Staff were very friendly but unfortunately not trained. Overall the hotel was very badly managed and not worth £700 a night. Breakfast was not great either.

There are two separate areas of the hotel and the other half is through a car park which feels a bit sketchy if you are female and on your own. Garden rooms are fantastic and spacious. Highly recommended if you enjoy more space and okay with boutique hotels.
After hour reception support was not great.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The staff are amazing, can't do enough for you. Very attentive and always greet you with a big smile. The pool area is peaceful and feels very chilled. Great food and the rooms are a generous size. Having a private pool was lovely.
The pillows. They need upgrading to natural fibre pillows. The beds are very comfortable, but the pillows aren't. It's a quick, easy fix and for a high end hotel, you'd like more of a supreme pillow.

Je trouve que facturer en plein tarif au Maman ou il y a des travaux et que j’entends le marteau-piqueur toute la journée, ce n’est pas acceptable. Et surtout de me dire que le rhum Services ferme à 21h parce que on est en période basse. Dans ce cas là il faudra réduire les tarifs.

Reviewed May 31, 2026- Das Bett war sehr bequem, darauf schlief es sich wie auf Wolken. - Die Mitarbeiterin Celena war eine fantastische Ansprechperson vor Ort für uns. - Die Suite ist stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt unseres Erachtens überhaupt nicht und steht nicht in Relation aufgrund der nachfolgenden Punkte: - Die Frühstücksauswahl war absolut nicht groß. - Während unserem Aufenthalt fanden Bauarbeiten statt. Das Hotel sagte keinen Einfluss darauf zu haben, weil es Straßenarbeiten seien. Dennoch waren diese unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und auch auf dem Parkplatz, weshalb ein Preisnachlass aufgrund des Lärms angemessen gewesen wäre, da das schlichtweg die Qualität mindert. - Was uns besonders schockierte war das mehrtägige Shooting, das ebenfalls während dem Aufenthalt und dem normalen Hotelbetrieb stattfand. Die Pool-Area und der „Place to be“ (bei den Liegen, etc.) ist nicht groß. Dort hielt sich dauerhaft eine Shooting-Crew auf, bestehend aus mehreren Models, Fotografen, Agenturmenschen, usw. Eine Mitarbeiterin sagte uns, dass sich in dem Hotel ja auch andere Gäste aufhalten würde. So nach dem Motto: „Für Euch alleine habt ihr eh den Pool sowieso nicht“. Es besteht allerdings ein riesen Unterschied darin, wenn Personen ruhig, nach Entspannung suchend auf ihren Liegen verweilen oder ob eine komplette Crew dort arbeitet und shootet. Das war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch extrem störend. Für uns ist das in der Planung ein absolutes No-Go. Von unseren 4 Tagen, fand das Shooting an 3 Tagen statt. Das war so vereinnahmend, dass wir uns gar nicht auf die Liegen gelegt haben und ans Meer fuhren… Das Team hatte noch dazu kein Gefühl für Hotelgäste, die ebenfalls vor Ort waren und für ihren Aufenthalt gezahlt haben, weil sie an allen Tischen verteilt saßen. Auch hier: Celena, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, ging souverän mit unserem Unmut um und sie kann nichts für die Planung. Vom Back-Office verstehen wir das überhaupt nicht. - Wie im Shooting-Kontext beschrieben: die Poolarea ist total klein und sieht auf den Online-Fotos deutlich großzügiger aus.

Il y avait des travaux bruyants dans la rue et beaucoup de poussière à cause d'eux Des soucis de douche qui ne fonctionnaient pas Le petit déjeuner est cher et les pancake au "chocolat chaud" qui sont en fait avec un petit paquet de nutella ça ne fait pas qualitatif

El ruido no me permitio descansar. Cogi suite con piscina y no la limpiaron a pesar de pedirlo hasta 3 dias consecutivos. El gimnasio estaba cerrado por lo que pedi una esterilla de yoga para poder hacer ejercico en mi habitación, me la dieron cuando ya me iba. Pagas por unos servicios que no tienes.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026La struttura è nuova con un arredamento molto bello stile bohémien, tutto curato nel minimi dettagli con un aspetto eco-friendly. Il nostro monolocale era davvero stupendo, confortevole e soprattutto un letto davvero comodo!
Purtroppo non ho potuto dare una valutazione massima a questa struttura perché la piscina del nostro monolocale era sporca e non funzionante. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa allo staff ma non sono mai venuti a vedere, purtroppo stando solo una notte non abbiamo potuto usufruirne è anche vero che essendo i primi di aprile stavano ancora lavorando alla manutenzione. Un’altra difficoltà è stato trovare la struttura in quanto stanno facendo i lavori sulla strada intorno alla struttura bisognava quindi passare da una porticina ma che non aveva senza insegna!

La vasca idromassaggio nel terrazzino privato non aveva molta privacy, e in caso di pioggia difficile da usare dato che non aveva una copertura sopra. Non c’era il bidet in bagno.

The breakfast is a feast and every dish prepared by chef Jorge a joy for one's taste buds. The staff is exceptional: Celena (reception), Juan and Andii ( waiters) and Harry (housekeeping) are not only professionally impeccable but also magnificent human beings.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025la atención de los trabajadores, incluido el director. llegué muy tarde con un problema debido a la tormenta que inundó ese día Ibiza, muy disgustada por no haberme podido comunicar con el Hotel para que me enviaran un taxi y la recepcionista me ayudó y me buscó un delivery para poder comer, ya que la cocina no funcionaba. Al día siguiente también el director se interesó y me ayudó a resolver el resto de problemas.
El que llamé desde el barco varias veces al teléfono que aparece en su web y también les envié mails a la dirección que ustedes me habían estado enviando durante toda la semana y con lo único que pude comunicar fue un contestador que me decía que no podía dejar mensajes porque estaba lleno. Mi llegada a EsPuyol fue terrible, porque era de noche andando por la carretera y nadie conocía el Hotel. Creo que deberían ustedes de poner un número de teléfono en el que atendieran, ya que tienen ustedes recepción 24 horas.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025The hotel is stunning and well located close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious amd the staff was amazing. I stayed one night for my birthday and was upgraded so I could have a late checkout the following day. Extra thank-you to Georgia at reception for making this possible. The room (203) is beautiful, luxurious and the plunge pool is great to cool off. The daybed was perfect for reading a book and having a cup of tea. The staff also left me a birthday card & bottle of cava, which was a lovely gift, when I returned to the room after my massage. I loved the attention to detail with providing a woven beach bag for going to the beach. I also relaxed in a hammock by the pool in the sun while listening to relaxing tunes. I honestly didn’t want to leave and have recommended the hotel to all my friends in Ibiza. Hope to return soon.
Nothing to dislike. Some minor suggestions would be to serve more gluten free & vegan options at breakfast (like gluten freecereal, pancakes, sliced bread) and plant based yogurt. Room 203 is located on the street side so you have some (traffic) noise while sitting outside.

Bei dem Zimmerpreis fand ich es eigenartig dass es hiess nur eine Kaffeekapsel pro Person und Tag ist gratis. Der Zimmerpool ist sehr schön jedoch Ein- und Ausstieg sehr schwierig
