Het zwembad, de ligging, gratis handdoeken zonder kaart of jeton aan het zwembad.

Eerste nacht 25 graden op de kamer. Na klacht aan het onthaal werd het plots 22 graden in de kamer. De warme gerechten bij ontbijt waren lauw en koud.

Nada de animación, y pagando pensión completa, uno de los dias me pusieron un menú escrito a boli en un papel y no me gustaba nada, y cuando fui a quejarme a recepción me dijeron que había otra carta, la del restaurante del hotel que esa si nos convenció, pero vamos casi cuela la carta escrita a boli....me pareció surrealista que ni me avisaran de esto porque nos dimos cuenta que no había buffet cuando entramos y no había nada de comida....

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Une mention spéciale à Aziz de la réception, toujours souriant, serviable et à l’écoute. Il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. We arrived at 12 midnight late flight. Is was our first day of our holidays We couldn't get a coffee,drink or snack we were told it was to late. I don't think that is good enough for 4 star hotel especially after a long flight.

The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of activities for children, which our daughter really enjoyed. The hotel has good facilities for families and the entertainment for children was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, the customer service and cleanliness were extremely disappointing. On the very first day, we found clearly used cotton buds on the bedside table, which immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. We reported this politely to reception and were assured it would be dealt with. However, despite staying for five days, nobody came to remove or clean them. Finding something like this can be an oversight, but failing to address it after it has specifically been reported is unacceptable and inevitably makes you question what else in the room may not have been properly cleaned. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of response to our complaint. I emailed the hotel on several occasions and did not receive even an acknowledgement or apology. For a hotel of this standard, I found the lack of care and customer service extremely poor and disappointing.

Location not far from main road ..large pool and animation team with activities planned during the days and evening entertainment.. Which on the night I stayed was very good .

Pool staff did not have a towel available for me when I arrived in the afternoon, luckily I had my own in the car . The poolside bar was open but no staff were in attendance.. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and said I was gluten free ( clearly saying it in Spanish ) but it came with bread which I removed as was not sure . Waiter said oh no it’s not and just gave me a plate .. lucky I’m not Coeliac, just completely intolerant..Leading to an extremely uncomfortable night . Although the sheets protecting the quilt were fresh and clean , the quilt between was not , soiled in many places .

C'est vraiment un endroit idéal et sans égal à revisiter dans l'avenir. l'emplacement accessible aux moyens de transports et aux déplacements aussi fluides et faciles en voiture. Le micro climat, la belle vue donnant pleinement sur Fuengirola ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux et le service fourni par le personnel toute catégorie confondue, et sans oublier l'équipe de la piscine et de l'animation de jour que de nuit, font de Illunion hacienda hôtel un lieu de choix pour vivre un séjour salubre, beau et agréable. Je tiens également à saluer tout l'effort de l'équipe qui veille sur la restauration. Par ailleurs pour donner un surplus à ce confort il est recommandé d'aménager en bonne et due forme le parking qui sera gratuit. Sans flatterie je note Illunion Hacienda Hôtel à 9 je dis bien neuf sur 10 vraiment c'est mérité.

Le parking à aménager le plus rapidement possible et le mettre gratuitement à la disposition des clients et qu'il soit gardé

Staff hadnt got much English, restaurant and bar over priced, There was no Tea or Coffee Facilities in the room which you needed as there was no nearby shops unless you drove or got a bus. Wasn't a great menu not much selection. The rooms and landings needed updating.

Suuper Hotel w stylu hiszpańskim Bardzo ładny,widok z okna cudowny .Hotel wewnatrz robi wrażenie !!!!Personel w Hotelu bardzo miły.Obsługa,kelnerzy wszyscy uśmiechnięci.Pokoje ładne,czyste,łóżka czyli materace bardzo wysokie i wygodne,dobra klimatyzacja w pokoju.Lodówka mała czyli mini Bar ale dobrze chłodzi napoje.Basen rewelacja.Jedna część leżaki z parasolami przy basenie z pieknym ogrodem palmami i zieloną trawką a dwie kondygnacje niżej leżaki w zacisznym miejscu dla kogoś kto chce ciszy i spokoju . przy pieknym ogrodzie z palmami Widok niesamowity!!Śniadania duży wybór zawsze cos dla siebie znajdziesz.Od słodkości po owoce!!.W Barze ktory otwarty jest do godz 24 można kupić pyszne drinki i kawe,oprócz tego rownież pyszne jedzenie z menu.pizza z pieca spagetti itd.Wrócilismy bardzo zadowoleni z 8 dniowego pobytu bo warto.Pozdrawiam😀

Por poner una pega, quizás un poco más de variedad en el buffet para ser un cuatro estrellas lo vi un poco justo comparado con otros 3 estrellas, eché de menos churros y que hicieran cosas a la plancha en el acto

Séjour assez décevant malgré un personnel très gentil. Les chambres n’étaient malheureusement pas très propres et donnaient une impression d’humidité. Les draps paraissaient même légèrement mouillés, ce qui n’était vraiment pas agréable. La salle de bain n’était pas propre non plus, et de manière générale, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis très à l’aise dans la chambre. En revanche, le personnel était très gentil, accueillant et serviable, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Dommage que la propreté et l’état de la chambre n’aient pas été à la hauteur.

El desayuno no estaba mal, aunque algunos alimentos no eran de muy buena calidad. La ubicación, perfecta, lugares turísticos de interés cercanos, aunque había que coger el coche o moverte con taxi o Uber.

No es que no me gustara, pero el buffet tenía platos muy normalitos.

El hotel es precioso, un ambiente muy tranquilo ideal para desconectar unos días. La piscina ideal para toda la familia, no era difícil conseguir una hamaca y te ofrecían una toalla si no llevabas la tura de casa.

Lovely reception throughout, we booked a double but were given a twin, changed us straight away when I returned to say I was not happy, especially as it was on the lower floor with a view of a stone wall, moved to top floor with fabulous view...they couldn't do enough for you , all engagements with staff were good ones, would defo recommend. Really clean everywhere, pool and pop area were clean with no smoking , fresh towels given out all day, great place to stay.

Nothing, bit far out from beach but we knew that, bus stop just outside, €3.20 return to Fuengirola Central station, handy with a bus every 30 mins during busy times

1. Czystość pokoi-słaba, codzienne sprzątanie ale niedokładnie, pościel zmieniana prawie codziennie, czysta ale kiepsko posprzątana łazienka i podłoga. Ogólne wrażenie brudno. 2. Standard pokoi-słaby, szczególnie łazienka, niedziałajaca suszarka, klimatyzacja przeciętna. 3. Poziom obsługi - mocno średni, personel miły ale obsługa mogłaby być lepsza, słaba znajomość angielskiego przez obsługę, lepiej znać podstawy hiszpańskiego. 4. Bufet-slaby, niektóre dania zimne i zeschnięte, mały wybór jedzenia, przy haflboardzie brak napojów przy kolacji-trzeba za nie płacić dodatkowo, a do tego brudne naczynia. 5. Łóżka niewygodne, na kółkach, podczas snu łatwo się wybudzić, czuć każdy ruch drugiej osoby. 6. Obiekt do remontu, szczególnie pokoje i basen zewnętrzny.

Ambiente suggestivo, molto curato. La cena è stata veramente buona, sempre varia e con varie opzioni.

La nostra stanza non era molto illuminata, erano presenti solo delle lampade abat-jour.

Reservemos este hotel con desayuno porque en la web ponía que el servicio era de 7:00 a 10:30 y era genial con la hora de salida de nuestro vuelo porque teníamos que salir a las 7:30 , al llegar al hotel nos dicen que el desayuno se sirve a partir de las 7:30 , le pedimos la devolución que eran 24 euros y nos dijeron que no ,ya que era un error de ellos y la recepcionista lo comprobó y nos dijo que lo comentaría con el director, pero a mi el desayuno me salió caro porque aún tuve que pagar por otro desayuno en el aeropuerto , y la cena la verdad que para el precio que cobran y la variedad no merece la pena , sobre todo tener en cuenta que las bebidas no entran y ellos no te lo dicen cuando sales te dan el sablazo😩😩

El equipo de animación lo mejor. Un detalle el agua qué tienen en recepción, para refrescarte cuando llegas. Y el hotel es bonito . El desayuno del bufet está bien . Las toallas para la piscina estaban a disposición sin fianza

Pasaron a limpiar a las 6 de la tarde, les tuve que decir que no limpiaran porque era hora de descansar, en la piscina estaba permitido jugar con pelotas de voley y me lleve un par de pelotazos en la cara. El buffet de la cena nefasto y los camareros estaban saturados. La comida de la carta mala y cara para lo qué ofrecen

Las camas incomodisimas ,se pusieron a las 8:30 hacer una obra al otro lado de nuestra pared sin avisar y por la tarde un perrito de la habitación de al lado ladrando todo el día nefasto la comida fatal solo lo que merecía era desayuno

Es un hotel muy bonito, con muchas zonas verdes, piscinas... Todos los días hay actividades para niños y adultos, actuaciones a la hora de la cena....

La carta/menú es un poco limitada. El parking caro para ser un parking exterior.

La localización,estaba en medio de la nada. La comida,poca variedad y repetido. Pedimos cama de matrimonio antes de ir y nos pusieron dos camas,el 7 día por fin nos cambiaron de habitación. Lo más penoso...que cobren 35€ por noche/perro.... La verdad que para lo que es, pagamos una barbaridad.

Hotel situado entre medias de Mijas costa y Mijas pueblo, así que hace falta coche para todo. La habitación, y sobre todo, el cuarto de baño necesita un mantenimiento, ya que está un poco descuidado. Hay aparcamiento de pago y gratis en los alrededores, si bien en épocas de alta ocupación cuesta aparcar fuera.

Mantenimiento mejorable en cuarto de baño y habitación.

La atención y que no estaba masificado. La ubicación excelente con vistas preciosas y cerca de todo para conocer Málaga

​Die Anlage an sich ist eigentlich sehr schön gelegen, hat einen tollen Pool und bietet eine wirklich fantastische Aussicht. Man merkt allerdings, dass das Hotel spürbar in die Jahre gekommen ist.

​Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Klimaanlage auf unserem Zimmer hat von Anfang an nicht funktioniert. Trotz mehrmaliger Bitte um Hilfe zeigte der Hotelmanager keinerlei Initiative, das Problem zu lösen oder einen Techniker zu rufen, um die Anlage zu reparieren.

De kamers mogen wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Qua uiterlijk een prachtig hotel, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie.

De kamer die wij hadden was prima maar lang niet zo mooi als de rest van het hotel en sommige dingen waren wat versleten, zoals de spiegel of de badkamer deur. Dit stond wel een beetje in contrast met de rest van het hotel.
