The property’s parking is NOT for any client. We tried to park in the hotel’s parking but were told that it was “at full capacity”, even tho there were plenty of parking lots available.

Hotel bardzo brudny, w pokoju i na korytarzach czuć zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci, ktorego nie niweluje nawet w najmniejszym stopniu wietrzenie i ciężko spać przez ten odur. Ponadto w pokoju panuje grzyb i pleś. Nad oknem balkonowym jest aż czarno. Jak ktoś ma problemy z alergią, to odradzam zdecydowanie ten hotel. Materac po calosci rozpruty i brudny, poszewka również brudna. Dobrze, że mieliśmy swoje ręczniki, więc spaliśmy. Na nich. Rowniez wykladzina byla mocno poplamiona. Nie wiem jak czystość wygląda w głównym budynku, ponieważ dostaliśmy pokój w jakimś zupełnie innym obiekcie. Podobno ten budynek nazywa się Dependance. Gdybym wiedziała, że nie będę w obiekcie który jest pokazywany na zdjęciach w życiu bym tutaj nie przyjechała. Powinni uprzedzać, że Wybiera się pokój nie w tym głównym budynku Gdzie są podawane śniadania. W dniu przejazdu pytalismy dlaczego jesteśmy w jakimś bocznym budynku otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź, że tylko tam są pokoje ekonomiczne Ale na drugi dzień. Gdy w recepcji pojawiła się inna osoba Zapytaliśmy się czy naprawdę w budynku głównym nie ma Pokoi ekonomicznych i okazało się, że są a na dodatek jest kilka wolnych. naprawdę szczerze odradzamy

Отличное местоположение, рядом остановка троллейбуса #2, который довезёт вас до Венеции, 700 метров магазин Lidl. Насчёт парковки не знаю, были без машины. Ещё не плохие завтраки, но однообразные - если вы остановитесь на дней 5 могут надоесть, но порадовало наличие овощей и листьев салата, кофе отвратительный)) для нас оказалось большим плюсом что в этом отеле есть позднее засиления

Так как это отель четыре звезды, у меня возникает вопрос где чайник , или стаканы или хотя бы бутылка воды??? Подушки не удобные, на каждого человека по две , но обе низкие, очень низкие. Душевая кабина нормальная, но защитное стекло настолько маленькое что каждый раз после душа вся ванная комната была залита водой. Это может показаться мелочью, на которою можно было бы не обратить внимания, так как все таки больше плюсов, но каждый раз вытирать воду это слишком, тем более полотенца не меняют два раза в день .

406号室だった。カードキーだったが、キーの接触が悪いのか、なかなか開けられなかった。 シャワールームの囲いが開いているので、 水が外に出てしまい、床がビタビタに濡れてしまうのが欠点でした。

Blisko przystanek autobusowy, skąd jedzie się niecałe 20 min do Wenecji. Blisko restaurację, duży market oraz rynek Mestre. Pyszne, świeże śniadanie, różnorodny wybór.

Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer schön.

Reception könnte proaktiver sein. Z.B Tickets empfehlen und verkaufen. Restaurant war am Abend geschlossen.

La habitación muy bien, todos los días limpian y te cambian toallas, las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno bastante bien y la ubicación está a 3 min andando de la parada de autobús que te lleva a venecia.

Informațiile despre parcare de pe booking.ro nu sunt suficient de clare! La hotel am fost informați că trebuie sa achitam parcarea, deși am rezervat hotelul tocmai pentru ca avea parcare... După o mică discuție cu personalul de la recepție, am aflat că parcarea este a hotelului si nu trebuie să achitam...

Camera economy parter avea un miros de igrasie, iar racitorul mirosea îngrozitor de urat.

Les chambres étaient très confortables et très belles, le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel de la restauration était très accueillant et disponible.

Le personnel de l'accueil qui était méprisant, surtout ceux du soir. Nous comprenons la charge de travail importante, mais nous attendions au moins un sourire et un bonjour à notre arrivée, c'est dommage. Cela ne relève pas seulement d'un défaut au point de vue professionnel, mais également et surtout humain.

pésimo nos exigieron a. que. hablemos inglés o en alemán segundo. una estafa las fotos no coinciden con la realidad vistas ala ciudad cero. vistas a un rancho con ladrillos y chapas un asco todo. decía que tenía ventilador y el ventilador lo tuvimos que exigir y nos trajieron uno todo destartalado. exijo a bolo y dinero del hospedaje mesa de comedor una mesa de 50 x50 horrible la tele de 1 pulgada que ni control había un asco todo por favor no vayan es estafa !!!!!

Ottima posizione, vicina hai mezzi in modo da spostarsi con facilità. Ottima struttura, stanze grandi e abbastanza moderne.

Peccato per il bagno, bello ma poco funzionale. La doccia senza porta/vetro, che appena apri l'acqua allaghi il bagno e bagni tutto. E sul lavandino non c'è possibilità di appoggiare quasi niente, manca di una base più funzionale. Il frigo all'interno della camera troppo basso e non ha modo di regolarlo. Colazione molto varia ma la qualità delle brioche da migliorare.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Period.

Listing is deceiving about parking. There are only 10 spots available and not clearly mentioned. Rooms were hot; AC isn't cooling much. Mattresses are not comfortable at all. Showers without doors make a real mess after showering. This is a "meh" hotel; definitely not 4 stars as described.

There was water leakage from the ac in my room and the floor became so wet before i came back from my walk, spoke with the front deak and took me to a different room full of mosquitos . I couldn't sleep, i called to complain, they never came back to change the room

Clean hotel, good breakfast, met our expectations

We forgot a medical equipment in the room, called the next day, but the stuff said they had not found anything. I believe they just did not understand what was the strange metal thing for and thrown it away while cleaning :( It was not in our suitcases when we came home, and it was too big just to fall down from a bags on our way home...The only posdibility that we left it in the hotel room

Clean and nice hotel, staff very friendly, the supervised parking was a definite plus, especially that the area in which the hotel is located can seem a bit shady. Convenient bus to Venice next to the hotel.

Vending machines in the hallways were not working for the entire stay and there was no place to get water or anything else around the hotel, which was actually needed, when coming back from Venice later at night. The triple room was extremely small for a 4-star hotel, but we managed.

Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Purtroppo, appena entrati in camera siamo stati investiti da un odore sgradevole. Credendo che fosse perché la stanza era rimasta chiusa, abbiamo aperto la finestra prima di uscire, ma una volta tornati (a distanza di ore) la situazione era la stessa. Solo dopo abbiamo capito che esso derivava dall'aria condizionata, ma, essendo piena estate, abbiamo dovuto tenerla accesa per tutta la permanenza. Inoltre, un membro dello staff ha fatto il suo ingresso nella stanza mentre dormivamo.

Its a very nice location even to go to Veneza, to the Piazza or Mestre station . I really liked the shower; the water pressure is very good. The breakfast was also good.

The photos on the website don't really match reality; it looks modern in the pictures, but it isn't. The dark carpeting doesn't seem very suitable. The bedroom floor hadn't been vacuumed when I arrived. I mentioned it at the reception, but it still wasn't vacuumed the next day. In fact, looking around, it seemed they didn't use the vacuum at all during the three days I stayed there.

La douche est petite et les tuyaux sont oxydés. C'était sans doute un ancien hôtel 4 étoiles, mais aujourd'hui il se rapproche davantage d'un 3 étoiles. L'hôtel ne propose pas d'autres prestations, à part le petit-déjeuner et un petit bar, semble-t-il. Les couloirs et les ascenseurs sont tristes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. En revanche, la climatisation de la chambre fonctionne très bien.

Purtroppo la posizione dell'albergo non è il massimo anche se vicino c'è una comoda fermata dei bus per Venezia. L'aria condizionata canalizzata non era di facile regolazione.

Ottima esperienza all’LH Hotel Sirio Venice. Posizione strategica, comoda per aeroporto e Venezia Santa Lucia. Camera pulita e confortevole, colazione varia e di qualità. Il vero punto di forza è il personale: professionale, empatico e molto disponibile, anche in situazioni impreviste. Mi hanno fatta sentire subito a casa, trasformando un momento stressante in un soggiorno sereno. Servizio attento e orientato al cliente. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio.

The night receptionists are lovely . The check in lady on day duty was surly and not very helpful . The room was adequate for two people and thank goodness the air conditioning worked . Only able to have breakfast . Last night thought we would try and eat locally instead of in Venice . Most restaurants closed on a Monday . Hotel restaurant and bar both closed . Restaurant advertised 7pm to 10pm ? Not really wanting crisps or chocolate for dinner from the vending machine . Would not recommend this hotel I’m afraid

El tamaño de la habitacion y el baño. El.desayuno buffet muy completo. Nos recomendaron una pizeria para cenar al lado El autobus para ir a Venecia esta justo en la parada al lado del.hotel .

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel has a small parking area, which was convenient, and the breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food.

There were a couple of issues, though. The TV in our room was not working during our stay. Also, when we checked in, the key card did not open the room door. I had to go back to the reception four times before we finally received a card that worked.

Tutto penoso. Dal personale alla reception al cameriere di sala ,alla camera. Infatti siamo andati via in anticipo, dopo la prima notte a 40 gradi visto che l'aria condizionata non esisteva.. avevo pagato per 4 notti. Si vende per un 4 stelle ma non ne merita neppure una.

Little to no help with correcting the room temperature. Gave us a fan after requesting it. It circulated the hot air of the room. The AC was not working properly. Outside temp 35 C, room temp 27 C

Наш рейс был задержан после того как мы прилетели в аэропорту было много полиции и какие-то демонстранты перекрыли дорогу, мы вышли за территорию аэропорта и шли к ближайшему месту где можно вызвать такси, с помощью рецепции другого отеля мы вызвали такси в нашей гостинице. Когда я рассказал на рецепции лысого мужчине о том что произошло в аэропорту он начал смеяться и говорить что мы должны были просто позвонить в такси хотя я ему сказал что не знаю языка и пользуюсь переводчиком. Я его ни в чем не обвинял, когда я сказал что мы написали в гостиницу о помощи он начал говорить что это наши проблемы и теплее, хотя я ничего не просил. После общения с этим лысым… он очень некрасивой форме сказал что налоги можно платить только кэшем у меня в кармане были деньги но он так это сказал что карта не подходит было уже 3 ночи и поставил это как условия для заезда, далее когда мы зашли в номер у нас тек кондиционер капал каждые 10 секунд громко на следующий день я попросил его отремонтировать мы пошли гулять в Венецию с 10 утра по момент когда мы пришли в гостиницу никто ничего не сделал
