Breakfast was very good, staff were excellent.

I did not like sleeping in a sofa bed, especially for that price, and I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the year, especially as we were still in Summer and it was very hot.

Previously visited and parking was available but cost 10 e a daily...there used to be a bus from the corner which took us directly to venice ..not so now ...staff did tell us . Comfortable bed and pillow and clean bathroom .we asked for fresh milk for our room and were given it .

Hotel charging for.parking .no one told breakfast finished at 10 ..so ended up with a very poor breakfast for 15e each .and f2lt rushed . Travel links have changed so buses didn't run as easily and we wasted alot.of time going and returning from venice to from hotel . The place seemed abit tired . No replacement water put in the fridge .

You have to call the receptionist to turn on the A/C and they turn off WiFi at midnight . Horrible customer service!

Henkilökunta oli harvinaisen tylyä. Ainoastaan yksi respan tyttö ja altaalla työskentelevä tyttö hymyilivät meille koko aikana. Kun yritimme saada baarista juomaa, niin tarjoilija keskittyi valittamaan, kun hän on yksin ja pitäisi kattaa lounasravintolaa. Samoin teki toisillekin asiakkaille. Teki mieli sanoa, että ei noin toimita! Kun menimme lounaalle, niin emme saaneet mennä haluamaamme ikkunapöytään. Sama mies taas ja kuulemma kauhea ruuhka tulossa. Meidän aikanamme oli viidessä pöydässä asiakkaita ja haluamamme pöytä oli koko ajan tyhjä. Hampurilainen oli muuten aika mauton! Illalla katsoimme, että taas sama mies töissä ja pari muuta. Juomia tilatessa ei hymyn häivää ja juttelivat vain keskenään. Päätimme sitten tilata ruuan muualta ja söimme huoneessa. Emme häirinneet vaatimuksillamme henkilökuntaa ja lähetti toi ruuat hymyillen.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauber in allen Bereichen. Lage des Hotels angenehm (6 Minuten Gehweg zum Bus Richtung Venedig (Linie 2)). Frühstück alles vorhanden und gut gefüllt.

The room was clean, the location was practical for one night.

We were hoping for breakfast but they had another name on their lists with our room number and insisted we could not have breakfast even as we showed them the room key. Had a look at the buffet: variety but it looked like a battle field due to the lots of people - breakfast atmosphere was unpleasant; we went to town for breakfast instead, and I would recommend that to anyone else as well!

The hotel has a policy that children under a certain age stay for free. This also applies, for example, to breakfast if you purchase it at the hotel, as well as to staying in the same room. This is a big advantage of this hotel chain, especially if you’re travelling with a family. As for this particular hotel, other pluses were the swimming pool, the very quiet rooms, and the fact that the air conditioning works well. I also always love their Rituals toiletries. You can also ask the staff for hair conditioner or body lotion if needed.

Unfortunately, this hotel feels quite dated and could use a renovation. Everything is comfortable, with good beds and furniture, but it lacks the fresh feel of newer hotels. The breakfast is also quite basic and doesn’t change from day to day. The quality is good, but the limited variety can become boring after one or two nights. The location on the outskirts is actually convenient, especially for getting to the airport quickly.

We arrived at the hotel 2 hours early, our future room was quickly cleaned and we therefore got a room earlier. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pool could be opened earlier in the morning, so that can enjoy swimming and sunbath there before leaving

La ubicación, a 10 minutos de la parada del bus hacia Venecia y del supermercado. Nevera en la habitación para poder dejar bebida fresca. La cama era cómoda, con dos almohadas. Piscina, ideal para refrescarse a final del día. El bufé de desayunos tenía un amplio horario de acceso.

El sofá cama era bastante blando, depende del tamaño y peso de los ocupantes podía resultar muy incómodo. En la cafetería (mediodía en la tercera semana de agosto) solo se podía comer un plato frío pese a existir una carta de almuerzo con platos calientes y estar dentro del horario. La piscina por la tarde podía resultar muy pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes y el hecho de que dejaran jugar con pelota dentro dificultaba mucho poder estar de forma tranquila, además de que molestaba bastante y el socorrista no hacía nada. Los desayunos podían resultar caóticos dependiendo del día, debería existir un circuito para marcar el sentido y un aviso a los huéspedes desconsiderados que tiraban literalmente la comida. Era evidente la falta de personal en el servicio de desayuno.

The location was just perfect for a short stay. Just be vary and avoid the main strip if your with kids.

Hotel practico para visitar Venecia en un largo viaje en coche por Italia. Para tener 4 estrellas necesitaria un poco de reforma ya que la moqueta y algunos elementos de la habitación se ven ya desgastados. Pero en general esta bien, ya que disponía de parking y zona de piscina para descansar del día de visita.

Pool water was cold, heated pool would have been best to spent more time, cold pool was not good for kids to stay in longer Breakfast had limited hot food items (just pan cake). Room had 1990 TV setup (Old tv without cast, hdmi etc) Fridge was not working and after 3 complaints it was not fixed.

Jeden Tag wurden die Betten gerichtet und die Handtücher getauscht. Am Pool gab es kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher. Das Novotel liegt Ideal um nach Venedig mit dem Bus bzw. mit der Bahn zu fahren. Vor der Busfahrt sollte man sich das Vaporetto Ticket besorgen, je nach Anzahl Tage und Anzahl Personen günstiger nicht übers Hotel kaufen, sondern Online.. Vorhandenes Shampoo und Körperdusche sind okay. Duschen veraltet und Zimmer mit Teppichen ausgestattet.keine Bademantel bzw. Schläppchen vorhanden. Es gibt nur zwei Schlüssel (Karten) fürs Zimmer. Videoüberwachte Parkplätze kosten 10€ pro Tag. Die kostenfreien sind nicht Videoüberwacht. Da die Gegend nicht vertrauensvoll scheint, bleiben nur die Videoüberwachten Parkplätze....

Frühstück war nicht so gut. Kaffe schmeckt nicht und es gab keine Brötchen, sondern nur Toasts und Croissants. Kein frisch gepressten Saft und keine Eier zum selbst Kochen. Toilettenpapier wird erst aufgefüllt wenn die erste Rolle komplett ausgetauscht wird.

Hotel ist außerhalb von Venedig, aber mit einer guten Busverbindung. Eine Station vorfahren und mit der Nr 2 nonstop nach Venedig. Lidl ist in der Nähe.

Zimmer waren nicht so schön. Das Badezimmer hätte besser bzw Angenehmer sein können. Hat für unsere 2 Übernachtung und Venedig Ausflug gereicht. 2 ERWACHSENE und 2 Kinder.

Nous avions une belle chambre familiale, assez spacieuse et confortable, avec vue sur la piscine, au 3e étage, ce qui évitait de voir l'autoroute à proximité (c'est cependant le cas des étages plus hauts). La chambre était très silencieuse. La piscine était très agréable, notamment pour les enfants, pour se détendre après une grosse journée de balade à Venise. Personnel très aimable et attentionné, beaucoup de services sur place. Buffet du petit déjeuner très complet. Il y a un supermarché à proximité pour dépanner.

Le quartier n'est pas terrible (zone périphérique avec grands axes) et il faut environ 15-20 minutes à pieds pour accéder au bus menant à Venise, en passant par des passages un peu glauques. L'hôtel propose toutefois des navettes en van + bateau menant directement à la place saint Marc, ce que nous avons fait une journée pour éviter de trop marcher, et c'était très bien organisé. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, ce n'est pas facile d'y entrer pour les frileux mais la fraîcheur fait du bien après les journées chaudes.

Le petit-déjeuner était très varié et le personnel était très attentionné.

On devrait nous laisser choisir notre table pour le petit-déjeuner. J'ai eu l'impression que les tables au bord de la piscine étaient réservées à des personnes privilégiées. Deuxième point : lorsque j'ai demandé à prolonger mon séjour d'une journée, on m'a proposé un tarif bien plus élevé que celui sur Booking, ce que j'ai évidemment refusé.

Un hotel che accoglie clientela business (ha a disposizione sale per meeting) e, allo stesso tempo, famiglie con bambini urlanti che corrono tra tavoli e persone (compresi gli ospiti di un meeting). Dovendo fare una call, mi sono infilata nel parcheggio (in piedi e dal cellulare) per avere un pò di silenzio (non c'era un luogo all'interno dove appartarsi che non fosse la camera). Posizione: per andare a Venezia bisogna prendere due mezzi di trasporto (noi optavamo per un bus e un treno perchè prendere due bus era più lungo). Ad un certo punto, ci siamo trovati in camera un cameriere che era entrato senza bussare (e noi ci stavamo cambiando), perchè doveva cambiare la tenda della doccia (mai richiesto, e a quanto pare nessuno alla reception ne sapeva niente). Moquette lisa nella camera. La camera avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione.

Posizione molto Comoda per visitare Venezia lasciando la macchina al parcheggio di via Roma. Hotel si trova a 15 minuti di auto

Odobrenje povrata novca nakon što sam vidio užasnu sobu i nakon što mi nisu mogli dati siguran krevet za dijete.

Dječji krevet je opasan za dijete. Soba stara i prljava po podu Tuš plasticni avionski Osoblje neljubazno i ignorira zahtjeve

Ništa, po samom dolaaku u hotel dojam je bio užasan, hotel izgleda kao dom za starije osobe ida je spreman za ozbiljnu odnovu. Dobro je što nam je menažer hotela odobrio povrat novaca kad smo otkazali smještaj zbog užasnih uvijeta, odnosa prema sigurnosti i udobnosti djeteta od 15 mjeseci.

1. Dosli smo ranije od 14h sa malim djetetom i zamolili raniju prijavu, odgvor sa recepcije je bio to se plaća po osobi 40€. 2. Dolaskom ponovo u 14h naša soba nije bila spremna, inzistirali smo na da nam daju sobu koju smo dobili nakon 40 minuta čekanja. 3. U smbi nije bio djecji krevet iako smo ga rezervirali i za to dobili potvrdu. Po prvom odlasku na recepciju ništa se nije dogodilo i dječji krevet nije dolazio. Odlaskom nakon 30 minuta ponovo na precepciju dječji krevet je dostavljen nakon ukupno 1,5 sata. 4. Dostavljeni dječji krevet nije po standardu svih oostalih hotela u kojima smo bili, a na ovom putu smo prošli više od 6 hotela. Dječji krevet je ustvari stari bolnički dječji krevet iz 1945 godine. star, sa metalnim šipkama na obodu, bez mekanih podloga, i sa podon koji se pomiće i jako je opasan za dijete. Mogucnost ozljede sjeteta 100% zagarantirana. 5. Ponovnim odlaskom na recepciju i zahtjevom za normalan standardni djecji krevet dobili smo odgovor da ne vide problem u ovom krevetu za dijete. 6. Razgovorom sa menadžerom hotela također smo dobili odgovor da ne posjeduju drugi krevet i da je ovaj ok. 7. Soba je stara 8.Toalet odnosno tuš je plastičan i podsjeća na tuš u avionu 9. Prljav tepih sa mrljama na podu. 10. Bazen mali i neugledan Nakon napuštanja hotela otišli smo u hotel Elite, tamo smo bez prethodne rezervacije dobili nižu cijenu, klasičan siguran dječji hotelski krever, besplatan parking i bolju povezanost sa tramvajem do Venecije kao i iznimnu ljubaznost osoblja hotela i visoku urednost i čistoću.

Our main destination was Venice, and we absolutely did not regret choosing the Novotel. At first, we thought the hotel might be a little far from Venice and considered taking a taxi to the train station. However, since we were travelling by car, we decided to drive to the station instead. It is less than 3 km from the hotel, and there is Blue Lines parking nearby. From there, you can simply take the train — it takes only about 10 minutes and you are in Venice. For a family of four, this turned out to be a very convenient and affordable option. The round trip costs us around €20 for all four of us. The Blue Lines parking is inexpensive, and it is free after 8 p.m. and on Sundays. Hopefully, this information will be useful to other travellers. Another big advantage is that the hotel itself has parking, with both paid and free options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you come to breakfast after 9 a.m., there may be a queue, but the staff handles it very efficiently and we never had to wait long. The hotel is already a little older and there are some minor things that could be improved, but honestly, none of this affected our comfort or our holiday at all. 10/10 from us — we would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to those travelling by car and visiting Venice.

Hotel je na odličnom mestu za ljude koji idu u Veneciju. Autobuska stanica je oko 1km od hotela. Karte za autobus mogu da se kupe u hotelu. Hotel ima dva parkinga. Javni koji je besplatan i parking samo za goste koji košta 10 eura po danu i pokriven je kamerama.

An der Unterkuft selbst hat alles gepasst, nur die lage fand ich nicht gut! Nichts in der nähe, apsolut nicht!! Ausser dem Lidl. Und Mit den öffis nach Venedig ist stressig.

Regim de hotel cu mic dejun inclus și piscină. Curățenie zilnică si schimbarea prosoapelor zilnic. Zona de bar și luat masa un pic mai modernă decât restul hotelului. Personal OK. Două ape de bun venit.

Deși e hotel de 4*, acesta este un pic învechit, cu mobilier mai vechi, baie cu cadă și designul de acum 20 ani. Totul începe din lobby unde fotoliile măcar ar trebui înlocuite fiind pe alocuri rupte și nu oferă o primă impresie bună. Mocheta de la etaje dar și cea din cameră pare uzată și nu s-a insistat prea mult la aspirarea ei, aici ar fi ajutat niște papuci de unică folosință, dar din păcate nu existau. Televizor mic, vechi, non Smart… Era frumos să se facă refill la ape.

Alles Super, weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht warum es Leute gibt die etwas zu bemängeln haben. Als ob sie in Schlössern wohnen würden. Danke an das Novotel für den tollen Aufenthalt! Lage, Parkplatz, Essen im Restaurant und Transfer nach Venedig alles Top.

Jedan od raxloga zasto smo odabrali ovaj hotel jeste otvoreni bazen. Medjutim bazen radi od 10:00 do 20:00. Tako da ako idete do centra Venecije, necete moci koristiti bazen.

La Clim qu’on ne peut pas forcément gérer nous même , il faisait un peu chaud .

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner, il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était délicieux et frais . L’hôtel est situé à 10min à pied de l arrêt de bus menant à Venise. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

Cela reste une chambre assez basique qui n’est pas forcément au niveau du standing habituel des Novotel. La piscine et la salle pour le petit déjeuner sont petites par rapport à la capacité de l hôtel .
