Hacienda Santo Cristo Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We never had breakfast this time, but the lunch and dinner was as usual delicious, We went on a monday it was quiet It meant we had the pool to ourselves. For several hours

It's quality food but the prices have gone up four year's ago a steak was 500 now it's 850 Pesos Just an observation We spent more on food then the cost of our two nights accommodation The grass has to be cut but we left the pool area as they were cutting , they gave us the attitude we were in. Their way

The place was beautiful, comfortable & had excellent service. The restaurant onsite was also impeccable.

I loved everything. I’d say the only thing missing was more historical information of the place & grounds. They did an excellent job in restoring & repurposing the hacienda.

Beautiful property and surroundings

Slow poolside service and drinks served in plastic cups

Everything was exceptional. The place is absolutely beautiful, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the restaurant was delicious. Every detail contributed to a wonderful experience.

Professional and comfortable

There were issues with our suite but they did all efforts to resolve it

Zeer ruime luxe sfeervolle kamer. Lekker bed. Heerlijk zwembad met prima bedjes met parasollen.. Prima parkeren. Gratis goede fietsen. Vriendelijke medewerkers.

This is about the eighth time we have stayed here over the last few years, it is a haven to relax and rest and spoil yourself If you eat at any of the two restaurants, they are just a little bit more expensive but you have no need to leave as there is something for everyone and nothing of this quality without driving for ten minutes , Without doubt they use good quality ingredients and you can tell that all that work in the kitchen are highly trained and the service from the waiters was very friendly and attentive ..There are two pools but almost all use the slightly smaller one as it is directly Infront of most of the rooms and is definitely warmer. And we saw no towels being put out to use at the original one.

This was the first time we have ever had any major problems at this hotel , and the reason why we keep using it for a place to unwind .but our stay included a pre-booked Xmas meal for two and there was a problem with that that did spoil our experience on that night. To the hotels credit although at the time we had some major issues with the service when we approached the hotel the next day they did sincerely apologise and tried to make it up to us. We would of rather not had our issue as it did spoil the night but it is a sign that they do care and will try to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable if things go wrong and they openly did admit that they did make a mistake . That doesn't happen in many hotels so for that I thank the manager and the team for trying to make amends and not try marking excuses . So customers service is something they do take seriously if an apology is needed .

Wonderful room/suite, great staff

The room was like a Marriott or holiday inn, just maybe a hair less luxurious. For example, Sheets were smooth and great, but not silky smooth. but I'm splitting hairs. I appreciated the computers in the lobby. They should get weights for the exercise room. They have bike and treadmill things. The front desk boy really helped me to find a local bus station (not ado) to get to oaxaca with more departures. They were very happy to help, and this makes a huge difference in your stay. Breakfast good, water hot, bed good, a block or so from center plaza. Great choice, will return here if I get back to tehuacan

Nothing

I was shocked at how nice this place was. It's absolutely stunning! I got a 'late escape' deal, which was so reasonable. When I checked in, they upgraded me without asking. The check in was very smooth and the staff goes above and beyond.

Nothing. It was perfect.

No facturo

Lovely place! Very peaceful, great service and the food is amazing

N/A

The room was spacious, with a lot of light and a beautiful view. It comes with a nespresso machine which is helpful and coffee is one of the things I like to drink as soon as I wake up.

We like to sleep with natural air so it was a bit noisy at night because the restaurant was really close to our room. But if you close the window you do not hear anything.

Todo

Nada
