Shuttle bus to railway station, disneyland Bed was comfortable

Front desk staff lacked enthusiam and slow to provide support to arrivals. The hotel room smelt of stale cigarettes, despite being a non smoking room. I wasnt able to order a glass of wine with my room service meal. I was required to purchase an entire bottle which was supurfluous to my needs.

Very clean, cozy, and relaxing. With free shuttle almost everywhere you need to go especially to and from Disneyland.

I loved how peaceful it was. The bus system was very convenient and I got around very easily. The beds were comfy and the rooms were equipped with ironing boards etc. I will definitely visit again. The bus and lobby staff/drivers were the best. They were so helpful.

The accommodations were very comfortable and on-site food options were exceptional.

Modern hotel met grote kamers en heerlijk slaapcomfort. Badkamer groot en heel functioneel. Shuttlebus naar station en Disneyland en DisneySea is erg prettig en bijna onmisbaar. Service gerichtheid personeel in principe goed; Engels blijft nog wel eens een uitdaging. Problemen met hygiëne door personeel goed opgepakt. Rooftopbar prachtig uitzicht.

Het is een Amerikaans merk, er is geen onsen of zwembad wat wel jammer is in een hotel van dit kaliber.

駐車場が少ないので、予め駐車場を含んだプランにしないと、ホテルの駐車場は使えない。 路線バスやタクシーての利用であれば、問題無し。 ホテルにはコンビニがないので、近隣のホテル併設のコンビニを利用。

Loved the peaceful atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, It's fantastic for walking , and friendly staff. However, the rooms felt a bit tight, and getting to the city center was quite challenging.

大人3人で予約して1人はソファーベッドの予定でしたがホテルの方の配慮で広い部屋に移動させてもらえました。 ありがたかったです。

The free shuttle service to Disneyland, the kindness of the staff, almost everyone speaks and understanding English and the neighborhood are the top four things we like about this hotel. Walking distance to ocean side walk, parks, shopping centers and markets. We wish to visit again next year.

The breakfast and food in general a bit expensive if you calculate the prices in Japan for food. We ate once at the hotel breakfast, later found really nice local affordable cafes around the hotel. There are also picnic areas, a mall and several grocery markets if you wish have a picnic with a view.

今回ナイトディズニーが目的でホテルの無料バスが付いてるため宿泊させてもらいましたが、なによりお手頃価格なのにも関わらずお部屋のクオリティはとても高く、お風呂とお手洗いが別なところと、なによりベッドの寝心地の良さ、朝の目覚めの良さにとても感動しています。 まさにベイマックスに包み込まれているそんな感覚です。 そして、朝食ビュッフェはとてもクオリティが高く、種類が豊富でつい楽しみすぎてしまい１時間以上の滞在をさせていただきました。 スタッフさんの対応や、部屋のキーが私の力加減不足のせいで開かなかったことにも関わらず親切に対応してくださりました。 本当に素晴らしく、満足いくホテルでまたあのベッドに心地よく包まれに行きたいと思ってます。 アイロンはないので女性の方は持っていかれるのがいいと思います。 次回は是非またこのベッドで寝る為と、ラウンジを利用させていただきたいと思っております。 とってもハッピーライフ！幸せをありがとうございますっ。

This is the 2nd year we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Being able to have a shuttle to the Disneyland, DisneySea and train station makes it very convenient. They even have several one-ways to Tokyo. It would be nice if they added returns back to the hotel even if it is a couple times of day. We had access to the club lounge and enjoyed the breakfast, snacks and dinner there. Wish there were more snack options and dinner options. All staff were very friendly and courteous. We love the location since there are several malls in walking distance. There was also a Lawsons at the hotel next door. Also have washer and dryer on each floor.

Great place! We were only there for a couple of days but will definitely go back if ever return. Free transportation to Disney was nice. Breakfast was amazing.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disney. The hotel provides on a complimentary shuttle service regularly to the two Disney parks, the main train station and to places in Tokyo city, which is really convenient. It's located a quieter area in a lovely neighbourhood, conveniently near a mall with lots of restaurants and about 30min walk from Shin-Urayasu Station (which has a direct link to Tokyo Station). We chose the hotel for its location and the larger size of the rooms compared to most other hotels we looked at in Tokyo. The hotel itself and the rooms were luxurious. Would definitely stay here when we visit Tokyo Disney again!

​Outstanding World of Hyatt recognition, fantastic Disney shuttle, and a robust club lounge! ​Overall, we had a great experience during our stay and will definitely be back. The friendliness of the staff was top-notch. Even before we checked in, they acknowledged our World of Hyatt status and went above and beyond by giving us a heavily discounted extra person charge with full lounge access, as well as upgrading our room to a family room. We also highly appreciated the late checkout provided. A huge shout-out to Toshiko Watanabe at the Front Office for making our arrival so seamless and welcoming! ​The location is absolutely perfect if you are planning to visit Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. We loved the complimentary shuttle service to both parks and the nearby train station, which was incredibly convenient and exceptionally punctual. It ran almost every hour—and even more frequently during peak hours—which made our daily logistics stress-free. ​The room itself was spotless and featured a high-tech toilet seat that we absolutely loved. This was one of the more advanced models we've encountered—not only did it have the standard heated seat and wash features, but it also came with a built-in dryer, adjustable nozzle, different spray mode, an auto open/close lid, etc (the only thing missing was a massage option, lol!). Having a real Nespresso machine with pods in the room was another great touch that we appreciated each morning. ​Speaking of food, the breakfast here is easily one of the best Hyatt Regency breakfasts we’ve experienced. The selection was highly varied and high-quality, offering plenty of protein choices, a daily variety of fresh fish, and an overall clean, healthy vibe. They rotate some of the selections daily, so it never got boring. The Club Lounge was also surprisingly robust; on one of the days, they served a fantastic Poke-style rice bowl loaded with ikura, fresh fish, and shrimp, and another evening they even featured a generous steak fillet. ​While the staff's service style can feel a bit stiff at times, they are genuinely friendly and truly embody their traditional Omotenashi hospitality policy. This was an excellent stay, and we will definitely return whenever we visit the Disney parks again!

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay for 3 nights. I read some options from previous reviewers and said it was not convenient because there was no train stations near by. Actually, you can walk around this quiet area to explore, then walk to the train station if you want to exercise. If not, hotel has a complimentary bus to take you to the train station. There is a limousine bus stop for 6$/person from hotel to airport or airport to hotel. Overall, I like this place. I will stay again next time if I go to Japan.

It had large rooms and coin laundry with dryer on every floor. The dryer wasn’t great though and you had to put clothes for at least three cycles of 20 minutes each and they still were a bit damp when they came out. Shuttle bus service straight to the parks was perfect.

The staff doesn’t speak english properly - and they were not that customer friendly at the reception. Professional yes. But I can tell the difference between being customer friendly and just “doing the job”. Also the hotel is really far compared to other hotels

We came here for Disneysea and Disneyland and could not have been happier. They had shuttles running to and from the Disney parks, as well as the nearby train station. For someone who really likes to go to the parks early - the first shuttle leaves at 6:50am which I really appreciated! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious with nice amenities - and with kid packs for the children. We are at the onsite restaurant one night and were very happy with the quality. There is also a conveniently located Lawsons across the street to pick up any food and other items if needed - like we did for breakfast prior to hitting the parks. The airport limo bus also stops at this hotel which was super convenient for our trip home! (Has routes to both Narita and Haneda). The Japanese hospitality combined with the Hyatt brand make this hotel excellent

The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks and nearby station was also very convenient. However, housekeeping is an area that requires improvement. While the room was generally clean, the service was inconsistent and lacked attention to detail on some days. It kinda of fell short of the standard we expected from a Hyatt property. With more consistent housekeeping standards, this hotel would be a much stronger choice for families visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort area.

Quality hotel that was nice to unwind in after a long day at Tokyo Disney. My only hesitation for booking this hotel again would be it's location from Disney is a bit far, so it can take an hour to get to/from which can be a draw back if you can't get up early enough and want to get into the lines for entry before 9. The shuttle back is also spaced out by at least 30 mins, so if you miss one, you'll have a pretty long wait until the next comes around.

The hotel is great to stay as the room is big and clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the JR station.However the pillows were too soft and no support.You should consider providing more firm pillows.

The I’m downside to this hotel is that it is far removed from most of the other things we liked about Tokyo. There are few walkable shops/restaurants and they all close relatively early. Otherwise we were immensely surprised with the provided amenities and the size of the room. We were a group of three (mom, 16 year old boy and 12 year old girl). We all slept in our own spaces comfortably with the available couch. The breakfast buffet and, later, the dinner restaurant in the same location far exceeded our standards. Definitely worth the upgrade to have it included and I’m a bit sad I didn’t upgrade to club level with that in mind. They do have a free one way shuttle into Tokyo but you can’t have luggage, so if you’re staying at the hotel you could still go out and explore greater Tokyo.

The hotel is off city center but convenient location as it’s 10 minutes bus ride to the train station and one station from Disneyland resort. The room was big for family of 4 and the rate is fair.

The additional transportation that was available was extremely helpful! I was so please that there was a bus to the near by JR line and the Disney parks at no additional cost. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bus to the airport for a reasonable fee.

Have stayed here multiple times and the service is always excellent. Great shuttle service to the nearest train station and Disney parks. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Roof top bar is a great place o unwind after a busy day with the kids exploring the city/parks

The lady reception staff with initals S J was RUDE. Despite conversing in English, she would laugh in between and say I dont understand. She kept repeating same instructions and making fun of us.

Great location for Disney. The shuttle bus service was excellent. The staff are so kind and friendly. The room we had was beautiful with excellent facilities.

The only snag we had was having dinner on our arrival. My husbands dinner came out a long time before mine and when we asked where my meal was we were told it would be another 3 mins. My husband had nearly finished his before mine arrived. The lady in charge did not seem to see this as a problem, so maybe its not in Japans culture to eat together???

Das Frühstück war sensationell. Der Blick vom Zimmer aufs Meer. Großzügige Zimmergröße. Eiswürfelmaker/Getränkeautomat im gleichen Stock. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Spielplatz direkt gegenüber. Zum Joggen und Spazieren auch sehr schöne Gegend!

Mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe zu Fuß wären toll (es gibt einen Convinience Store im Nachbarhotel), ein Supermarkt oder Drug Store zusätzlich wären ein Traum :-)

In the middle of having my breakfast, I had a tummy ache that I never had in my life. Severe stomachache, felt nauseous, hands starting to sweat, face turned white, body felt weak and almost fainted. I really enjoyed the food and how scrumptious they are specially the salmon. I think its because of my jet-lagged, exhaustion or not used to eating such heavy, fatty protein—especially it's my very first day abroad—it easily trigger my indigestion, acid reflux, or light nausea. I also used the washing machines for my soiled clothes, the washer works perfectly however, I have to dry my clothes twice to fully dry.

I generally like the Hyatt brand, but for a Category 4 hotel, this stay was somewhat disappointing. The furniture layout in the room felt awkwardly arranged and left very little space for two average-sized adults to move around comfortably. The breakfast area was also quite chaotic, with only a small seating section reserved for Globalist members. I have stayed at many Hyatt properties over the years, but this one felt noticeably dated and did not meet my expectations.

The hotel is very nice and not too far from Disneyland. They have a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland and picks you up to return to the hotel. It also goes to Disney Sea but we didn't visit that park. I really liked that when we got back to our room exhausted from the park, all our luggage were in our room since we couldn't check in when we arrived. They even brought our luggage that we had sent to this hotel. The hotel does have limited options for restaurants, food, and other convenience items. They have a small area to buy things. When we did arrive back, all the restaurants stop serving food at 9:00 pm so we went next door to the convenience store to get something to eat, so that is good. The hotel is very clean, and the room was great with plenty of space. It was only two of us but we each had our own bed plus there was a coach by the window with a table. Again, loved the room. However, we stayed in room 240 and our view was the roof of the entry. I'm sure the rooms higher up don't have that. If I was staying longer, I would've switch rooms, but it was only one night. I also don't know if they gave me that room as I used points to reserve it and didn't pay. That is one reason for the 4 starts, along with limited options for food, and I felt the staff when checking in could be more friendly. I wasn't even recognized as member.
