The staff are so helpful especially the reception. The facilities are great . We loved the use of the room to shower that was free of charge ( so we left a good tip) we loved the pool, pool bar and entertainment.

The breakfast wasn’t great, I don’t know how to improve it. Maybe more healthier choices.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux et le personnel de la partie restauration très sympa 👍 ainsi que la gentillesse des différents membres de la réception. La piscine et ses abords sont très agréables. La literie est très correcte et confortable. Très pratique d'avoir un parking même s'il est payant (10 euros par nuit) dans l'hôtel. Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits d'avoir séjourné dans cet établissement.

La propreté des sols chambre et salle de bains. Manque d'amabilité des certains serveurs aux bars (extérieur et intérieur).

Breakfast excellent, staff very efficient and hard working besides being polite. Lovely Breakfast area, excellent choice Pool area clean. Our room had sea view which was lovely. Bathroom is dated but it was clean, and worked more than efficiently. Loved the lounge areas.

I would check in future if there are any events. This week was Mijas Fair (Feria de Mijas) finishes 5am, for 3 days I didn't sleep between 2am to 5am and sat in the lounge on my last day as noise affected my senses and I was exhausted.

The Hotel offers a gentle relaxing time. The rooms are comfortable, the views down to the coast are excellent and there are lots of sunbeds well spread out so no fighting and no stress. Well located for the best restaurants and local bars.

There is always something that winds people up and our pet moan was the tea and coffee in the rooms. Apparently the cleaner does not top up the tea and coffee each day and we were expected to go to reception for new supplies. This we thought was ludicrous especially if 3 people were checking out so you had to wait ages for a tea bag ! It became fairly obvious that most people ignored this procedure and simply stocked up with supplies at breakfast. We still aren't sure why this procedure was adopted but we survived anyway !

La única razón por la que no le di un 10 es porque sentí que, después de todos estos años, los baños de las habitaciones necesitaban una modernización…

Ruoka oli todella hyvää ja valikoima vaihteli kivasti päivittäin. Oli ihanaa kun kokki valmisti tilauksesta ruokaa aamu ja iltapalalla. 😊 Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja huoneet siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin usein. Näkymät ruokasalista ovat erinomaiset. Hotellin läheltä löytyy pieni marketti.

Breakfast good lots of choice with fresh fruit and nice selection of hot food. Pool area lovely and not overly busy.

Our room allocated with balcony had a terrible smell.We were reallocated to a room similar but without balcony or anywhere to sit outside.

The location and facilities are great, and there are also fantastic views from much of the outside areas. Staff are professional and friendly. The swimming pool with surprise fountain is entertaining and great fun. All the toiletries you could think of are provided and my bed was so beautifully comfortable I didn’t want to get out!

I think it’s worth charging by the half day for parking, as I ended up paying for three full days even though I arrived Saturday afternoon and left Monday morning. Also a buffet is great and there Wes a reasonable choice but the quality of the food was so so, and some quite disappointing.

Bývali sme na izbe číslo 015 a bola značne opotrebovaná. Podľa všetkého kvoli vlhkosti, boli poškodené steny a opadávala omietka, nebolo možné zatvoriť okno (dvere na balkón), balkón bol znečistený, kúpeľňa by si tiež zaslúžila nejakú investíciu.

Dirty dishes and cups at breakfast. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. They seem to be washed at high temperatures, but food residue and lipstick marks are still clearly visible. This happened repeatedly throughout our stay. The pool area also needs more shaded areas, especially for the hottest hours of the day.

Wonderful location, excellent breakfast and staff extremely helpful, my daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing few days. Pool area has plenty of sun beds and pool area lovely and clean . Would love to come again.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the easy check in with amazingly friendly staff, the room with an amazing view of Mijas Costa, more than adequate air con in the room, mini fridge, comfy beds, bathroom provisions - everything!! I could go on but I think this says it all! We'll most definitely be back! Can't wait.

Rooms are 20 years old. Very dated. Needs refurb.

The location of the property is excellent. Just a couple of minutes walk into beautiful Mijas Pueblo. There are cafes, bars, a supermarket and a petrol station within a 2 minute walk of the front door of the hotel. The town is full of great restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Towels are provided for the pool area and fresh towels were provided in the rooms every day too, which was great. Food and drinks from the pool bar were varied and enjoyable and service was excellent. A special mention has to be given to the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly. My family and I were especially fond of Guiseppe on the reception desk and Francisco in the restaurant/pool bar but in fact all of the staff were lovely.

We felt that the lack of air con in the bar terrace in the evening made it too warm to comfortably sit and enjoy a few drinks. The outside area is very pleasant but it is small and you can’t always get a seat out there, meaning that you have to sit inside where it’s unpleasantly warm in the summer months. Improved air con here would make a big difference. Some additions to the breakfast buffet would vastly improve it, namely a greater choice of cereals, pancakes for the kids and maybe some nuts & berries to have with the yoghurt.

Fabulous hotel .....2nd visit. Rooms themselves are adequate tho do need a little freshen up. (As do most hotels from time to time). Beds are very comfy...staff are great. Very quiet relaxing chilled out feel. We love it.

everything excellent considering I was there during the heatwave and Spain winning the world cup. staff were always professional. Breakfast was always good and plenty to choose from, always found something enjoyable to choose for dinner. There is a charge of 3 euro for the room safe but this includes 1000 euro insurance. would go again

A lovely hotel with wonderful views and lots of nice open ares. All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Maybe we just read the description wrongly but we were expecting a balcony even if it was a small one, however all we had was a large sliding window with no room to get outside. Our room was at pool level so we needed to keep our blind closed as there were sunbeds directly outside our room. None of this was a real problem as we spent little time in the room but it may be something to watch out for when booking. Breakfast was good with the normal buffet choices, evening meals were a bit hit or miss, sometimes with too many nice things to choose, other times a bit limited. However the buffet area was always kept very clean and tidy. Buses to everywhere stopped right outside the hotel so getting around was very easy. As usual the sunbeds were claimed early morning by selfish people who would reserve a bed then go out for the day. All in all we would definitely return to this hotel and definitely come back to Mijas.

Locatie op 3 min van het prachtige Mijas. Busstop voor de deur, restaurantjes op wandelafstand. Flamenco optreden, zalige straatjes… en vooral stil en aangenaam plekje.

This our 2nd visit this year. Love the hotel due to location and all the super staff. They are always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast - lots of choice. Views are superb. Lots of places to eat locally. Supermarket across the road. Will be coming back. Thankyou TRH for another super holiday again.

El garaje es un poco justo y complicado. Aún así, yendo despacio y con cuidado no hay problema.

Location of hotel is very beautiful. Unfortunately I was allocated room 25 avoid! Ground floor with no balcony felt like prison.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly and the women behind the bar work so hard. They also make the most incredible cocktails. The rooms were comfortable and clean with very quiet air con. Breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. We really enjoyed the pool area and always managed to find a sun lounger looking out towards the sea. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have visited TRH Mijas ten times over the last 7 years. The Staff are really polite, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is traditionally Spanish having a welcoming reception area with lots of comfortable chairs and sofas fostering a relaxing atmosphere the moment you enter. The rooms we have stayed in have been spacious with large terraces, although we are aware that some have only small Juliet balconies. Rooms and ensuites are cleaned every day. The restaurant, bars, reception, pool area, Spa, stairwells and lifts are all impeccably clean. We love the location of TRH in the hills above Costa del Sol, on the edge of the beautiful whitewashed Pueblo of Mijas. There is regular public transport to take you to Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos Malaga and Coin. Buses for those destinations pick up outside Hotel TRH. Mijas Pueblo has lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are often events held in the main Plaza or the Ampitheatre at the top of the Pueblo to entertain locals and holidaymakers. We would definitely recommend staying at TRH Mijas, we love it!

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds available, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Francisco, who looked after us at the pool bar. He was exceptionally efficient, friendly, and professional, always providing excellent service with a smile. He is a real asset to the hotel. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a great short break in a traditionally Spanish hotel. The hotel had good facilities and it was spotlessly clean . The staff were friendly and helpful . The hotel was situated in a small pretty whitewashed town with plenty of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. I would come back to this hotel .

We’ve been coming to Mijas Pueblo every year since 2015 and usually stay in apartments but this year we chose TRH Mijas hotel. I honestly don’t know what people find to complain about because I found everything about it amazing. Breakfast really good choice. Pool cafe/bar food is delicious and we found our 9 night stay so relaxing. Every one of the staff were so nice and friendly and I can’t wait to go back. We went just before school holidays so although the beds around the pool were always taken, there were plenty on the terrace. Could do with parasols on the terrace but other than that we loved it.

Great location in the village. Beautiful views down to the sea. A lovely hotel, very clean and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every morning which was excellent. If you want a nice relaxing break this hotel is perfect. Mijas village is lovely with a good choice of restaurants and beautiful views.

Lovely hotel but looking a bit tired and rooms need renovating. The bed was very comfortable and I was on floor 1 which had a patio which was nice. Lovely pool area and pool bar, where the food was very good. Hotel is built on the side of a hill so many stairs, but there are lifts.

Came here a couple times before and it's still exceptional. Polite staff and very efficient nice rooms and a 5 minutes max walk to the centre. Live on the coast and always use this hotel hen visiting the pueblo for events

Once again we had a lovely relaxing week at TRH Mijas . The rooms, although needing a refurbishment are comfortable and clean . The beds are good and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient just what you need in a heatwave The staff are always friendly and the service is good . Breakfast is good with lots of choice , eggs and omelettes are freshly cooked , tables are cleared swiftly . We stay bed and breakfast as there is a great choice of places to eat in the village . The pool area is clean but the sun beds are old and uncomfortable they definitely need replacing . There are Lots of sun beds if you’re not bothered about being near the pool but not all have shade . We will be back soon .

A return visit as it was enjoyed previously. The location is great , a 5/10 minute walk and your in the centre of Mijas , but bars and a local shop only minutes away. This does involve a steep hill or stairs every time you leave the hotel which is mentioned and it is steep !! The hotel has lots of spaces , lounges tucked away , seating here and there. Outside there’s 3 terrace areas , pool side loungers and umbrellas , terrace with loungers and umbrellas , terrace with loungers so you’ll find something to suit. The rooms are dated but clean ,functional , tidy and have a fridge and kettle. So serve there purpose. Never found it noisy , although you can hear room noise of next door but it’s not rowdy noise. Overall it’s good value with an excellent breakfast , which has a vast choice cooked (with an egg station for fresh omelette , fried eggs and bacon) , pastries , cereals , fruit and cold meats. It’s also has good opening times should you want a lay in or be up early for the day. It’s actually the only place that’s gets busy !!

This is my second stay at TRH Mijas. Lovely clean hotel with a fabulous view plenty of room especially away from the main pool area. A great edition of the cocktail bar on the terrace this year. Sonjia was an amazing bar lady other staff very friendly and helpful too. Rooms are clean with a fridge. Breakfast great selection. Will be back.

The location is ideal with a short walk into the centre and close to the bus stop. The hotel staff are always friendly and accommodating. Everything is always and cleaning and the daily maid service is great.

Beautiful traditional Spanish hotel, lovely atmosphere, staff friendly and very helpful, rooms clean and towels changed daily if you required, pool towels are provided with a 15 euro deposit which is returned when you return the towels, breakfast is good, plenty of choice, pool bar food is good, we had a neck and back massage in the Spa which was relaxing, I agree with previous comments about the sunbeds there are a few broken ones which we did bring to the attention of the life guard but this would not put me off returning to the hotel.Mijas Pueblo is a stunning, beautiful place with plenty of choice of restaurants, bars and shops. We will certainly be returning next summer and staying at the TRH
