Excellent hotel, and will return here again. The staff was great. The included breakfast was awesome close to everything restaurants and shopping great weather.

The hotel is very clean. In fact, the morning breakfast is superb. The construction of other properties was load. Perhaps, guest needs room away from the work area's.

This was by far the best stay that I have had at this hotel. She was extremely serviceable & very attentive. Not only during check-in but throughout our entire 4 days stay. The hotel & guests are very fortunate to have her be part of the experience.

We were exhaused after a difficult trip from the USA. We were greeted by an unfriendly, suspicous, off-putting woman who couldn't find our information, even though we prepaid. She sent us to reception who our reservations finally after an hour of searching. The hotel is drab, but comfortable, great security. Nice breakfast buffet every morning. When checking out they refused to reimbuse us for a room which went unused for one night because the airline changed our itinerary. I cancelled that night through Hotels.com, in accordance with Spiwak Hotel's lead time cancellation policy.

The gym is missing handle accessories to grip the machines. even though the guest can add the parking to the daily rate, the machine doesn't detect the room key so the driver has to wait for the parking manager to recognize your car and face to let you in or out.

Beautiful hotel

The service here is exceptional. I lost my phone in an uber and the staff did everything they could to get it back. A day later they were able to retrieve my phone which is completely unheard of. I was blown away by their hospitality. I would recommend this place over chipichape hotel only because it was less busy and it’s right across the street.

Nice and clean!

Through Expedia, I didn’t have to pay any extra charges. I found the hotel very comfortable and convenient, with an excellent breakfast, and it connects directly to the Chipichape Mall. However, the check-in process was slow, and the staff is a bit cold and rough with tourists

The hotel is unfinished and hasn't got a lot of channels on the tv. No tv channels in English. Only one news channel in Spanish I Do not recommend this hotel. the hotel doesn't have a restaurant; we had to walk to the other hotel to eat breakfast, the room was very uncomfortable, I will not come back to this hotel. When We asked for the manager to help us get an American channel, they said they don't have any American channels. We thought it was a Wi-Fi enabled tv so We would be able to use our phones to transfer movies, but it was an old tv.

My stay was amazing hotel super clean and hotel staff top notch. I highly recommend it.

GOOD LOCATION, QUIET PROPERTY, NEXT TO BIG SHOPPING MALL BREAKFAST NOT SAME AS 2021 OR EARLY YEARS THAT I VISITED. SOME TV CHANNELS DIDNT WORK PROPERLY

the breakfast was good. the room was good. the staff were absolutely great. franklin in particular was great. also granados one of the security guards was very nice and funny. this is my second tome staying here and i will most definitely be returning.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location, impeccable cleanliness, outstanding customer service, and offers safe, spacious, and brightly lit rooms.

So I went to this property for four nights and every day I called for a housekeeping they did not give me any type of housekeeping. I booked through Expedia, but I paid at the property so I asked for at least one night refund. Expedia claims that they reached out to the hoteland could not get anyone. The service was horrible. Nobody spoke English. Nobody had any translators. I get it a Third World country but having to call for housekeeping over and over and over again and still not receiving it barely able to receive fresh towels. It was a horrible experience book with the Marriott or the Hilton. Those are much better choices, though that’s where my friends went so needless to say, I’ll be reaching out to my bank for at least one night’s refund

If you want a Hotel with Everything Downstairs there’s a Mall and has Everything you will need .. Plus super safe and secure .. A must if your just want to not have to take cabs and enjoy a short stay

The hotel is new and in good condition. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is at the hotel across the street, not convenient. There was a cockroach in my room, disgusting. I mention to the person at the front desk when checking out and she didn't care at all. No comments, just a facial expression meaning "so what?"

The best hotel in cali

A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in the hotel. A was there for 5 nights. The room allocated was very spacious, cleaned each day and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel had a swimming pool and lecture area on the top floor which was very nice. In order to use the gym you had to cross the road (not busy) to the sister hotel. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also across the street in the sister hotel. The breakfasts provided were very good value with various options available. Security around the hotel was very good. The hotel is directly across the street from a very good/ large shopping mall with a wide range of shops (if that’s your thing) and cafes/ restaurants. The hotel is located in the north of the city about 2 miles from the downtown area. Taxis / Ubers are very cheap in order to get around. $3 will get you anywhere downtown. I would definitely recommend the hotel particularly if shopping forms a part of your trip.

The best thing about this property is that the air conditioning cools extremely well and the hot water works great also. The room is very spacious and has everything you can possibly need.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so helpful. Carolina, Juan and Alexander were very helpful, making us feel at home during our 5 night stay. The location next to Chipichape makes shopping and dining so easy - there is no need to get in a taxi and fight traffic! We plan on staying here again in the future

The personal of the hotel was nice, specially Franklin, the breakfast was good (buffet style) clean rooms with good air-conditioning and nice view, I went just for 3 days for a event in the auditorium but I enjoyed there…………………………………………..

For massages Janet comes to you and is the best!! 57 317 2230551 Don’t wait to get back overseas bc the massages are very expensive and not the same as Colombia. I will definitely stay here again.

Todo el hotel está hermoso, muy buen servicio en general. Si la piscina la abrieran hasta un poco más tarde que las 6 pm, al menos las 8 pm, sería aún mejor.

The receptionists were so freaking rude!. Sad i stayed there before and it was completely different experience. Room was not as nice as it shown in the photo.

Awesome place, near many store to eat, shop and others. Right in the center of all. Very safe and fun. You will enjoy the real Colombian people with. Food is amazing, many places to eat. Already planing my next trip. Cali la ciudad de la salsa! :)

My second stay here on business trip. It very well suits the biz.trip needs: clean, convenient, reasonably priced. Attentive service. Good breakfast. Shopping mall with good restaurants just across the street. Great soft bed. Safe box fits a laptop. The only hiccup was a weird blanket (opening in the center so your legs keep getting stuck there), couldn't fugure that out... Will definiotively come back!

Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.

Excellent location next to this huge and very well stocked Mall that caters for all tastes. The rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and the aura full of warm and charm. It is an unforgettable place to stay in. I would recommend it to all travelling to the beautiful city of Cali

The hotel appears somewhat “unfinished”. Built in concrete with the raw concrete walls exposed, the hotel has a temporary and incomplete feel. I actually thought that construction was not yet completed. But the old pre-WiFi Ethernet outlets told me that the hotel had been in existence for some time. Anyhow, the room was pleasant. I had a large room with a kitchen sink, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. No electric kettle. No carpets which assured enhanced cleanliness. Breakfast served in open space in hotel middle or on rainy days in other room which appeared to be a ballroom. There is no restaurant and no bar. So you have to go across the road to the Spiwak hotel for lunch or evening fare. The hotel on the other side of road is considerably better than the Sprito Spiwak, I observed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent costumer service!!! After losing my laptop charger (and despite not being resident) the staff at Hotel Spirto went the extra mile to review CCTV and tracked down the charger for me. I was very grateful and very impressed with the dedicate for the hotel team. 5 stars!!!

For me the best thing is the employees, excellent service and attention, the room was excellent, spacious, clean and with an excellent view of the city and the mountains.

Nice room but they lack in room service stay two nights and they never came clean the room. Even leaving the please clean sign out as they suggested. Also the website says breakfast buffet, but it is an extra cost. Breakfast is not included as the page says. The location was great.

I love the Spiwak. Both hotels are amazing and very secure and safe. I only stay at Spiwak when I travel to Cali.

The hotel is in a safe area with plenty of friendly security, both private and city, in the premises. The room style is very similar to TRU Hotel models. Just slightly longer and has a balcony (there’s a about a 4 inch gap between the glass fence and the balcony base/be careful of traveling with kids). Something I want to address that definitely affected my view from this hotel is that, after the fact that I stayed in the hotel, IF YOU BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH ANY 3rd PARTY ( Orbitz, Expedia, etc), YOU WONT GET COMPLIMENTARY PARKING. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EVERY TIME. The only way to avoid this is to book through THEIR website or calling THEM (Spirito) directly. There’s a catch: If you book through Spirito to avoid paying for parking, you would have to pay extra to get breakfast included ( which is very varied and very good). If you book through Orbitz, it includes the breakfast but you are uncovered about the parking. That said, if you are fine with it, you will have a good time. I would like more transparency with that kind of information beforehand and not find out when you are about to get out of their parking lot and to have to pay because of that little big detail was left out.

Excellent location, the hotel looks a bit gloomy and abandoned, the rooms are large and desolate, the cleaning is terrible, it seems the sheets have not been changed for a long time. It looks dirty. The restaurant service at breakfast time is self-service and the breakfast is nothing to compare. I would not recommend this hotel. I honestly expected much more.
