Reviewed Sep 19, 2026お部屋が広く、浴槽と洗い場別々のが良かったです。壁のパズルの遊び心も良かったです。 クッキーももらえて、嬉しかったです。
受付の方が外国人で、日本語は上手だと思うのですが、何を言ってるのかわかりにくかったです。 もう少し、ゆっくり、そしてイントネーションを身に付けてもらえたら良いと思います。 頑張ってください！ 部屋にペットボトルのお水があれば いいなと思いました。

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026今回２回目の宿泊ですが、前回より広い部屋でとても快適でした！ お風呂も洗い場があって湯船にゆったり浸かれて最高でした。 部屋に電子レンジがあるのは本当に助かります！ 冷蔵だけでなく冷凍庫もあるのが嬉しいです。
駅から遠いのがちょっと大変です。前回は駅から歩きましたが今回は雨だったのでディズニーランドまで行って送迎バスを利用しました。

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Some of the staff members did not seem overly interested in making our stay welcoming. Reception staff first lied about not having a printer. Even though business facilities are advertised reception staff had no interest in helping and insisted they could not print. It was only when I spoke with a manager they reluctantly agreed to assist me. Also listed as a 4 star, but the reception staff said it was 3 star, however when asked why the difference, the staff did not want to answer.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026とても清潔。ホテルのロビーは、時期でハロウィンの飾り付けがあり、写真撮影でみな楽しそうでした。部屋も広く、トイレとバスは別々、バスは浴室があり、ゆったり入り疲れた身体を癒すことができました。１階にはコンビニが入っており、お酒を買って部屋で晩酌。ふかふかベッドでグッスリ眠りました。
朝食バイキングに種類がもう少しあっても良かったかなぁ。

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026格安で泊まれるホテルでヒットしたのがこちらでした。値段重視で施設にはあまり期待していませんでしたが、部屋も広くとても綺麗でした。なにより、バストイレ別なのが嬉しかったです。ディズニーで疲れたあとにゆっくり湯船に浸かれるのが最高でした。
思った以上に子供向けの施設でした。 朝食でも、前後左右どこを見ても家族連れで、もう少しゆったり静かに食事ができるスペースがあったり、時間が区切られていたりしてもいいのかなと思いました。

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026部屋も清潔でディズニーに行ってる間に掃除もしてくれて快適に過ごせました。ベッドが大きいので子どもと添い寝も充分の広さでした。スタッフの対応も良く、1階のコンビニとコインランドリーが助かりました。
ホテルから駅までバスがあればと思うけど、タクシーもすぐに来てくれたので(1600円でした)特になしでした。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026スタッフのオペレーションがとてもよかった。混雑していたチェックインもとてもスムーズにできた。かなり混んでいたが、フロントのスタッフの配置がよく考えられていてストレスなく手続きできた。
朝食に関して、子供にはとても満足のいくメニューだったと思うが大人のメニューは少し物足りなかった。味は良かった。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026朝食をあんなに食べたのは久しぶりでした。 お部屋の掃除も意気届いて居て、ベッドもやはり大きかったので、夫が大きいのですが、問題なく寝ることができたようで、選んで誇らしかったです。 子供も宝探し感覚で壁のカードを探して楽しかったようで、また次もこちら行きたいとせっつかれました。またディズニー旅行に行く際は宜しくお願いします。
アメニティの確認をしなかったのはこちらのミスですが、ホテルだからあると思っていたメイク落としが無かったのが、痛かったです。

化粧水などのアメニティが無かったこと。 ディズニーランドの夜のショーが9時20分くらいに終わるので、シャトルバスの最終便がもう少し遅くまであるといいと思いました。

シャトルバス。ディズニーランドの帰り、乗り場にホテル名の表示もない、屋根もなし。8/13は大雨だった事もあり、大勢の方がびしょ濡れで、どこで待てばいいのか分からずで。リピートはシャトルバスだけが考えどころです。 お部屋はとても清潔で良かったのですが、ベッドの際に食べカスのような物が落ちていました。

ディズニーランドからのシャトルバスの最終の時間がもう一本あってほしかった。パークを閉園まで楽しみたくて行って、なんとか間に合うように頑張って走ったんですが、少しのタイミングで間に合わず、タクシーで向かうことになりました。タクシーで行くと高くなるので、せっかく無料のシャトルバスがあるのに、残念でした。

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026ロケーションについて ディズニーランド・シーに行く際も15分から30分刻みで無料のバスが出ているのでとても便利でした。ホテルから乗るときとパークから乗るときどちらも係りの方が近くで乗るバスを教えてくれるので間違えることもなかったです。 食事について 朝食なしのプランで予約しましたが、やっぱり朝食ビュッフェが気になり追加しました。当日の朝にホテルの方に言っても対応して頂けました。私は7:30ごろに行きましたが、8時過ぎくらいから人が増えてきたように感じたので早く行くのがおすすめです。お料理すべて美味しかったです！また、ホテルと外のローソンが繋がっていました。気軽に寄れてとても便利です。 部屋について 言うことなしって感じで、とても綺麗です。トイレとお風呂が分かれているのでノーストレスでした。ベッドも広くふかふか、テレビも大きい、冷凍庫にアイスを入れてもすぐに溶けない、電子レンジが部屋に備え付けである、コンセントが多い、完璧です。また、毎日清掃が入ってくれるのでゴミ箱がパンパンになることもなく、毎日綺麗な部屋、新しい部屋着・バスタオル・バスマットで快適でした。
宿泊したのが3連休＋夏休み期間ということもあり、小さい子供連れの家族が多い印象でした。そのため、朝の早い時間から廊下に子供の声が響き渡り、目が覚めてしまいました。仕方のないことだとは思いますが、子供連れの家族と階を分けたり、なるべく廊下を歩かなくていいようにエレベーター近くの部屋を使ってもらうなどの工夫をしていただけると嬉しいです。

Tem a facilidade de ter um Lawson dentro do hotel, o que considero uma boa ideia, ha restaurantes mas nao são tão proximos ao hotel. Tem shuttle ida e volta para os parques da Disney( cuidado com o horário do último ônibus de volta)
Por ser a primeira vez na Disney, ficamos até o final dos fogos de artificio no castelo. Porém, o espetáculo inicia as 20h55 demora 30 minutos , finalizando 21h20 e o ultimo shuttle do parque para o hotel sai as 21h25, perdemos o shuttle e tivemos que ir de taxi para o hotel. Poderiam modificar esse último horario de saída.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel was understanding and kindly accommodated my request to cancel the first night's stay after my travel plans were disrupted by the typhoon. I truly appreciated their flexibility and professionalism in handling my reservation. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff was polite. I also appreciated that they helped arrange a taxi to the airport when the driver spoke very little English.
The hotel staff kindly helped me book a taxi to the airport, which I truly appreciated because the taxi driver spoke very little English. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my taxi fare had been charged twice. I only realized this after returning to Korea. Since I had no information about the taxi company or the driver, and because of the language barrier, it was extremely difficult to resolve the issue. I contacted the hotel by email and through Booking.com messages, but did not receive a response. I was fortunate to reach them once by phone, hoping they could simply help me get in touch with the taxi company. However, I was told that the matter was not the hotel's responsibility and was only given a toll-free number that could not be called from Korea. In the end, I managed to resolve the issue on my own after considerable time and effort. My disappointment is not about the taxi incident itself, but about the lack of after-stay customer support. While the hotel was satisfactory overall, I expected more assistance with an issue that arose from a taxi arranged through the hotel. Once I had checked out, it felt as though my problem was no longer their concern. For that reason, although the hotel itself is acceptable, I cannot confidently recommend it based on my experience.

There is no restaurant for dinner but Lawson convenience store attached to the hotel opens till late and has many options for food. Free lemonade and tea/coffee station was great. Good price.
Not walking distance from Disney and no other shopping or dining retail in the area.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Mooi, kindvriendelijk hotel! Ruim opgezette kamers, veel faciliteiten. Een Lawson aan het hotel is heel fijn. De Hearts shuttlebus naar de parken is een groot pluspunt. We hebben hier 2 nachten geslapen ivm Disney en zou het zeker aanraden.

Reviewed May 25, 2026In all my years of travel I have never experienced a more efficient check-in than at comfort suites - quite remarkable. The little note behind the puzzle piece was a delicious and delightful ‘turn-down’ chocolate too - so thankyou for a magical stay. The complimentary hot chocolate each night on our return to the room was delicious. As was the fresh towels each day on our door even with the DND. Comfort Suites, you exceed even the luxury hotels for offering and noticing the small but important details.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The room was reasonably priced. The breakfast was nice and they seemed to handle the crowd of people well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus was dependable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a small mall with a food court about a 10 minute walk away if you need it and on our last day before leaving I enjoyed a run and walk along the seawall. There is a Lawsons on site. The hotel was easy to get to from Haneda Airport. There is a limousine bus that departs regularly. You take the bus to the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay and then walk to the next hotel over.

Reviewed May 17, 2026飯店本身有便利商店，買早餐、晚餐非常方便，大廳也有免費的飲料可以喝，有接駁車接送往返迪士尼很棒！ 房間超級大，而且有很多置物平台，買了一大堆東西都可以不用落地，非常加分，備品每天補好補滿，房間都有整理。 服務人員都很親切，飯店電梯是感應卡片、自動對應樓層按按鈕的，安全性很不錯，實際入住體驗比網路圖片看起來更好！
整體都很滿意，硬要講缺點的話就是沒有接送至車站的接駁車（之前住過這一帶的飯店，都有免費接駁至JR新浦安站），不過飯店櫃台可以協助叫計程車，不用太擔心到車站的問題。 晚上從迪士尼回飯店的接駁車時間沒有開到很晚，需要盡速離開園區，最後採買時需要多加注意時間。 整體非常推薦，會想再來住。

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The room was big for ordinary.Japan hotel. The bed was also big and comfortable. The hotel has free shuttle service all day to Disney sea and Disneyland. They have Lawson shop on the ground floor of the hotel. Walking distance to good restaurants around.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Very convenient location with LAWSON attached. We used the laundry room after 2 days at Disneyland. Used the free shuttle as well! The room was SO clean and provided all the accommodations such as fridge and microwave and even travel toothbrushes. Beds were comfy and spacious. And best of all the STAFF was so friendly and helpful. We transferred luggage to Osaka and they were super helpful with the process. Highly recommend staying here!
The tiny trash cans. Definitely could go bigger.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Très très bonne expérience dans cet établissement ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des parcs Tokyo Disneyland et pas loin du centre ville de Tokyo. Accessible facilement en bus, avec un arrêt juste devant l’hôtel. Il propose également un service de navette gratuite pour Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea ! Les chambres sont très très grande, et bien équipée ! (Fer et planche à repasser, Sèche chaussure, matériel pour nettoyer ses chaussures, coffre fort, …) le personnel est très sympathique et prêt à aider à tout moment ! Le nettoyage de la chambre est fait tous les jours, les portes ne claquent pas, l’insonorisation est au top également !
Il y a 2 laveries de 4 machines et 4 sèche-linge chacune. Cependant elles sont vites prises d’assaut. N’hésitez pas à sortir de l’hôtel, et une rue plus loin, vous trouverez une laverie très grande et indépendante.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was the close proximity to Disneyland and Disneysea. This hotel was wonderful for our group of 14 with 5 rooms. They were able to put us in adjacent rooms. The rooms were spacious and offered good storage and amenities. Full size bath products, a shoe dryer (which came in handy after day long rain at on of the parks), in room microwave and larger than normal hotel refrigerator with separate freezer. Lawson's Convenient Store is located in the lobby and open 24 hours a day. The free park shuttle runs all day long.
The breakfast was okay but they don't change it up enough if you are staying for a while. We stayed 6 days.
