly but often slow and inattentive. The restaurants at the bar only served snack food rather than meals.

This is an extremely overpriced and overrated hotel. Very fancy decor and fittings in our room which were just NOT practical. We paid extra for a terrace with spa tub but it wasn’t working,, took 3 hours to fix. Just 2 small overpriced snack bars with no proper restaurant. Friendly staff but very inefficient. Sun set bar highly overpriced and inefficient. Hotel was very quiet but drink service very slow… took 30 mins to cook an omelette. Max rating would be a 3 star hotel and is double what should be charged. Not impressed at all.

Beautiful building Good food at breakfast

Breakfast was poorly organized. I waited 20 minutes just to get a cappuccino. What bothered me most was that a couple of friends who were with me were wrongly accused by the staff of taking sandwiches away from the breakfast room — something they were not doing. The way the staff handled it was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, we were charged 50 euros for checking out two hours late. Also the gym is very basic For what this hotel charges, the level of service and the extra fees felt inappropriate. I would expect more attention to guests and more flexibility for the money we paid.

Bella l’accoglienza e staff molto gentile e competente Struttura bella,molto pulita,camera bellissima elegante con cura nel design,colazione e posizione della struttura top….ci è stata data una camera per cambiarsi il giorno della partenza ed è stata molto comoda(essenziale).potrebbero includere nel prezzo del soggiorno(non proprio economico)il servizio di navetta dal porto all hotel.

Struttura stra moderna : pezzi di gran gusto come luci, mobilio, colori , tappezzeria. Meraviglioso il roof top !! Da vivere ! Vista mozzafiato

Purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati con molte punture dolorose , diagnosticate di cimici . Anche se non è la cosa più saliente: sistemare i canali italiani ( visto che ci sono italiani al 90%) rai storia e Rai studio direi anche da cambiare.

La camera con aria condizionata troppo forte e diretta nel letto. Il lavandino impossibile da usare perché ti lavi le gambe e i piedi allo stesso tempo.E la zero privacy per il bagno.

TUDO!! Pequeno-almoço até ao meio-dia. Localização perfeita. Perto de tudo. Praia, centro da vila a pé. Alugar o carro a 200m do hotel. Poder deixar a chave do carro na recepção e são os próprios funcionários do hotel que estacionam o carro. Gratis. Cama óptima. Comida óptima. Eva super simpática. Jesus super afável e o João ( gerente) super prestável e educado.

The unique decor and the staff that couldn't help you enough! From the moment you stepped out of the taxi to the moment you got into leave they were amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and aware of special occasions too. They made their guests feel special. The hotel is extremely lucky to have such a team of dedicated professionals working for them !

Struttura moderna e in buona posizione anche se non proprio sul mare ( circa 300metti) molto belle le camere all’ultimo piano con terrazza e vasca idromassaghio sul tetto. Bella anche la piscina al quinto piano.

La manca di organizzazione nella gestione della colazione e dei servizi al bar ristorante. Quando arrivi a colazione devi trovarti il tavolo da solo; in un cinque stelle ti dovrebbero chiedere il numero di caverà accompagnarti al tavolo e prendere l’ordine . I camerieri anche se bravi erano troppi pochi e soprattutto mancavano bicchieri e tazze e succhi frutta e yogurt con i poveri camerieri che dovevano lavate in continuazione le tazze e i bicchieri ( che arrivavano caldissimi) e le persone in fila che aspettavano le tazze ustionanti. Questo può essere un particolare ma significativo perché con Un minimo investimento ridicolo in tazze e bicchieri youhurt e spremute di frutta si potrebbero liberare i camerieri per servire ai tavoli e migliorerebbe molto l’intero servizio. Stessa cosa per gli ascensori basterebbe dividere tra ascensori di servizio per il personale e quelli (2 funzionano) per gli ospiti; che invece trovano l’ascensore quasi sempre occupato; in una settimana l’avrò preso 5 volte ed avevano la camera all’ultimo piano. Le camere Sky molto bella ma senza bidet e con i lavandini direttamente in camera.

Loved the hotel! The public areas, rooms, decor all in keeping with the vibe of the hotel. Quirky and luxurious.

A breakfast menu would be helpful. One of my group ordered an eggs benedict which was not correct when it arrived. But everything else we had was good. Good selection out in the breakfast room.

Decor was a little tired. Breakfast and food could be better for a 5 star hotel - the rooftop is lovely but we didn't eat or drink up there once because of the options. The arrival drink wasn't very nice. Sinks in the room were strange and the lights directly above made them hard to use.

Nos sentimos como en casa. El personal, un 10, siempre dispuestos a facilitarte todo. La playa es muy cómoda, está a 200 metros caminando, pequeñita y agradable. Las instalaciones del hotel, estupendas. Todo un 10. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas.

Our 2nd stay and we love this hotel, it is amazing & we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The staff are fabulous & pay attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool areas are relaxing and everything is so clean. Alphonso at reception is a wonderful member of staff and made us feel so welcome. The sunsets from the sky bar are amazing & the breakfasts are not to be missed. If you stay here, nothing else on the Island will compare.

Myself and my daughter love the staff at this hotel; Javi, Eva, Antonio & David all super friendly and Jenny, Valentina, Francesca, and Anjy. (Not sure of the spelling!) The staff really make it a special place - can’t wait to come back x

El personal del hotel, fantástico. El gimnasio está por encima de la media de lo que encuentras en la hoteles (máquinas de cardio, máquina de pesos multifunctional con dos poleas móviles, banco reclinable, alfombrillas y mancuernas hasta 14 kg). Además, está disponible 24 horas (a estas alturas no entiendo los hoteles con gimnasio de horario restringido), con toallas y fuente de agua. Las piscinas, arriba y en el sky bar, estupendas. Para el desayuno, combinan bufet y carta. No tan variado como otros hoteles, pero más que suficiente (creo que se evita mucho desperdicio). La playa está a dos minutos. No es grande, pero es c agradable y cuenta con varias opciones de restaurantes.

Puedes llegar a liarte para encontrar el ascensor correcto.

Amazingly well-located hotel, just a 2 min walk from the village, with great shops and coffee and to a stunning beach. The staff is exceptional—professional yet incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel’s Flower Power design perfectly reflects the island’s local history and storytelling. The food is outstanding, and the rooftop views are breathtaking, the sunset is simply WOW!
